“Liars they give you a date upon checkout that never matches the actual delivery date”

Stay away if you are anticipating the date that they give you a check out. I bought items on 19 they said expect delivery date between 24-26 now its the 30th. $#*! service now Im without my vehicle for an extra week because of these con artist. They won't give me my refund now I'll start a formal complaint with my CC as they lied on the delivery that we agreed upon at checkout time. Tip for consumers:STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I received a ball joint with missing nut. The hardware package had been opened prior to me receiving the item. No phone number for communication and emails go in circles without resolution. I will no longer use Parts Avatar.

Very good overall. Decent delivery time. No damage to parts inside package. However...those who pack your boxes should protect sensitive parts such as sensors, spark plugs etc in bubble wrap especially when those items are traveling across Canada. Quality

Part ordered was listed as universal under the batteries but could not be used as a battery for my vehicle, had to return it with shipping cost. Was not happy this time. Have bought from PartsAvatar before and have always been satisfied. One bad experience will not stop me from continuing to get my parts from PartsAvatar but will ask a lot more questions of the part before purchasing the next time. My question were not answered or do I feel the concern will not.be addressed. The Noco Lithium is not acceptable as a replacement battery for a car or truck and should not be listed as so. I purchased brake pads and rotors through Parts Avatar's website and the transaction seemed almost too easy (if that's possible). Normally I struggle trying to find the specific parts I need on other websites but the filters on Parts Avatar made it simple to find exactly what I wanted within minutes. Knowing rotors weigh a little bit it was surprising that the shipping was free (yet it was). They initially estimated delivery would take about a week but then everything was at my house within days. Edit: My second order met my expectations of a good online shop so I bring my rating up from 1 to 4 stars. Never experienced such a mess with an online store. Status of order didn't reflect reality, customer service was not very helpful. The order was in the end not delivered for obscure reasons. However it shows as delivered for one part and pending for the other one on my account dashboard even though I was issued a refund by customer service who said the order was returned to the sender. I placed the order again as instructed... let's see if partsavatar can redeem itself.

I ordered brake parts for my wife's car and I got a pop up from a rep. He asked me if I needed help, I asked him to double check the fitment. He came back saying that I was about to order the wrong part, so he updated my cart with the right fitment, with products of better quality, plus a 10% discount for a new customer! Shipped in 3 days from alberta to quebec. Overall, this is the best e-autoparts store. It was to good to be true, but no thats true. I got my parts. Caliper price was good. I dislike that you have to send back the old caliper and wait for your refund, but that's the way of the industry. The part came very quickly so I was able to get to it. If the part does not last, then I will be less happy - only time will tell. I don't anticipate any problems though.
