When I ordered the item it came with some basic information, but also with some specific information. It said how old the product was which to me is important. When I received the item I was pleasantly surprised at how good the condition of the product was. I will definitely buy from this company again

Wanted to relive some childhood memories, so I bought medal of honor rising sun for xbox only to realize that's it's not crossplay compatible. I then went down the rabbit hole of finding and buying an original xbox. I regret nothing. Game works great- money well spent!

Game was still in packaging which was shocking to me for a PS2 game could even smell the plastic molding as I took off the wrap almost feel bad about opening it

I was just looking for replacement cases for some of my old loose games, and stumbled upon this site. Honestly I count myself lucky I did. Site design is nice and easy to read, the lines of communication they provide are strong which I appreciate, they've got a strong line up to choose from, packaging was nice and professional, and the cases I got were just as pictured/described. I've purchased a number of games from Player's Choice, and they have been exceptional at getting them to me on time for an exceedingly reasonable price. In a market where fakes are so commonplace, I've purchased at least five different, commonly faked games from them with no scams or reproduction carts. Excellent quality, reliable and most of all, excellent price.

It did take an email for them to actually send the controllers, but other than that the controllers work great there hasn't been any issues!

After submitting my order, I looked over the confirmation email and realized my apartment number was missing. I emailed customer service about the issue and was updated almost immediately that they were able to make the adjustment. The case my game came in was not the original, but the game itself was exactly what I ordered and plays well with no glitches. And honestly for a 20+ year old game, it’s in great shape. Overall, I had a good experience with this company and would likely purchase from them again.

I ordered a game for my grandson for Christmas. All I received was an email showing my credit card was charged. After several days with no other information, I emailed the address on the invoice. David responded very quickly with a tracking number. The tracking number showed a label was prepared but package not received. Another email to David. He couldn’t understand why USPS hadn’t scanned it. I don’t know if he contacted the post office or what, but the next time I checked the tracking number, but it was scanned and in transit. I did receive the package from n time for Christmas. David was very understanding and helpful. Four stars are given because no tracking number was given until I emailed the company.

I wasn't sure when I trade in my old xbox 360 games, that's I wasn't to going to receive my store credit since I never heard of player choice before, but everything went great. I received my store credit and went on to buy 3 new games, when it came down to the notifications, when my package was sent, when it was about to be delivered, were sent to me and the game are in great condition.

Sent me a cheap Chinese knockoff when the site pictured an OEM charger. Ignored all attempts to reach them. Had to dispute with credit card which was in my favor of course. The icing on the cake is then a month later they sent an automated email asking me to leave a 5 star review here for a $5 store credit. Breaks the terms of service of this site!

The replacement works well and I didn't have to wait long for another which was niceUpdate: I kept getting asked to change my 1-star review or delete it and no I won't because it doesn't change the fact that you lazily gave me a bad one without checking if it's good or not first
