Whenever there is an issue, PokerStars definitely takes care of it and are hands on with their players proving they truly care. They continue to set the bar for software, customer service and just the overall best poker site in Pennsylvania. Stars always comes through for me whenever something goes astray. Poker Stars is so important to the Poker community and the future of our game. Glad that they are leading the way.

I've been using pokerstars for a little over 10 years now . Not once have I had a problem. Granted my luck hasn't been the best most of the time playing but I have won a few poker tournaments and played alot of slots and Wins can depend on the day and just plain luck . Payout time is pretty fast too . Withdrawals always arrive in my account between 2 -6 hours after requested. Never had a reason to talk to support so I don't know how that is but overall 10/10 gambling site . Just wish they offered bonuses spins on slots

I set a monthly limit .. i thought it meant the end of the month but was some convaluted 30 day thing... they refused to remove the limit when i wanted so i left .. its a premium service if you cant enjoy yourself when you want to do one :D.. im rating them this high because it shows there not all about profit... Look I gamble and out all other online gambling sites my go to is PokerStars never had an issue with getting someone on chat to resolve an issue or answer a question I may have. Aside from the assistance I received from Olivia, my entire experience left much to be desired! I opened my account and played what I had deposited initially. I was enjoying myself so decided to make another deposit. After they accepted my second deposit, they restricted my account for further security verification. I was not only unable to play the funds I had just deposited, but I was also unable to withdraw my funds until I provided them with several documents. I found this to be quite daunting and irritating as they had no issue taking my money, but now would not release my money to me either.

Theresa was super helpful. As a new user I didn’t fully understand how to navigate the app but when you start a chat with customer service they answer almost immediately and answer all questions. It’s a shame there is not an option for zero stars. Upon closing my account (reason is irrelevant) they state "Please don't create other accounts as this is against our General Terms". In other words, "We don't want you back". This is the same message everyone gets and is not communicated directly when leaving, truly showing that they don't value their customers. After being made aware of this, I requested to not close my account and they still closed my account with an automated message - extremely impersonal and disrespectful. At first you'll have nothing to complain but when you'll have win some money you'll experience the worst luck of your life. Was thrown out of winning hand, then when I inquired about it was switched to several different agents with no resolution? After hours of diliberation, I tried to withdraw remaining funds. I have recently been playing on PS and wanted to withdraw. Once you go into the withdraw tab, it notes you are not verified and to send banking information over. I sent it over 3 times for it to get denied and came on chat where you advised I would need to verify 1st and sent another time. I sent information to this link to not get a response in over 5 days. Was playing 3-player spin tournaments all the time; I have seen players winning with a flush at least 7-8 times just in less than an hour! When I play live with real people, I see a flush maybe once in 3-4 hours, but at pokerstars you will see it every 5 minutes almost! And obviously, those flushes never come to you... The card shuffling results in very strange hands that I never somehow see in live poker games...

Played a tournament game for 4 hours, got myself up to 100 x the blinds then sat and waited for very good hands. Got kk got beat by a which is fair enough lost 10 k then 5 hands later got kk again got beat to 87 they hit 87 lost half my stack then 4 hands later got a a went all in got called by q 10 off suit they hit runner runner for flush with hearts.
