I have a lot of money in Paxos and everytime i try to withdraw it there is a problem, first I had to upgrade which i had to pay for, then there was a problem with money laundering which again i had to pay for then there was a problem with the blockchain and again they want more monies. They did allow one withdrawall into coinbase but it was paid in as polygon and i cant withdraw it and coinbase says they are fake tokens!!! I have no idea where to go now.
I'm still amazed at how I missed all the clues, and I've been conflicted ever since because I was so confident they were authentic until everything came crashing down around me. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it, traderscare. live ,was able to dismantle their scheme and pursue my claim against them, and I was finally pleased to put this mistake behind me. Awful experience
Sent 1 PAXG and $2400 to an account I opened. Tried to withdraw and my request has not been processed they request additional information and when I send it my email is rejected by their server. They are now holding $4500 dollars aprox and I do not know if I am going to recover my funds. Support tickets have not helped so far. Will update…My funds were released and fully recovered it took about 2 days and several tickets
Paxos invest limited Is a pure scam . This company claims to be located in south Korea under a CEO called Seunggun joh . I invested my funds into their company for only three weeks they had proved to me of what they are. They denied me my investment after it had expired 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I personally discourage who ever wants to trade with this company they are not worth human trust.

3 months they have held my aunts funds ransom and will not allow her to withdraw her funds even after sending all the additional info they requested. They keep insisting she withdraws in fiat USD when her assets are in BTC. She has now asked me to assist and I am investigating if they are a scam. All their banking partners have gone bankrupt and they even issued a warning not to send fiat funds as their banking partners are bankrupt. Now they expect my aunt to send the funds through their bankrupt banking partners instead of withdrawing BTC. Unbelievable. When she asks what bank will they use to send the funds she is ignored over and over! Disgusting really!
I've never seen such an annoying exchange such as Paxos!There are tons of issues which makes it not suitable for individuals, and probably everyone else too:- Extremely slow to proceed sales of PAXG- Expensive fees- Illiquid built-in crypto exchange- Extremely invasive ToS where your money doesn't belong to you anymore (pretty much the opposite of what Bitcoin was built for)- Low withdrawal limits despite KYC- Asking more information and documents every week despite providing them alreadyOn top of that this is the second time I receive an email asking for more information in the span of a few hours, feels almost like harassment. I already lost massively because of the price per ounce crashing lately, figured out cryptos isn't that bad after all.Beware of BUSD, PAX and PAXG tokens on Ethereum network, they are subject to the same ToS and they can seize your assets anytime for any reason.

Paxos is denying onboarding institutional applications for self-directed IRA Trusts from US citizens who live, work & study in the U.S., even applications of other family members who have already being onboarded. Why?"Your application has been rejected due to it sitting outside of our risk appetite."
Paxos erased my account, attempting to steal the over $300,000.00 balance.But they will eventually repay. In the meantime I suggest staying away from Paxos. Sad.
My experience with customer support has been very bad. I suggest that you should avoid getting yourself into a situation where you need to contact customer support. I suggest that you should invest at least 2 hours into researching this company before you create an account with them.
Frustrated after sending a transfer to @PaxosStandard and discovering that I used the incorrect Bank account (wire-back minus 86€ )As a customer it was not clear in their UX that when I'm sending a non-USD wire I need to use the main bank.A pity because I liked their platform and they are a respected company. However the confusing user experience and the fact that if you loose money on a wire transfer, even following their indications, it will be not compensated make me think twice about depositing money again with them.My only intention was to buy an ounce of Pax Gold and make an investment. Instead I lost 5% of the money I transferred to the USA because is not clearly explained how to transfer the money from a non USD account. Be aware, send an email to support, make 100% sure that your transfer is going to arrive. Otherwise you are on your own, don’t expect that Paxos support is going to save you on this one. Actually I still wonder why they put two bank accounts on their deposit instructions when only one is associated with your account.
They are now using this web address, TOTAL SCAMI was also lured in by a female and I only put $50, at first. Then she helped me make some profits And convinced Mr to deposit more... total I lost was $550. As soon as you deposit the site goes into "repairs" and they give you a new web page. Obviously just moving the wallet with my funds. Their next step is to deposit a large amount of money in your account and say the block chain was hacked..." You must deposit the $2700 to get your $500 back. your account is frozen" I didn't fall for it .....DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS TRADE PLATFORM @!!
Update 2023The company at some point seems to have gone under new management again or at least the site and policies were updated. Prior it would not allow changing of 2FA, lots of problems as I described below, but now has a new, clean interface/site, allows changing security settings, no issues. Is only available for institutions however.Previous August 2021:I would not recommend you use this company for any reason.I was using Paxos from before it was called Paxos (Itbit) and everything was very good at that time. No issues and customer service responded to requests. There was even a phone line with great agents (some overseas, I believe).Since being rebranded as Paxos things have gone downhill. Customer service does not seem to speak English and doesn't understand anything. You get responses to emails, but they are incoherent. They don't answer your questions. They ask you repeated questions about the source of funds, transaction history, and even though you answer them, they say you haven't answered them and keep e-mailing you. They spam you constantly with emails, I literally probably have 30 emails from them in the past couple weeks. Then instead of addressing any concerns, they start threatening you. I have never experienced such a poor level of customer service. I see from other reviews (here and elsewhere) that I am not alone in being bombarded with invasive requests that cannot be satisfied. In addition they use poor security practices. The security was much better under the previous company. It's not worth it to stay with them.

I've send 20 PAXG to their account by mistake. Made request to send me back those assets. They took 1000$ for that, and after 80 days no return, no answer for my requests
I filled all information that they requested until now, i deposited money and they didn't returned to me yet, and they asked me to fill the same google form 4 times and i did, and they still keep sending the same email over and over.
They do NOT allow withdrawals to private crypto wallets anymore!

PAXOS is a FAKE company. Their customer service is very bad and not sufficient. They will continue to encourage you in the beginning to put in more money into their platform, promising high profits in a short period of time. After making profits, getting it out of the platform is nearly impossible without external assistance. I contacted a friend i know deals in stocks and he recommended an agency called zctrevolvers.com and they handled the situation even after the crypto site kept ignoring me. With their help i got my funds restored and it's been the best feeling ever. Please let us all be careful out there Tip for consumers:everything about PAXOS is super shady
