Is onecozyday.com Legit?

Total scam. Poor quality product. I was so angry that I sent it back the goods - anyway with terrible postage. After that, they didn't accept the package DELIBERATELY, which disappeared in the return. I tried to request dispute resolution via PayPal, but it didn't work there either, as the package didn't arrive - because of their fault.

Waited 3 months for order. Sending half of the order back. Horrendous quality, sizing and dimensions. Have sent 3 emails to give notice of intentions to return as required by them. No acknowledgement of the emails. Can't find another contact. So have gone on to their Facebook page. Copied, Still no response. Absolute rip off. Aka Uoozee. Was about to order from them also. So glad I didn't DO NOT Buy from these crooks. Buy local, will never buy overseas clothing again. Learnt my lesson. NZ and Australian only.

Beware of this brand Onecozyday advertising all over Facebook and Instagram . Placed an order in July with them, shipment keeps moving between Guangzhou and Beijing. Earlier enquiry’s earned me a tracking number which is now expired and doesn’t give any status . They have blocked their fb chat with me as well and refuse to answer any emails. There is noNumber on website . Also have deleted my comments on their page !!

Ordered three pairs of trousers in M and two pairs arrived weeks and weeks later: completely the wrong size - not even a S - asked for an exchange and they got back to me saying to pay shipping costs or accept a tiny refund of only $12 for $80 purchase - which may equate to refund minus shipping costs. All three tops I ordered arrived with serious shaping errors on them. No refund available on them either. Ordering from China is likely to be fraught with problems but this lot are absolute con artists. Do not shop there.

I have just recently placed an order with One Cozy Day and I have not received my goods after three weeks and counting. Their customer service is through email and their tracking link for orders contains anonymous information that cannot be traced. DO NOT use this website - it is definitely a SCAM.

The worst shopping experience I've ever been through, I have placed my order about 7 weeks ago, and it still haven't arrived! The tracking link says the shipment haven't even left China, and when I contacted them about a month later they said that it takes a while for the tracking link to update. And I contacted them to cancel the order and get a refund and their answer was 'Please be patient, your shipment will arrive soon'. I genuinely do NOT want the order anymore!

I should have known better than to order from a company that advertised on Instagram, so shame on me. Products are low-quality and don't look like the pictures online. When I attempted to return them, I was told that my options were to pay for shipping to China or get a $60 refund on a $200 order. I eventually got a $75 refund after a back and forth, which I accepted because I simply didn't have the time or bandwidth to continue arguing. Order from them at your own peril.

If I could give them Zero Stars I would. Clothing comes from China - the worst quality I’ve ever seen, fabrics are NOTHING as described on website - thin, see-thru, plastic feeling!! Returns are on your own dime so I’m stuck with this crap because it would cost $50 in return shipping. MAJOR SCAM!!!!

I purchased a black gathered top described as 80% cotton. Over a month later i received a 100% polyester, similar, but not the same, top as described or shown. This is fraudulent, and several complaining emails resulted in me being offered $6 refund on the proviso that I returned to offensive garment to china under a tracked postal service. Be warned !

Dear Customer Service,I would have preferred to return the item. However, returning it to China is not convenient, and I have wasted money on something that I will never wear. Never got my order. Several follow ups and no response. The track order link has no updates. Basically a scam site

I actually do like the clothes received and I'm keeping most of them. However, they won't reply to my email about returning and refunded the unwanted items. It was a huge order and it's not acceptable to ignore this part of customer service. For this reason I'm not sure I would order again.

I have ordered dresses from this website last year and was super happy with what I received. So, I trusted them. Did the same this year and what I received is beyond awful. Terrible quality, sizing all wrong (yes,I measured correctly). The quality is so bad, I can't even give them to an Op Shop. Really ripped of this time 😪 never never order from these horrible people. It's turned into the most awful scam.

I ordered a long sweater that was supposed to be 90 percent cotton and 10 percent poly. The sweater was shiny and all poly but the tag said the opposite. I'm going to try to return it and get my money back. But reading other reviews I'm not too optimistic.

I got my order, it took a long time. I am happy with the clothing, the clothing is as pictured on the site. The earrings are as well, but the earring backing got damaged in transit (got bent because the earrings were placed in a flat envelope.

I've made 2 purchases (over 10 items) in the past 3 months and not only did I receive the items exactly as they were advertised, but I received them in a timely manner. I am not sure why they have such a bad rating. I've got nothing but high praise for them.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY!I received two out of three items almost a month after ordering. The two I received are not as decribed, and missing buttons. They are refusing to refund me for the item I didn't buy, but asking me to send it all back (at my own expense) and then get a full refund. Like many other reviews, they first tried to buy me off with 25$ then 35$, but since I'm refusing they now want me to send the two faulty items back to China, before I can receive anything. I don't want to ship plastic once more around the globe, in order for them to probably never repay me for the item they never send. I am appalled by the lack of service, and so sad that I fell for this scam. Please don't make the same mistake I did and order from this site.

I ordered a dress in October 2021 and have not received it to date. I have email numerous times and to day was told its because of Royal mail and staffing issues. I have asked for a refund and so far this has been ignored.

Fellow shoppers. Don't buy from these guys!! I waited for over a month and a half for my package and I live in Taiwan! It's normally 3-5 days from China. The clothes were such bad quality, the wrong size , scratchy and defective. Nothing like the pictures! looks like a costume you would see on display in a museum made by some grandma. my button up shirt was totally defective. The one side was clearly a different size!! Wth? The pants I bought had no label and were clearly NOT the size I ordered at all. At least three sizes smaller. And the jewellery I ordered was the kind of stuff you buy from crappy night markets. 😢This has been my first negative experience shopping online. So I hope I can help you avoid the same mistake. They have super bad one star reviews on all the trust websites. I should have checked before I spent my money on this trash and bad service. 😞 😡

The clothes come from China so can take a long time to come. Sizes are not always true to size and if you want a return or exchange you have to pay the postage for returning to China or pay them £25. So it’s easier just to keep the item or buy a new one?!
