Is procivic.com Legit?

My first bad experience with this company. So I waited months for a restock of their rear window/roof spoilers for my 9th gen civic. I'd previously bought one for my 8th gen, and it was great, perfect fit. This one bad, cut wrong and Very noticeable gaps. I was and am extremely disappointed, but I was able to install it...or so I thought. I did everything properly, cleaned the window with 97% isopropyl alcohol, just like my 8th gen. This one has been on my car less than three days and it is warped, bad enough BOTH top corners have pulled up, and the driver side edge is starting to pull up as well. I'm going to have to remove it. I contacted customer support and was offered $5 dollars! I didn't even ask for a refund, I just sent pictures of the gaps to show them. It sucks,I've wasted $100, along with now being apprehensive about ordering from them again due to quality worries. I live this company, but I'm VERY bummed and disappointed.

I’m just another average working joe making pennies by the hour but pro civc has the best prices anywhere ! Even with my peasant wages my dreams can come true thanks to the guys at pro civic. Shipments come quick with all part’s and items every thing in working order, they don’t leak your credit card information. You can rest assured that you will have a good experience with these guys and the gear they sell. Quit messing around pull the trigger order that upgrade you have been daydreaming about your only playing yourself if you don’t

I’ve ordered from ProCivic a number of times and never had any issue. They even verbally double check large orders to make sure they aren’t fraudulent. Shipping is always on point and timely. Because of these positives, I always check ProCivic first to fulfill my needs before trying other providers.

Figured to post this here separately, but I wanted to wait to write my review until I received all of the parts I purchased from this site. Now that they've arrived (all in one piece by the way), I can confidently say that ProCivic is more than trustworthy for your hard-earned money to spend on project car parts. As a newbie in the whole car scene with building and being a first-time purchaser, their customer service helped me out a bunch in understanding what their process was in managing the transaction and shipping. HUGE shoutout to Anthony who reached out to me about my purchase and Oscar for walking me through things on the phone. I was scared about purchasing parts from many places other than big companies (which didn't end up having the parts I wanted), but I'm stoked and relieved to have went with this company. I will be purchasing more parts for my 8th Gen again in the near future, but for those who read these reviews due to being wary of being scammed, I hope this helps wipe away the doubts.

I ordered a new grill and Injen cold air intake for my 2019 Civic SI. Everything went smooth and I received my cold air intake basically next day and the grill right on scheduled time. There were no hiccups with anything and the items arrived in perfect new condition. I would definitely order from here again the next time I need something for my civic.

Calling and saying that the part that was ordered was not available even after calling the manufacturer was above and beyond. Then recommending another manufacture to get my order together was awesome. Most companies would have just said back ordered and never thought twice. This really shows that you care about your customers. I will be returning in the future.

Customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff and shipping was fast and simple, packaged nicely and secure. Was honestly surprised how fast it got here, also the handful of stickers is also a bonus lol. Will definitely be purchasing other items from them.

finding products for your parts is very easy as everything is a direct fitment. Not only that but their customer service is great and if you have any questions they would be more than happy to help. They also have products for beginner enthusiast to intermediate.

Procivic did not have the headlight bulbs i ordered in stock, so they had the company email them directly to me. Emailed me what was happening through the entire process and even gave me an update on my order outside of normal buisness hours. I will happily order from Procivic again in the future.

They called to make sure it was actually me, because this is my first time purchasing from them. Also confirmed the year make and model to ensure proper fitment. Awesome business that is knowledgeable about the products they sell.

Recently ordered clutch and flywheel from them and it arrive surprisingly quick. When I placed my order they called me the next day about the flywheel not being in stock and notified me that there's another flywheel in stock that mated with the clutch. Experience overall is 10/10 and customer service is a 10/10 as well.

I ordered a pro series exhaust for my 2007 civic . . After a couple day I emailed asking when it would ship I received a speedy reply ..very good customer service..today I put the exhaust on it fit perfect .!!... its quality parts and great customer service...I will order here again and highly recommend them to everyone. ...

1 wheel was sent that was the wrong one.I know it came from a warehouse the 2 other wheels as mentioned, but the shop which has replied to ProCivic has not gotten a reply on getting the wheel exchanged for the correct one. Still waiting for wrong wheel be picked up and swapped out. ProCivic usually is great, but maybe this time around they are a bit too busy or something going on on delaying to getting back to us and have this wheel issue resolved.Update;Changing my rating to 5star, as PRO team resolved the wheel situation in a timely manner. Sent out the right wheel right away and the prepaid label to send wrong one back.Thanks again for the quick reply and resolution.
