SCAM ALERT!!!Do NOT buy ANYTHING here!! I bought a CoolerMaster V1100 (€160) but it was making more NOISE then my washing machine. I sent it back, and this Spanish scammer refuses the warranty, sent me back the product and make me pay €30 for shipping costs. SCAM!

This shop is total garbage. I bought an AIO kit from Lian Li that broke up after just one year. They don't want to assume the legal conformity warranty and don't even tried to test the kit because they want to send all those parts to the manufacturer. But that's not my problem ! It is the reseller that have to assume the legal conformity warranty in Europe, this is mandatory ! So they don't want to compensate in total violation of their obligation. Just one advice, never order anything on this robbery shop !!!

I would like to record my story so that other customers never experience the same thing.I bought 3 ASUS Expert Center MiniPCs from the so-called seller "Asus Germany". 2 of which are the same model PN64 with 12700 i7 processor. After I had enough suitable RAM (Crucial official table), the 64 GB RAM support was subsequently rejected in writing by Asus Support. For this I got a discount of around <10% of the purchase price per MiniPC. So far so good, because I could live with 32GB and have wasted enough time in research. From here hell begins. Constant freezing under Linux, which support from Asus was rejected several times due to contracts with Microsoft. At some point there was a BIOS update that fixed these errors a bit, so they very rarely froze. At some point I noticed from the monitoring software that the CPU temperatures were clearly too high. After discovering it and reading through many forum entries on the Internet, I discovered that the cooling is insufficient to support this processor. The load on the CPU was also always below 30%, but temperatures up to 100C were measured!! After a year of research, headaches and all kinds of treatments (I'm also an IT person) - both external fans and new thermal paste - I completely gave up and simply reported these 2 as defective to Amazon. Luckily, an item was purchased directly from Amazon - I was reimbursed after a few phone calls. Strangely enough, even though the goods came from Amazon with an Italian warranty. However, for the second item, which came from Spain - also with a Spanish guarantee, my experience was catastrophic. The company is called Pro Componentes. Of course, the real “Asus Germany” support refused me both the Spanish and Italian guarantees! According to Amazon, the retailer was a third party and they had no responsibility after the 90 days, although of course the invoices come by email from Amazon and the money is withdrawn directly from Amazon via direct debit. It's that easy for Amazon to trade with German customers and comply with German law.Furthermore, the dealer simply passed on a Spanish address - they thought I had to send the goods at my own expense. I asked several times that the dealer send me a written confirmation for the return including a label for a German address as a return, as well as as well as a written confirmation that it is a return/refund. They finally pressed the button and the automatic Amazon email came saying that as soon as the goods are delivered to the retailer - I will get my money. After DPD's cheap service completed the task, the delivery could also be seen online. Nevertheless, I didn't get any confirmation from the retailer and had to organize endless fruitless phone calls with Amazon employees on my own basis, and every time I was mentioned every now and then some relevant department that never sent a response. The A-Z guarantee was activated several times by different Amazon employees and I was always told in the next conversation that it doesn't work that way. So absolute lies from all sides. The so-called Asus dealer from Spain also once confirmed in writing that the money was on its way back to my bank account and of course - the next time I tried to clarify why it still wasn't there after days - the dealer mentioned the warranty again and that he would only deliver the goods should be sent to the manufacturer. 12 working days later, the case has not yet been processed and there is no sign of the goods having been delivered to the manufacturer. The shop in Spain never confirmed receipt of the goods in writing, although the DPD page shows that the goods were delivered to the retailer on March 27th. After several screenshots and annoying phone calls with managers at Amazon, I no longer have any goods or money in my hand! Absolute impudence and wash our hands with each other. Every employee lies that I shouldn't worry and that some exception guarantee is being triggered, but the same dealer still does his business here with impunity and has cost me gigantic time and nerves. The dealer refused me any confirmation or processing number with ASUS Spain. I don't know where my goods are now and what will happen, how and when, and can I forget my money? Of course, now that I have the whole story in writing, I will notify the consumer advice center or the police. No Prime protects you, the truth is Amazon or the fraudulent dealers use German brokers as a banner, but every now and then a product is delivered from somewhere else..
