Bought some Coilovers for my 2014 Accord. Customer service was one of the greatest I've received in general. Parts took just a few days to ship. I will definitely be looking to see what else is available for my next updates.

Easy search on web site, good in depth info on the products that they carry, on the strut bar, very easy install took more time to gather the tools than the install it, the strut bar seems (subjective) to impart a bit more stiffness to the frt end. very good price and fast shipping, totally satisfied

Bought a TPS sensor for a 2002 Acura TL and took about a day for them to process but then only 2 days to ship AND it arrived earlier than predicted that day. They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was very pleased to receive my package in a timely manner as I live in Canada and it was here in about one week ,nice.The springs appear to be of a top notch product and I can't wait to get them installed When the time comes that I need other products I'll be looking here first and not wasting my time here in Ontario.Just as a note for fellow Canadians looking to buy here I was quoted $272:00 per spring at the stealership,I got four springs to my door for about $120:00 per spring with a one inch lift.and what look like a far superior spring.Thank you Pro Import tuners for the great service.

I ordered an NRG steering wheel and quick release hub for my 03 Mitsubishi eclipse and the customer service was above and beyond knowing that i was missing something they emailed me right away so i can get the correct parts that i needed. Also the shipping was fast and on time.

I purchased a brake kit from their website and it was delivered super fast. When it got here I noticed one of my rotors was on back order but I never saw anything stating this when I bought the kit. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I got a reply to verify I was missing a rotor and only 15 minutes after I sent the pictures showing I was missing a rotor I received an email saying that the rotor is already on its way to me. Yes, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place but what company can you think of that replies and fixes an issue same day, same hour even? These guys are amazing and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Quick and very helpful! Resolved the issue fast!Bought a Strut bar for my 2023 Crosstrek limited and they sent the wrong one. Please contact me. You said my order shipped a month ago but according to the tracking number it hasn't been. I am unable to get ahold of a real person using your phone number and the email address for customer support gets returned saying it doesn't exist. Apparently I'm not the only one having these issues too according to the complaints on the better business bureau.Please contact me so we can resolve this!

Amazing figment also like that they let you know that you’ll be needing the seat bracket as well I already had mine but I’m pretty sure they can provide you with some as well.

Very disappointed with the rear roof spoiler. Installed first time followed exact directions with cleaning glass and using rubbing alcohol prior to installing with the adhesive. After about a week the adhesive started to lift. Spoke to customer service and they told me maybe the 3M adhesive is faulty and to purchase the recommend new 3M tape. Reinstalled and yet again 1/4 of the spoiler is lifting off the glass to the point where I was not comfortable driving without it coming off and hitting another car. Had to take off for a second time and now I’m stuck with a part that I cannot use.
