Is ofx.com Legit?

I wish to escalate this complain that the fund AUD600 suppose to go into Fraxtor Pte Ltd following an earler transfer AUD30,000 but the agent erroneously transferred to my HSBC Melbourne where is impossible to transfer back to SG. I need fresh fund to resolve the your guys have created!This poor attitude from the agent cannot be accepted.YP 93660165

I have used OFX on quite a few occasions and their exchange rates are impossible to beat, even on small spot deals like this last one (only £405). They are also able to provide 24 hour assistance, which for me, on this occasion was needed as I hadn't used the platform for a while. AAA+ from a very satisfied client - don't pay Big Bank rates for your Forex needs.

Glad to know that after I commented on Facebook about my money not delivered to the recipient over a month ago, OFX stepped in to fix the issue promptly by returning money, but I’m disappointed that the refund is not the whole refund. I got penalized for $47.14 which isn’t my fault. This is another way of gouging customers. I paid $1000 plus $15 transfer fee to begin with. The control of banking fee you mentioned is totally not acceptable. I should have got the full amount back. No more services with this company not capable to fulfill their service to the customer.

First time needing OFX's services for quite a while. It was seamles setting up my account, the dealer was very helpful and informative and less than 24 hours after setting up my account the funds are in my recipient's account.

I made my first international transfer and mixed up the order of currency which lead to a delay in my transfer. I spoke with the lovely Mae Hongchinda, who was AMAZING. She was super helpful, resolved my issue despite the internal issue I caused and went above and beyond to ensure I received communication throughout until my transfer have successfully completed. I can't thank Mae enough and OFX. I will recommend a demo video for first time users on the app to help people like myself. Nonetheless the OFX team and Mae we're incredible and I am so thankful.

Have been using OFX for a few years now and I have never had any problems with their service. What they do is state of the art for a very good fee, have never spoken to anyone that is not totally competent and knowledgeable regarding forex. OFX makes banks look like that they are still in the dark ages when it comes to this type af a transaction.

Excellent. Wiring my payment works extremely well. Almost next day service. I have to wait for the US bank to open to get the wire funds on their way. OFX very efficient after that. Doing the EFT way takes a week. Wire charge is $US 20. I wish there was a preferred customer option that would save me the wire charge.

I had to ring customer services as a new customer who could not fill in the form. I was helped by a lovely Irishman who talked me through it all and checked and rechecked with me that everything was correct. I felt he went far beyond the norm to help me and I am so grateful. I shall certainly recommend OFX to others.

I've had many successful transfers for 10+ years with OFX and only experienced one very delayed transfer. OFX has taken my feedback on board and also provided me with assistance for next time.

The initial phone call I received from OFX prevented a large amount of my money being transferred abroad due to me falling for a scam. When I didn't stick to the script the scammers gave me, the woman from OFX picked up straight away that something wasn't right. I couldn't believe I was a click away from handing it over! During the 8 weeks of my bank conducting a fraud investigation, OFX safeguarded my funds, and then released them back to me. I am forever grateful.I want to especially mention Dendi, who was the last consultant I spoke with. He was very patient and reassuring that the process was moving forward. Easy to use and great supportThe process for personal users to transfer money is clear and easy. When I have the occasional question the support staff are always well informed and very helpful. I have been a satisfied client for well over ten years.

I sent an email with proof of payment of an amount to be sent the the US. I detailed all the emails I had with dates. I have had no confirmation of the amount being sent nor has the website been updated to show that it has been sent. I am disappointed that I cannot seem to get this resolved after quite a time of asking. Since this review I have spoken with OFX and I have been able to discuss the issue.

Excellent customer service no matter where in the world I find myself. A rare commodity these days.
