Is paymentwall.com Legit?

This company is a disgrace.I have sent several tickets to this company and they should please send a chargeback to 3D Chat IMVU otherwise I will not get my account back.You are constantly ignored there and tickets are simply closed.What a scam.

These guys are terrible. They blocked my cards for no reason and made me send all of these photos of myself and of sensitive information to “verify” although I had already used hundreds of times. Them said they lifted restriction but on a card number that does not belong to me… BUT I WAS STILL BLOCKED FROM MAKING PURCHASES

I provided them with all of the information they needed to process my refund, and they took care of it with no issues. Would be glad to do business with them again.

I use Paymentwall is used for an online game that I play which has 3 subscriptions:-Player1Player2AllianceI wanted to cancel my alliance subscription and take out just the two player options. Paymentwall decided to cancel all my subscriptions and apply to the game for a refund I dont want. When I try to explain the issue they firstly replied with the wrong information and now dont reply at all. The subscription that I wanted to cancel is still showing as active, so now I am stuck because their customer service is ignoring me - wonderful !!

Highly unsatisfied! Feel upset! Account creation and approve took more than two months with numerous paperwork demands and multiple delays from Support's responses for days. After all, a Project which was finally tuned to live was banned without any clear explanations while it even did not start to work.Shame, gays!

Dear Paymentwall, why not to get 24/7 support? Many people are struggling, as you see, or customer satisfaction is not the priority? What is then? It takes ages to get the response, I already created 3 inquiries to remind about the inquiry. Average response time is around a week. Isn't it funny? It takes way too long, I consider other provider.

I had to give them a bunch of personal information that they used who knows what.I simply abandoned my application at their payment gateway. Don't waste time with them.

Spent an hour trying to make a purchase before giving up. Basic "Pay with credit card" option didn't load on several devices/browsers even without ad-block. The other options require you to send them your government ID and proof of your adress etc. Why is this a thing when Paypal exists?

Yesterday at 02:38 am Argentine time I made a payment through paymentwall on the keydrop page.My transfer arrived perfectly, but the balance did not reach my kaydrop wallet.I tried to communicate by all means that I could but they do not give any answer ...The truth is I feel cheated because I already recharged many times with this medium and there were no problems. But now that I recharge a large amount of money and an error occurs, I do not receive any kind of response.

The customer service is great, although it is a rigorous process of sending proofs for verification, this just shows how tight their security is. Cards I've been purchasing through them have been wonderful and would get them within minutes. Keep up the good work!

One of the worst services I ever met in my life.Have been working with them for 5 months, they DO pay you, but their system is literally garbage, the payments and customers are untrackeble.Also, having had no transactions for the last 1 month, our bank account is being charged by them randomly. When asked for a report, they avoid any certain answer, never ever have I received a report from them.Definitely avoid this company, you'll better off with any other payment processor companies, simply unbeliable.

I also had the issue with having my account blocked due to account verification.It took a little effort to verify but eventually everything turned out well.They are friendly and very patient with (often) angry people like me.They might go far to verify your identity but I rather have this then someone strange taking money from my account xDHave patience to communicate with this support team and everything will turn out fine!

I had a problem with doing online payments for a few days and finally find their email address as no one seemed to be able to help. Within a short while i got a reply from paymentwall and they kept replying to every email until my problem were solved within hours. They were patient and friendly and assisted me to finally be able do do a payment. Thanks guys you are amazing!!!!!!

I made an unsuccessful payment attempt at checking out at a shop, went back and choose paypal. I ended now up with two times paid, paypal and paymentwell.I got back to them via email, they said, that they see don't see any unsuccesful message, I should forward them the paypal transaction, so they can see there are two payments made. After that they got back to me and said they can see no errors and only one transaction through them.I got back one payment through paypal after around a week, so I'm fine now.

They required a lot of documents to register as a merchant. Not only id but unnecessary stuff like report from the bank, an example of electricity bill, etc. Also, they required to sign a tax document and make test integration in the site. It took almost 2 weeks for us to slowly fulfill their requirements. After that, we received a month of silence. They responded only once with a template message on my question about progress.As I see according to other comments they just collect people's documents and use them for who knows what way.

i make a purchase at U4GM using paymentwall, order went through but U4GM said they dont received any order.....i contact paymentwall support via email told them about the problem. they reply to me and settle my problem, well not instantly..but still is acceptable because they keeping me updates about my case...and the issue settle after one day.tyvm..

First time I used this today and hit the need for verification. The verification team replied promptly and clearly, also patiently answering my questions, and it was a good support experience. Used this with Citi/Mastercard and the previous transaction was refunded within a few hours. For the verification process, it only took a few emails back and forth. Then, I was able to repurchase my order soon after. Give the verification team a raise!
