Is offeo.com Legit?

You are better off not getting OFFEO. It's too slow to function. Rendering is stuck at 30% even though it's a 4 second video. No reply from Customer Support since yesterday. I've had OFFEO since around 2022. I thought it would have gotten better by now. Just disappointing.

Cant download videos even with subscription.

Offeo tech support is never available and won't send replies. The biggest problem they have issues when you try to download a video and it usually will take a week for them to fix. Then when the download works, the upload will get stuck in optimizing. Again at least 4 days to fix. Going to switch to VistaCreate. It does about 95% of what offeo does, but at least you don't have to put your projects on hold because you can't download them.

It works fine from time to time but for the last 4 days I couldn't download my creations.Support is inexistant: the automatic answering chat:"Nobody's home!" works well :DI am pretty sure that they are on the verge of bankruptcy....

Unfortunately it does´t work, it´s not possible to render and download the created design. I can´t find any solution for it. Before it was working properly. I hope they will fix it soon.

I am utterly disappointed with Offeo. I cancelled my premium subscription back in February, but to my shock, they've been charging my card $20 every single month for the past 7 months. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like nothing short of a scam.I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, hoping to resolve this issue. But guess what? No response. Not even an acknowledgment of my emails. It's clear that they do not care about their customers or providing any sort of support. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical.To make matters worse, the website won't even allow me to remove my card details. It's alarming how a company can continue to charge for a service after cancellation without any form of consent or communication. At this point, I feel completely helpless and cheated.I want to warn others – do NOT share your card details with Offeo. This company does not seem to be legitimate at all. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be escalating this to my bank and seeking legal advice. Offeo, do better and stop exploiting your customers!

It has the potential to streamline design tasks with templates and drag-and-drop functionalities. However, the current technical challenges limit its full potential for professional use.3. Performance Concerns (Slow Site)The overall performance of the platform is sluggish, which is noticeable from the moment you navigate through the dashboard to when you try to execute actions like video creation or design rendering. This affects productivity, as every second counts when you're managing multiple projects.4. Poor Support and MaintenanceWhile the site is still functional for processing transactions, there seems to be no active support available. This is a red flag for any user, especially when issues arise (like the rendering problem). The lack of responsiveness from the support team diminishes trust, which is crucial when considering the software for long-term use in a professional environment.

SLOW. Takes minutes to load templates. Sometimes the videos do not export properly or are jittery. Awesome layout, intuitive, unfortunately the slowest editor I've ever encountered. Absolutely frustrating how hit or miss it is, 4 export attempts only 1 successful. That's 4 downloads (took almost an hour). Downloaded last one with individual slides and deleted the slides that didn't export. Ended up using extra video editors to finish the job.

At first everything worked perfectly but after a month using the program the problems with downloading sound files started. I contacted their technical service hundreds of times and they promised to solve the problem as soon as possible and to this day (two months after the first claim) everything remains the same. NOT WORTH IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Non-existant support.50% off discount code system does not work either and support refuses to acknowledge.When cancelling, they give you an option if you'd like to get 50% off. Just goes into a server error mode

Customer support is the worse. I have a lifetime membership and I can't use it because a $19usd subscription pop-up and won't allow me to close it without purchase. I can't use previous work done in the platform.stay way

Terrible experienceWe love the software, but it is sooooo full of bugs and errors, it is almost impossible to get the anted results.When you manage to find a solution to overcome one bug, something completely new appears out of nowhere and messes all up. After 6 days of constant work, for something that would have taken us 1 day in Premiere...we still could not download a usable version of the video we were working on...And on top of that...customer support is inexistent... we were completely ignored.Such a promising app, but behind it ... a net of bugs....Honestly the worst experience we ever had with an app/software. Nothing worked as it should. Just one error after another. And frustration comes 10fold when you are completely ignored by the company that sold you the access to their app...We will come with follow-up review after we receive an answer from the company (if ever), and see their position on this. If not, we have already documented everything in detail, and we will upload a detailed video on all our channels.

I have been using offeo for nearly 2 years.In conclusion, considering the price, I am satisfied with the result.Occasionally, use is restricted during system update or maintenance periods. But these issues are understandable.The best advantage is that one video can be produced very quickly.

One of the worst customer supports. and, their servers are so damn slow, that something you could create within 10 min ends up taking 30 min. and here is the main problem... In their lifetime deal Ad, They say they do money back guarantee, right? haha yeah right! they don't even reply back. how are you going to get your money back? I recently signed up for the lifetime package on Offeo.com, and I must say that I regret my decision. The limited features were disappointing, and the customer service was even worse.I tried to get a refund, but to my dismay, Offeo did not respond through their customer service email or their desktop app. I had sent them an email on Thursday, but I did not receive a reply until Tuesday, which was already a long wait. I even tried to reach out to them through their Facebook page, and that was the only time they finally replied.To add insult to injury, Offeo.com advertised having Shutterstock, but on the first day of signing up, there was some issue with Shutterstock that rendered it unusable for days! I tried to speak to customer service, but it took them another 2-3 days to get back to me with a reply, which was no more than a dismissive response that they were "dealing with the issue". It took a whopping 5 days before I could finally use Shutterstock!The worst part of my experience was the terrible customer service. It was as if my complaint didn't matter to them at all. It was frustrating and time-consuming to try and get in touch with them, and I was left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.Overall, I would not recommend Offeo.com to anyone. The limited features and poor customer service are not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different online video maker that can provide better service and more value for your money.

Slow, useless, clearly noonw has worked on it for a very long time, noone cares. Take your money and go to appsumo, and get a better video making software.

At first I didn't like it because I was unfamiliar with the user interface, after I sat and and experimented with the interface, who watches tutorials anyway, I was able to create AMAZING videos, this software does exactly what is says, and it is a great asset for my business. So if you are having second thoughts about purchasing, DON'T, it is well worth the price they are offering it for! You will make your money back ten fold!
