Is pelsbarn.co Legit?

I purchased this cooling mat before heading to Cape May for the weekend. We ate out for both breakfast and dinner with our pup Luna and I was amazed that she plopped herself down on the mat and just stayed there. She seemed comfortable in spite of the heat (it was in the high 80's both days). So glad I made this purchase!

Good quality mat, material seems durable. My dog loves it, she runs straight to it after her walks. Would definitely recommend this cooling mat.

I have yet to receive my bed that I ordered September 11th how long does it take the company from California to mail something to Washington State it shouldn't take that long either they have a low priority in their mailing system or this company is a scam.

I have a black lab and he actually gets off the bed to go lay on the pad! He's getting old and he tends to get overly warm very easily. Hopefully this will help him to regulate his body temp.

Brilliant product, does what it says it does, my dog wasn’t interested at first but I persevered and got him to lay on it for long enough for it to start drawing the heat from his body, (about 30 seconds to a minute) now he goes straight to it when he gets too hot, wish I could get a human size one! Well worth the money.

My King Charles Cavalier enjoys his time on the pelsbarn cooling mat. This summer has been hotter than normal and this allows for him to cool off for a bit. Quality is great. Totally worth the money spent. Heck, I’ve sat in it as well and its cooling effect is great.

Love this bed, so soft to the touch and secured in all spots where others slip, my pup immediately felt cozy and snug. He said it’s very comfortable. Would totally recommend!

Team Pelsbarn was receptive to my return/refund inquiry. They provided a 10% discount for signing up for email alerts. While I had to personally pay for postage to return the items for my dog, Oski, I received refund confirmation on 8/22/24.

I placed an order for a car bed on august 1, 2024,I accidentally added a second bed to the order. I realized what I had done and within an hour I asked to cancel the second bed.They responded they were unable to cancel the second bed because it had been sent to the warehouse for processing.I have sent multiple requests to customer service since then, many are rejected. A few sent a response, one gave me directions on requesting a refund which I followed and the response said they did not give refunds.It’s impossible to speak to a representative and the automated customer service is useless and frustrating.The company finally issued a refund for the second bed. As they requested, I donated the second bed to the animal shelter.

The products are good quality, I love that they use the money to help animals in shelters! There was some damage to my order, but their customer service team made it right.Would definitely order again and highly recommend!

We love this , after training our dog to place and stay, we take this to work with us, we do construction, our dog loves her safe place and it folds up so easy a caveman can do it, haha, no really it saves space in the car and super easy to use.

We absolutely love pelsbarn! We have their cooling mat and couch bed and their fluffy orthopedic bed and both our cat and my service dog love them. Neither really liked cooling mats, but the pelsbarn one was used the entire summer unprompted! It was easy to take with us in for example the car or on a hospital trip and it's super handy that it's washable! Same goes for the fluffy bed. The cover is completely washable and on cooler days I find both the cat and dog in it for hours on end. Only plusses for us with pelsbarn!

My dog has many choices of where he can lay and relax and I find him most often on his Pels Barn dog bed!!!!

It fits our St. Pyrenees. First bed she actually has used, so I suppose it is comfortable.

My dog loves this when camping, and I love that she has a comfy place to sit and not on rocks or us having to bring her an extra pillow for outside.

The bed I ordered was too small and was poorly made. I mailed it back, filled out the online form. Didn’t get a refund. I didn’t do my return in the proper order, they said. No refund. After arguing online for a week, they agreed to a 30 percent refund. This company is a complete scam.They claim the website is clear about returns. I sent screen caps that showed that wasn’t true. They said they were fixing the website so no one else would be confused.And yet, they act like a 30 percent refund is a noble gesture and that ‘they consider this case closed.’

Not only does this protect our furniture it keeps our dog cool from the warmth of the leather couch and her wool topped bed. I move it all over the house and plan on purchasing another one!

Ordered the cooling mat for our Husky pup. It took quite some time to deliver, which does happen, so no big deal. However, we have been extremely disappointed in the product itself. It's cool to the touch, but after a minute or so, it warms up. Neither of our dogs want anything to do with it, and they love other cooling mates we have had. I think it makes them hotter than it does anything. Disappointed and there is no refund opportunities for unsatisfied customers. Having to chalk it up as a loss, even though it was a bit pricey.

The funniest thing happened when I took this out of the box. I barely got on the floor, and my dog literally ran over on top of it and laid on it. It was the cutest thing. I actually ended up getting another one for my room. My dog weighs 48 pounds and is a medium dog but I got the large bed for the front room. And he loves it. It’s perfect for him. I’m actually thinking about getting another one for a back room so I don’t have to keep moving the smaller one. I would highly recommend this cooling bed.

Scam company. All the pictures show a bolster on the pad, what I received were two chintzy mats that they charged me $79 dollars for. Then when I complained, even though its supposed to be a money back warranty if not satisfied they claimed they cannot refund “sale” items. I also complained of false advertising because they mske it seem it was made in Scandinavia but it was made in China. Dont fall for fhese ads, the product is not worth a few dollars or your time.
