Awful support and it doesn't even work. Charge me $4.84 for UK 1st class and tracking letter. Not only was there no tracking on the webhook, the tracking info didn't work when entered on royal mail, and the letter had the return address missing too! Then the support team completely ignored me for 2 weeks. Would recommend Stannp to everyone, they have a far better solution and their support is really good, so I'm using them... Postgrid are awful!!
