Peak Footwear is a scam. Two of 3 shoes were too small but I\'d have to return them to AUSTRIA!! I may be going through the credit card company to get my money back. The Lorax Pro fits great but the Trailmaster Lites are a full size smaller than normal.
YES, INDEED A MAJOR SCAM - DONT BE SUCKERED IN - FIRST CHECK OUT Their Chinese shipping company i.e. PIGGY SHIP - spent over $100 on a couple pairs of shoes, after I received the first pair and they said my address is undeliverable what a joke, as I go the first pair ok, then I get false phone number, false emails and no response to any inquires - plus the shoe is a farce as I got one pair and they are every hard on the feet like house slippers, not for wearing more than a hour or two. My mistake was that I ordered two more pair after I got the first pair, and really didn\'t wear the first pair very long as they felt ok, but if you wear the shoe for more than a couple hours your feet are killing you and neuropathy is very painful. Stay away from Peak Footwear or any other Co. that is marketing this shoe, if not you will be very sorry!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Peakfootwear on 9/26/24. Oct 11(2weeks later)I received an email saying they had been picked up by the carrier and were in transit. Its now the 17th, no package. I tried emailing them...my msg gets send back as undeliverable. I called the number they give.. also garbage. I looked them up on Google. Got another number. Actually talked to someone in Illinois. They said because of the hurricane, my package is delayed to give it until next Tuesday! If my package is being sent United States Post office and was in transit Oct 11th, what does any hurricane have to do with the truck taking 2 weeks to get here?? The package should have been here long before the hurricane came to shore. And even then I doubt the USMail is 2 weeks behind ever. I m not holding my breath that I\'ll ever receive any thing from this company other than a pack of lies. Too bad cuz I really wanted to try the shoes but not even through another company will I ever order Barefoot shoes again. \"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice....\"
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. I never received them. Some mix up at the post office had them get returned to shipper before I got them. I immediately contacted the company. Several times got messages back that the email could not be delivered. Finally get a response back from them, that they will look into it. Then crickets. That was Oct. 28th. Reached out again this week, middle of Nov. The response I got was that the package had been delivered and the best that they could do was offer me a 50% off to reorder. When I had originally contacted them, I sent all of the tracking information to show that the package was coming back to them. I am out over $170 with nothing to show for them.
