Is protonmail.ch Legit?

Multiple people live in my household and AFAIK have used the email legitimately. Then out of the blue, all emails blocked and closed and no way to get in or even LOG INTO IMPORTANT SITES.Your account WILL get randomly locked and suspended for NO REASON and with NO WARNING if you use this email service.Support won't help you either, even when offering to get an upgrade. Using email normally, even to just log in to important sites is considered "suspicious and abusive".I CAN'T PAY MY BILLS! I am no scrambling to avoid LITERAL HOMELESSNESS and THEY DON'T CARE!They must enjoy making their customers suffer. If anyone at the company actually has any semblance of empathy then request number 2985138. It shouldn't be too much to ask for even just a few minutes of access to get important work emails and billing info transferred over.

It's a bad service. They blocked me access to email without any valid reason. I lost important work emails because of them!! They are not serious! Assistance does not answer! I hope to be able to change my opinion but for now i vote 1 star! My request is n. 2975401

We've tried many email services in our career and we've constantly loss an average 2-5% of incoming emails each month ... This's an unsolved mystery.ProtonMail.com is the first professional service which's meeting in full our expectations. We're using them since their launch without experiencing any issues so far.Never had the need to approach their customercare so we can't give you an opinion in this way but in terms of security is for sure the top.

Worst mail, you can lose access to it at any time and no one will answer you about the reasons. 2 people use my computer, and the second person created mail for himself on protonmail, can this be the reason for blocking? I have an account with protonmail, and if you want to recover your account (NOT your data), you have to answer a thousand questions to reset the account. If you forget your password, do not bother to contact customer service. Make another account to lose less time than to play the Jeopardy game with protonmail customer service. Even I remembered my old passwords it won't let me access to my precious saved emails. I keep keep getting message "Keys not authenticated".I'm sure they have access to all people private data. My protonmail service was mail bombed with thousands of email and I had to delete my precious email as I was unable to check emails one by one. Protonmail officials never helped me instead they asked my to pay to upgrade the service.This type of dodgy company should not be allowed to work or exist. At least Gmail keep your emails forever.They are money grabber scheme. Never helped me out to unlocked my emails.I hope I can give them zero star.
