Is pyrofire.eu Legit?

I made a payment on November 28th, it arrived in their bank on December 2nd and I never received anything, I ordered from the special list. After many emails they got in touch telling me that they had not received the money, but this is highly impossible given all the proofs of transaction I sent to them, I continue to contact them but nothing they ignore me, they replied to me on January 5th telling me that they would carefully check the bank and let me know, but they disappeared into thin air. I feel scammed and bitter, I am really disappointed. I want a refund of my money since I did not get the goods, I am not rich and that money is precious to me.I want some explanations!!!!!!!!

I see many good reviews and want to try the special list so i sent a mail to them but havent gotten a response is there some way to get the list that i dont know of?

The order arrived well packaged (About 5 working days delivery time in EU). It takes them time to respond (approx. 2 days) but they are legit. Just be patient and don't flood them with E-mail messages.

The simply best pyroshop of Europe. You should probably wait your order a few weeks, but you will get everything without problems. The waiting time is very understandable, because this shop is very popular and the quality of goods is excellent. I have experience of this shop during a few years.

Beware this webshop scammed me for 986 euro!I placed an order on their webshop, after they send me an e-mail with their special list which includes cat f4 like shells, and heavy 650gram dum bum stuff.I paid them with bank transfer a month ago and they never replied anymore.We are busy with the czech authorities

I ordered last week, order was marked complete on 10/02 at 7:09 am (Portugal), later that day received e-mail saying tracking link would be available in 24 houve, monday has passed and still nothing.. Link received, technical error on their automatic e-mailing system Edit- package arrived, 9 am 16/02, everything well! Thank you guys!

received my package in 2 weeks. 8 days processing, 6 days delivery to romania. contents were well packed, seem high quality. the only downside of this service is the ordering stage (the special list in particular). email communication is basically cut off after you send the money so there’s no confirmation if they received the sum. i personally learned my lesson: after the money is sent, they get to work preparing your order, so don’t panic.

Order arrived and delivered in 1 week to PT. Apart from the late communication through Instagram and an update on their email (the email on the website should be updated), everything was smooth and got a text message with estimated arrival of the package on the day. I please, improve the speed of replying to e-mails, because it often takes too long. Another small minus is the expensive delivery. Everything else at a very high level. I will keep in touch, so if you improve the speed of responding to e-mails, I will definitely notice it and increase the rating. Regards.

After ive had great email communication, sending my shopping list (Excel Table) with all the information needed, they replied with an email which included bank transfer information for me to pay. I did immediately pay the required amount and didn’t get any reply till now. The payment of 281 euros was at oct.21, now it’s 23. october and i haven’t received any information still if my package was sent or something like a tracking number. Sure i completely understand that u are really busy packaging other orders, but the time where u’ve sent your money and don’t get any reply after is horrible for first time ordering customers. #I will edit this review if i get any further information. The package was then handed out to GLS at the 5. of November a little delayed because of a lot of orders coming in.Its the 7. of nov now and i have received the heavy package which was packed really well and secure, even with industrial Zip ties around it. Placed an order, now they say “we can’t ship to the given address”, asked for my money back and now they doesn’t respond at all to emails. Please do NOT transfer money to this company, for sure you lost your money it is a SCAM***CHANGED***Money should be returned but still the communication is quite difficult and respond takes a long time, they also don’t mention on the website you can’t have it delivered at a post office.

I wrote them the first email on 1.11.2024. and then I wrote the second email on 5.11.2024. I still haven't received an answer about the special order that I want to create. If they respond and if order goes well I will update this post.Edit (25.11.2024.): still no response

I ordered through the list and received the parcel in 7 days in Romania Bucharest. An exceptional site where the staff answered my email relatively quickly and I found everything I ordered in the package, these being high quality products. Thank you Pirofire. I will be back soon with new orders!
