Is picturesongold.com Legit?

I just received my locket today. Immediately felt that this was a cheap product. The photo inside was yellowed. I contacted the company several times. First I called, because I made a mispelling and wanted to pay to get it fixed. Ok all was ok, but then I decided to chat with them regarding the yellowing. At first Florence said ok, but eventually she just stopped responding to the chat! I decided to wear it for an hour to decide if I can live with the yellow color. When I got home, wow, the locket was now misaligned and cannot be closed, it won't lock. Also - the inside engraving (the one that was misspelled) was GONE! ??? How can engraving fall out??? I sent them a message now and I have pictures too that I will send in the morning. But I advise to AVOID this company. A $200 mistake, I trusted too much.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a sterling silver pendant with my husband's fingerprint on it for myself and 1 for our daughter. Within days they tarnished, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement but 1st I had to return the ones I had, which I did. I received the 2nd set of pendants and they tarnished within hours of putting them on. I contacted the company again wanting my money refunded. I had taken the 2nd set of pendants to a reputable jeweler and was told the pendants were made of some sort of cheap metal not sterling silver. Before the company would process a refund I had to return the 2nd set of pendants which I did, 8 weeks ago. Now they are telling me they never received the pendants. How convenient. What a disgraceful way to treat a grieving family. I will probably never receive my refund.

I ordered a locket and honestly it was amazing! I had never seen a locket without a paper photo, this was like lasered in, and I cant express how beautiful it is!

My girlfriend bought me a gift for my birthday and was hoping for a beautiful medal. When she received it was tiny and flimsy. The customer service rep she talked to assured he the larger medal would be much better so she spent MORE! The larger one it still extremely poor quality. Since we were traveling we did not get around to asking for a refund and sending it back until less than a week over the 30 day refund window. Now they are refusing to give my girlfriend her money back. We don’t want store credit for garbage quality. Pictures on Gold, Alivia and Danny and Jewelry 14 K are all scam companies! Do not buy from them!

I was looking for a unique birthday gift for my Baby Brothers bday. I came across PicturesOnGold. My brother is a cop. I ordered 'badge' earrings and customized them with his badge number. The earrings arrived days early and are absolutely adorable! I will be ordering again. Thank You!

So disappointed! Ordered a locket bracelet for a gift. The locket fell off twice in one day. Spoke to customer service who promised to makes new one and solder the ring on the locket so it couldn't fall off. The new one arrived with the ring open! Spoke to customer service and they refused a refund saying it was past the date, when they were the ones who took three weeks! I sent them pics as they requested but they said they weren't good enough. How can I take a good pic of something that's an eighth of an inch? Now I have two useless bracelets. I'm going have to find someone who can solder it. I will NEVER use this company again. What a rip-off!

Great product selections, a little expensive after being charged for each add-on. Purchased a create your own locket with laser engraved pics, can't wait to see final product! Instructions were easy to follow, however for some reason after selecting the chain type I kept getting kicked out of the system, finally succeeded after the 3rd try.

Just received my my girlfriend’s locket I’m giving her for Christmas with colored laser engraved photos & came out absolutely perfect! I am totally pumped to give it to her on Christmas morning. It also came with a cool display case thing which I've never seen before. Got delivered within days too!

This is my second bad review on this company. As I told you in the first one there would be a problem with the refund. Store credit. Why would I buy anything else from you. DO NOT BUY from Pictures on Gold. Bad customer service, Awful policy, no a happy purchase at all.

I felt compelled to write a review after being so hesitant to buy based on the reviews online. I ordered a necklace for my mother of my daughter and niece (her grandkids). It came fast and is perfect. I think that the gold itself is a little thin but I think the price is reasonable considering you are buying a super personalized piece of jewelry. I could not be happier!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING*I do NOT recommend this company on any level. I ordered sterling silver monogram earrings for my niece last Christmas. They were received without earring backs, one earring looked to be rose gold, and the workmanship was horrible. They were NOT sterling silver as advertised. The earrings were promptly returned. I was told I would receive a full credit. The company has not been easy to work with (although they have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee). I am still waiting to receive the 20% re-melting fee back. I seriously doubt they were featured on Today or any other magazine or program. Please learn from my MISTAKE.Update...I stand by my review. However, they did finally refund me the full amount of my purchase.

I tried to get on the chat to ask ONE question. I am a returning customer that has previously bought SEVERAL pieces. FLORENCE claimed to have joined the chat. Never actually replied to me. Then after several attempts on my part, she simply typed a message for me to call the phone number and ended the chat. SHE PROVIDED NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!! I have never had such a problematic experience with this company, but FLORENCE leaves a lot to be desired!!

Absolutely gorgeous. I’m getting married this weekend. I had ordered similar for my bouquet but I was expected to get a photo into a little charm. Found this site over the weekend and the photo I uploaded of my parents was engraved into the charm itself. It will last forever. Just purchased a St Micheal pendant from this company and couldn’t be more disappointed, way over priced, quality and craftsmanship was terrible. When asked for a refund they brushed me off.Wore it for two days and starting to tarnish, question if it’s even 10k, unbelievable! Do NOT buy anything from them.

Terrible customer service. Bought an expensive 14k gold locket with necklace for my mother inlaws birthday of her deceased parents. Locket came damaged. Company refused to work with me about finding a solution. I would not suggest you order anything from them. I told them I would write a bad review about their service and they did not care. Absolutely ridiculous! $170 for something that looks like it came out of a 25 cent vending machine! Literally a piece of plastic!! I am beyond disgusted, I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing now I’m stuck with this $170 piece of plastic because it was personalized and lasered with a picture of my boyfriend’s grandmother who passed, this was going to be his birthday present and now I have to spend MORE money on something else!

Ordered a personalized, engraved locket and the name was crooked. This explains why I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after I ordered a detailed, engraved locket on 4 sides. It was very cheap looking which is shocking given the cost of the item. Pretty pathetic that they would ship out such a low quality product, and then not allow returns on customized jewelry. Total scam.

I just purchased two keys chains one for my son who is a First time Father's Day and one for my husband somehow there was a mistake made.with the engraving on back. I was very upset so I decided to call PicturesonGold Co. I glad i did the were more than happy to listen and hear me !! TheyReally came thru for me they not only understood and replaced,they were very kind and understanding. IIm planning to buy a locket shortly and I would go no other place but PicturesonGold. !!!

Hello I like to start by saying that pictures on gold is by far the worse customer service..on November 2023 I order a charm for my son birthday then on December I received an envelope that I open to find out it was totally empty...I called pictures on gold and they " open investigation" a couple days later they send me email saying that they weren't responsible for the missing gold charm wich it was 400$ and that was still responsible for the full payment and that if I have any further questions to contact my bank!! And is so frustrating that I have to pay for something that I never receive...of course the bank wasn't able to return my money either...NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PICTURES ON Gold AGAIN!!!
