I love the product. But more than that I had problems with UPS delivery and reached out to PRINTLER who managed to sort it, and get it delivered to my home address, and kept me in touch with what was going on. Excellent customer service especially as it wasn’t a high value item I’d purchased. Many thanks - would use again as customer service is so good.

The product was not as I had expected although nothing technically wrong with it, my personal opinion is that the price is a bit too much for something I could have done at home. Having said that, the communication and customer service is excellent and on reflection I should have considered more closely how the print would look. Just a wrong choice for me.

Swift delivery although I had to collect from local ups collection point rather than delivered to my address. I didn't understand why it could not be delivered to my address.

Excellent item, as in the photo, but the larger product was either poorly packaged or the carrier was not careful. The print arrived torn and the frame was cracked.

I ordered and PAID for 5 prints to be delivered and now I have emails from UPS asking for a payment of $42 before it will be delivered?! I have emailed Printler but haven't had a response.EDIT- Printler responded and said they would resolve the issue by contacting UPS directly. I thought they had but I have been emailed by UPS for the last two days saying that they won’t deliver until outstanding balance is paid.

The print was good but the quality of the frame was awful. It was like something you would buy in a bargain basement shop but much more expensive.Had to take it to be framed. Now I can give as a gift with confidence.This also worked out cheaper.

We had a really bad experience with the packaging and delivery of 3 prints and frames. The UPS driver left the parcel at the front door in pouring rain without ringing the door bell. The parcel got wet and the prints were loose in the parcel (no plastic cover or extra cardboard for protection) which meant the corners got wet and the paper is permanently damaged. The frames were protected through a plastic cover, so not damaged at all. I don’t understand why the packaging is done so poorly. However, after we submitted a complaint incl pictures of the wet prints on the company portal, we immediately heard back from customer service. They were super helpful, offering to resend or refund the order. So while I do feel the packaging is a recurring issue, I feel you can trust this company to help you in case anything were to go wrong.

Ordered a framed print. Quality of the print was good, but frame was fairly low quality and arrived damaged. Good experience with their customer service team who quickly resolved the issue.

Easy to order, kept up to date with the delivery & tracking. Picture came well packaged however we had to put together, I thought it would've already been in the frame but it wasn't. No big deal but as I have arthritis in my fingers I did find the clips a bit fiddly & difficult on the back of the frame.Picture looks good though so pleased with it.
