I am extremely upset. I ordered one bracelet for an in-store pick up on June 24, 2024 and it has still not been delivered for me to pick up and it is now August 24th. It has been 2 months and it is ridiculous. I keep calling the store and all they tell me is that there is a backlog in the warehouse. I called customer service and they keep telling me the same thing and have been useless everytime.
Really bad customer service. Went today to Brent Cross shop to get assistance, the service was appalling, the manager was really rude and unhelpful.
Beware of what you buy at Pandora jewelry. Late June/beginning of July I bought a pair of stud earings for my 6 year old Granddaughter at the Gatineau Pandora store. The sales clerk told me my receipt would be sent to my e-mail, I NEVER received it. We finally put the earings on the little one on August 14th, after having her ears pierced and respecting the wait time with the piercing studs on. Within 24 hours she had infection on her ear du to the Pandora studs.I contacted the store, they couldn't find anything under my name, no receipt, nothing. They totally refused to accomodate me due to the negligence of the sales clerk who either never entered my info or entered it wrong. So now we are stuck with earings that she cannot wear. It was my 1st time buying there and my last. I will make sure to let everyone in my circle of friens, family to never buy Pandora products.
If I could put 0 stars I would.I had a really disappointing experience with Pandora customer service. I've been trying to get a refund for two months now, and it's been a nightmare. The customer service representatives keep giving me conflicting information, and it feels like they don't really care about helping me at all. I originally bought an item online and then tried to return it at the store, but the store manager told me to send it back by mail to get a refund to my credit card. After waiting for two weeks without any updates, I called their customer service multiple times, and each time I was given different information. Finally, after speaking with the fifth representative, I was promised a refund to my original method of payment, only to receive an email about a gift card instead. Whenever I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was never transferred and the issue was never resolved. It's clear that to Pandora, their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction.
Terribly disappointed with the Anaheim Pandora location. My daughter is in Disneyland with family, yesterday she went into the Pandora store bought a bracelet and a Thor hammer charm. This morning her bracelet came apart. The charm is gone. When she went back into Pandora, they did replace the bracelet, but would not replace the charm and then proceeded to tell her that there are a little locks for the charm so that they don’t fall off! Well that would’ve been nice to know at the time of purchase. I am not sure if it’s because she’s young that they feel they don’t need to replace the charm or why they did not suggest a lock for the charm during the sale. ( other than they were just trying to hurry along to get to the next sale) Hello they located an amusement park where people are gonna be riding rides you would think they would suggest something to secure their purchase. The charm was $60 and now she’s going to have to pay to replace the charm which is asinine due to the lack of information given at time of purchase from the associate. It’s very infuriating that I’m not there to handle this because I can guarantee you, It would’ve had a different outcome. The situation is not being handled the same as if it were an adult coming in with the same problem. I’m very familiar with the way retail works, I’m an operations manager for A large retail company and I have a zero tolerance policy for this. When it rarely occurs and I catch it there are consequences for the associate.

Believe the reviews. I bought a bracelet for my daughter less than 12 months ago and the clasp broke. Brought it back to the store I bought it in and they refused to help. Two months ago I purchased 3 rings from Pandora, a stone fell out of one ring, I will be getting a replacement, the other 2 rings got badly tarnished,I called into the York store to be met by a young female with a bad attitude saying it was my fault he rings were tarnished because I must have used chemicals ie showered with them on, used hand cream or had them in water containing chemicals,I only wore the rings out& took them off when I got home, then the store manager came& said I must have had my hand in chemicals,so I then phoned customer services who told me to send an e/mail of my complaint to the area manager,I Won’t be buying any more from Pandora as the jewellery isn’t worth the price& that certain member of staff who I was explaining my problem to was rude& has a bad attitude, the store manager wasn’t helpful.

I received an egift by email from colleagues. It had a button which said redeem but it didn't work. I went into the store and called the customer services who said they couldn't trace it because the order number wasn't attached. ~They said I had to tell them who ordered it and their full name and the order number and when it was purchased. I didn't know that and they said they couldn't help - they confimed that it was legitimate but said they could not trace it and would not help me to get it redeemed. Lovely service. The last few times I went into the store has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced every time I go in the store multiple employees standing around talking nobody speaks nobody asks if you need help you have to interrupt their conversation to get them to help you I'm going to have to start ordering online because going to the store in the Franklin Park Mall it's just become unacceptable
i brought a £500 ring from pandora, real gold, after a while the stone looked scratched and plastic so i thought i would weigh it in as i was never going to wear it again, they offered me £34 quid!!! thats how much gold was in it for £500 pund ring with a plastic stone, brought a £170 necklace, wore it once, it was beautful, put it back in its box, went to wear it again, it was black! took it back to complain and they wanted to charge me to clean it! worst quality stuff ever
No return or even a credit note for sale items… only exchange within 14 days. What a joke of a policy!!! This is not a usual practice for a UK retail store and it’s not mentioned anywhere obvious on their website. I haven’t faced this sort of unfair policy with any UK store in my 30 years of shopping. By looking at reviews of 78% with 1 star, it looks like PANDORA don’t have positive customer care policy.

Pandora needs to be careful who it gives its franschise to, but if you want excellent service and good jewellry, then the Wrllington branch on Lambton Quay is the ONLY place to go. 5 stars. “Greedy”
Pandora is a greedy company. Rather than play songs from original records they choose re-recordings from knock off or soundtrack albums in order to not pay the musician. Also, I have 292 different artists on my Pandora station and get constant replays of particular songs. Very disappointed in their overall performance.

Too many frozen streaming issues. This used to be a wonderful experience, but has been reduced to "over complication" by clueless developers. Just disappointing for the most part! Hopefully, it won't go the way Spotify went.

Why can you see the next song or list coming up next to play? That capability would make Pandora #1! And more people use the over other two top competitors. Apple/Spotify both cost too much. Pandora only 4.99, fair pricing. And neither Apple And I believe nor Spotify allow users to shuffle your genres.

Signed on ad free for 4.99. We are on fixed income so when bank statement came in surprise! Being charge 9.99 a mth. Pandora free is ok but too many unknown artist for my taste. You're limited to the number of passes if you don't like a song and pop up ads are annoying. Often, songs don't finish and new song begins. Still don't know why something like Elvis radio would play a Doors song sung by an unknown Paid Pandora offers more well known artists, pass up the ones you don't like. There is another music service that I prefer to use. Original music that is downloadable for times when you don't have access to wifi! It's more like my own little IPOD storage... its stored on all my electronics and is Bluetooth capable for my car and home systems. What more can I ask?

However, two things: 1) Pandora doesn't work outside of the United States and 2) It has a fairly limited range, as compared to last.fm. Last.fm seems to offer more variety across all genres. “Worst customer service ever!”
Tried to cancel my account for 5 weeks. Every time I hit submit it gave message it was experiencing technical difficulties. Called customer service which gave message saying they do not take calls you need to email them. I emailed them and the person who was on live chat said I need to talk to technical support but I needed to give my credit card info as it would cost $5 to talk to someone and it could be up to $37. What a bunch of nonsense. They want to charge you for cancelling your account. I finally just called my credit card company and had them block all future charges from Pandora. Maybe then someone will actually help me without a fee. I will never do business with them again.

Pandora is an awesome way to discover new music. I have found many new artist and groups because of it. In kind of a catch 22 however, it is unfortunate that they do not tend to accept unsigned artist to play on there stations. It does not matter if the artist is talented. It only matters if they already have a record deal with a label. The website itself is very easy to use and intuitive. Its also cool how you can change your background. My 10 year old nephew knows how to work Pandora better than his parents.

Pandora would get five stars if I had their paid premium service, but the difference in service isn't worth the money for the little use I give it. The big plus is that once you select an artist, title or genre, you get a variety of similar songs just like you are listening to your favorite FM station. The database seems to continually expand and most of the time it does a decent job of music selection.
