Is poste.it Legit?

I am waiting now 2 months for a product I bought from an italian seller who trusted in this shipping company and I should have my product long time ago. Worst shipping company ever they do not respond emails and they do not respond calls and now I do not know where is my shipment and if it Will arrive one day to my country from Italy because every time I check the state of the shipment its says still stuck on Italy thieves !!!

My experience with Poste Italiane has been nothing short of a nightmare.Firstly, their delivery personnel never call upon arrival. Instead, they simply leave without making any effort to deliver the package. To make matters worse, they don’t leave the package at the nearest post office, which would be a logical and convenient solution.Their working hours are extremely limited, and they don’t deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. For anyone with a busy schedule, this is a major inconvenience.To top it all off, their customer service is non-existent. It's impossible to resolve any issues or get any help. It’s as if they don’t care about their customers at all.Avoid Poste Italiane at all costs. It’s the worst delivery company ever.

Worst possible service I ever had to deal with. I purchased a product and shipped it directly to my office like I always do. They claim to have attempted to deliver on 9/12/2022 at 3:20 pm which is false because I and all my colleagues were there at that time and no one rang. Then on 12/12/2022, they say the package is going back to the sender without any other attempt or notification being sent. When I try to contact them it's impossible through any channel of communication. This is not the first time unfortunately that Poste Italiane show how incompetent and unorganized they really are.

Having lived in more than 5 countries, I have never experienced a more incompetent national postal service.Their customer service is non-existent and you can never get through to anyone on the phone. To emails, they do not respond.I have been waiting for two packages that were out for delivery and supposedly attempted delivery. I work from home so was home at all times but there was never an attempt to deliver. No note was left as to where to collect the package either. It will likely now be sent back to the sender.After paying for the service, this is fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs!

Liars. No one can tell you where your package is even when you have a tracking#!!!! And they don't care either. Rude people. They never leave a note, email or text saying where the package might be held.....How could a great country like Italy have such a corrupt post system???

Very bad service. The package arrived from China and it had the correct address on it. After arriving in Italy, they put a different address and I had to go 1h away to get my package.

I am hoping with all my heart that Poste Italiane will default and fail so that a new service provider will acquire the business and cut the ton of useless stuff as well as streamline the outdated business! Shipping a packet from Milan to Rome takes as long as doing the World Tour. It’s impossible to hate their service more than I do

This is ridiculous. I sent a REGISTERED AND INSURED letter from Netherlands to Italy, about 2 weeks ago. Sent on 4 th Feb, arrived on Italy on 5 th Feb. Today is 15 Feb and the letter is still not delivered. One of the worst company I have ever seen. I will avoid to send something with them anymore. I will use couriers from nie on to Italy. Bad, really bad

I wish there was a no star option.I posted a small A6 size parcel at the beginning of October to arrive in Florence by December! It still hasn’t arrived. Paid extra.I could have driven the parcel there, delivered it myself and driven back to the UK in the time it has taken so far. It depends who looks or handles a parcel in Italy, whether they charge you extra tax, even when it’s been paid already. It’s a disgraceful, unreliable and corrupt service. Don’t use it. Just transfer the money from bank you bank and let the recipient treat themselves. Just confirms how spoilt we are with our postal service in the UK.

Beware of this website if you live abroad. It is impossible to register in order to pay your bills online. A phone number that does not connect, useless chat. Unable to pay my Italian Council Taxes online which are due on 16th June. Very frustrating experience.

Just so, so bad. Please never trust them with your money or their banking services. I'm trying to get my money out of my closed account using a cheque.Nobody knows what happened to it, they keep telling me to wait another month.You have to push people to give you information and you have to come up with solutions yourself because all they do is give you reasons for why things won't work. "Being proactive" is a forbidden concept and nobody takes responsibility for anything.

i sent 3 pack at the same post office the same day in December and they never arrived. for sure it s the italian post office the problem!!! they do not respond . im furious !

Beware of Poste Italiane! I've never seen anything like that in my life, and what I'm going to tell you guys will drive you crazy.Poste Italiane has its own courier service, SDA. Well, they are used to stealing people's packages, and I can relate! Why? I've been robbed by them recently!One week ago I ordered a phone charger off Amazon Italy (yes, I'm Italian), and shipped through SDA (which is an express courier).Let's start by saying that they claim the package has already been delivered to my apartment which is a BIG FREAKING LIE. IT HAS NEVER ARRIVED! But, there's a happy ending: I'll be refunded by Amazon... Game over, SDA. If your couriers cannot afford a €12 phone charger you ought to raise their wages. Just saying...

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. The worse service I have ever seen, I sent a parcel to Scotland, it was on 10th December. I wanted it to be delivered before Christmas. Because the tracking hadn't showed any records, my partner called Poste Italiane customer service and was informed that the parcel was sent abroad on 23rd!!! December. Today, ie on 9th January he called again trying to find out where is the parcel and was informed thatit is still in Milan!! I have a shop online, fortunatelly for me, registered and sending things from Scotland. If it was in Italy, I would have to deal with neverending complaints from my clients. An awful, awful service. They all should be fired and this bloody Poste Italiane sold to someone who wants to do a proper business.

With me it went well.Order from Italy to Portugal delivered in 13 days.It wasn't very fast but it wasn't bad at all
