The 5% with Curcumin and black pepper is good for pain due to inflamations (joints) and the premium black is of a special quality and purity. Although I still get an occasional light headache, I have never had a bad one since I started taking the drops. I generally take the drops daily; two or three under the tongue.My only very minor complaint is that the bottle drop dispensers don't always seal properly and can leak a few drops, especially if not stored standing up.. an issue as I travel a lot.
