Is pestie.com Legit?

Horrible customer service. Been waiting for my shipment for 2 1/2 weeks, obviously it’s lost in transit as it has not been updated in a week and a half on USPS. However, they still expect me to wait to make sure it’s lost. In the meantime, my son has been bitten by a centipede and I have to keep the doors and windows closed at night due to the bugs in this heat and Hawaiian humidity. I’ll seek other alternatives that don’t require two shipping partners to try and deliver a single box.

Can't reach customer service. My sprayer doesn't work anymore. How do you change the batteries? My Phillips ones I have st home don't fit

I got Pestie a year ago and it did not work well for my place. Bugs are constantly present around, little black bugs and ants the most common ones. Dead and alive alike. I tried canceling and it does not let me, you have to actually reach out to them. How convenient that signing up is so easy and the cancelation is not available.

Been using product for over one year. Get my quarterly delivery. They email me when they are sending the next shipment. I have not seen a roach in the crawl space or house since using the product. Spiders are gone under the house as well. I do the foundation, under the house, kitchen , bathrooms all on 1 small two ounce bottle. First shipment came with the sprayer. I recharge the sprayer after every spray so 4 times a year. I am a DIYer when possible and anyone can do this, no need for an expensive pro.

Works great as advertised!We live in Southern Nevada, few roaches, some spiders inc. black widows and bark scorpions are the worst culprits. Expected roaches and spiders to be gone but pleasantly surprised Pestie works great on scorpions lurking close to home. Great targeted, we love the convenience of receiving shipments at proper times and will be renewing our subscription. Thank you Pestie!

I have used Pestie for about a year or so. After my last application, I still had ants all around the house perimeter. I contacted the company and got a quick response. They immediately sent out a solution that I applied and my problem was solved. Love this company!

My first experience with a subscription pest control solution. Having someone come do it is pretty expensive. I have tried buying my own but then I'm not sure if I'm using the right thing or the scheduling. This method keeps me on track an it's simple to apply. When I still had some little ants showing up, customer service helped me quickly and sent another application. All seems to be well now. Although we don't have pets at home, we feel comfortable with this being safe around our new grandbaby. I'm looking forward to my next application and keeping bugs and spiders at bay!

I was a bit skeptical that a little bottle of pesticide mixed with a lot of water in their small bag with a battery power sprayer would actually work as well as a professional service, BUT boy was I wrong in being skeptical. The Pestie product works fantastic. We had issues with ants and spiders mainly, and after one treatment they were honestly 100% gone. Seemingly eradicated. About 3 months or so later, we started noticing them ever so slowly making their way back into our home, and presto, a new shipment of Pestie arrives and I used it right away, and viola~, those little buggers are all gone again. I'm ecstatically happy about this product!

Pestie has always had the best customer service. Recently our first sprayer died (after two years of having it) and they quickly replaced it and sent us a new kit at no additional charge. And their product works great! We had a new baby and slacked on spraying on time. We definitely noticed a difference from when we did spray their kits on time. Thank you for the great product and fantastic customer service.

I rarely leave reviews, but just had to....it works. Overall expereince was amazing. Shipping was fast and appilcation was easy. I've always had someone to come out and spray and have always felt like I'm throwning money out the window. But not anymore, we immediately saw a difference, especially in my bathroom where every summer these tiny mites lived on the window. After my husband sprayed they were all gone. We are still see spinders, but hopefully this can contain those too.

It didn’t take long for the product to be working. And only once we had to call to get an additional application kit bc there were a few insects appeared. Customer service was very responsive and immediately sent out a new kit at no charge, issue solved! We have shared our experience with others and plan to continue to use this outstanding company!

Two shipments ago, I sprayed the outside of my home. And, for the first and only time... I sprayed the interior perimeter of the garage. I'd forgotten about doing so, until this month. That's when I started noticing the amount of dead crickets along the interior walls of the garage. Crickets that made their way past the sticky boards. I'm so impressed! Pestie really does work well!

Beyond easy, works amazingly well (2 months in) and we'll never hire an expensive pest control company again! So reasonably priced given how effective the product has been. And SOOOOO easy to apply! Anyone can do it!! Thank you, Pestie!!

Instructions. Notification reminders so you have overlap on treatments, etc. This helps keep the nasty critters out the house and it just works!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year. I have renewed my subscription and will continue to renew it. Pestie really works! I have had other pest control services and Pestie's results and price surpassed every company I had used. I also encountered a problem that was resolved by Pestie very professionally and the response was prompt.

I’ve been very impressed since the first application. All spring and summer we’ve been bug free! I wouldn’t go without Pestie protecting my home from unwanted critters! Their product flat out works as advertised and more!! Don’t hesitate to purchase one more minute!

This past Spring (2023) we had a lot of spiders and other crawling insects in our new construction home in the Dallas area, but I didn't want to spray inside. At a previous home I had had success with barrier spray systems administered by very expensive professional pest control companies so I thought I'd try to DIY approach with Pestie. Within two weeks of administering our first round of Pestie our spider problem stopped and we haven't seen spiders or bugs inside since. I just adminsitered our first reapplication and it took all of 20 minutes to mix, spray and clean up. I'm very pleased with the product, the service and the communication from Pestie and would highly recommend it.

We had a pretty serious roach problem after moving into our rental property. The roaches were in our crawl space, attic, and in almost every room of the house. We had minor success with roach bait and traps, but I decided to give Pestie a try because I was so grossed out seeing a random roach crawl through the kitchen (despite keeping everything clean and tidy). I am amazed and so thankful I went with Pestie. Got rid of ALL the roaches big and small in a matter of days and has kept them away! If we ever see a roach, it’s rare and it’s either dead or dying. We have used Pestie for a year and have been very satisfied. Occasionally have seen an insect but we also had occasional sightings when we had a full service company. Application is easy and effective! Looking forward to the same results for our second year.
