Is payop.com Legit?

I'd been searching for a payment provider for a while when I came across Payop. I decided to apply. After three months of working together, I can confidently say it is a really good cooperation! Their support has been top-notch, and everything runs smoothly.

A 50 euro SEPA INSTANT transaction been “in progress” for almost a week now, with support saying that the transfer hasn’t reach their bank just yet, and that I should wait another couple of working days. By the way, the transaction left my bank immediately.Guy c’mon, it’s not 90s, even a swift transaction can’t be processing a week, let alone a SEPA INSTANT one.Avoid this payment service at all costs

Payment left my bank, never landed to where it needed to go. Payop then emailed to say it couldn’t be processed to the site and told me that my funds will appear back into my account within 5 days. It’s been 2 months if not more and have never seen my money land back into my account. Complete frauds. please stay away from this company. I have used them previously and not had a problem, however after reading other reviews on here and can now relate to them.

Their scheduled settlements are exactly what I needed! I no longer have to make manual payments, as they are automatically processed based on my chosen criteria.

I have been partnering with Payop for 4 years aleady and it's my best choice for the business. The platform has everything that I need: easy withdrawals, reports, payment history, and the option to grant my employees limited access to the account.

Used to make a payment, my bank (halifax) made an instant transfer, but payop say it is still being processed! I have made hundreds of payments with my bank and within a minute it is showing in the other person's bank, but with payop this is not the case. It happens so often with payop (per reviews I have read) that they have a standard reply that in "rare cases, it may take longer than expected". They have way too many rare cases happening to them, so something must be wrong with payop.

I published a review at the beginning of 2024 and nothing has changed since then. Support, sales and admin email accounts ignore my questions and requests. All I'm trying to do is get my €9,000 that Payop misappropriated.

My users like to pay with Payop as they can monitor their payment status on a special tracking page. It's such a helpful feature!

Tried making a purchase using their payment gateway. After 3 days it's still not come through. Bank said it was immediate on their part. Does it take 24 hours for them to register and they are just completely offline during the weekend? (Send an e-mail to them in the weekend and got an automatic reply that it was outside their business hours). Come on it's not 2000 anymore, it shouldn't take 3+ days to pay for something.

No hidden fees or surprises. After my account was approved, my manager from Payop sent me all methods and fee details and covered all my questions. It's important that everything is clear starting from the onboarding process. So I've been processing with Payop for almost 1 year.

I have been their customer for 2 years so far, and it was my best choice. One of the recent ones is scheduled settlements, which helped me automate my withdrawals. I do not need to make manual payments anymore; I just made settings according to my needs, and the transfers are processed automatically. Awesome!

Now been waiting for 4 days for a deposit to clear despite the payment clearing from my bank straight away. No support from Payop and merchant just keeps telling me to wait and promising my money isn't lost ( sounds like a guilty conscience to me!!)

Update: After I wrote this review, they told PlayerUp to solve my problem, but PlayerUp told me that the first thing to do is to tell PayOp that the problem has been solved and that they will send money, and I actually did that in the hope that I will get my money. After that, they asked me to delete my review from TrustPilot, and after that they did not respond again, and it is clear that PayOp supports them in this theft, because I have all the evidence, and they did not recover my money, and they are still dealing with PlayerUp Therefore, I advise you not to deal with them until they have credibility and guarantee your rights as a customer and as a merchant I have a bad experience with them, I recharged my account on PlayerUp.com via payop, and my money was not deposited, and I communicate with payop support, and they solved the problem within a month, and l was desperate to receive my money, so I left my account for a while, and when I tried to use my balance on the PlayerUp website, I could not, and l raised a ticket to both sites in the hope that someone would help me, but I did not reach a solution, and I contacted payop to get my money and they refused and they can do that because they still dealing with this website so i don't recommend them Order ID: P_key=*******_******* Products used:Payments Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

After being a loyal merchant for over two and a half years, the rejection of my project, without a clear explanation is highly frustrating. They are just scammers. First of all, when I started doing business with them, they didn't tell me the truth about the hidden fees. Further, their system does not accept transactions from the US, although I initially pointed out that the main audience of my clients is from the US. When the war started in Ukraine on February 24 and I asked to release my money from the pending and rolling service because everyone needs money now and I need to send it urgently to my bank account - they wrote me the next day that they would stop working with me, stop all communication and they block my funds for 180 days and in general my business model does not correspond, as she put it, to their "Appetite"))) Yes, you can understand that their business is based on the model win-lose, where the loser is the client, you can understand that they are lying, actually misleading from the very beginning, not finishing important details in order to get the client, but the fact that during such a situation as hostilities they act in this way - I have no other name. They remind me of Russian fascists who are now killing our people in Ukraine.
