The Nido Príncipe Pio Residence is the perfect place to stay. The location is just perfect as its right in front of the Principe Pio station, A few minutes walk to the city centre. Pricing is perfect, as your rental amount is all inclusive and you do not have to worry about any extra billing. You really do get value for your money.The staff, professional and very welcoming, always with a smile and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is solved in a timely manner. The extra amenities like gym, games & cinema room made it perfect for me to socialise and made long term friends from different nationalities. This is home away from home. I will be Back soon.

Great student housing!I really enjoyed my time living in Nido Bryggen - as an international Master's student in Copenhagen. I loved the amenities, location and the fully furnished rooms of Nido. The staff were always kind and helpful and my deposit was returned promptly after my move-out date. Staff were also very flexible and helpful with my move-in date. Overall it was a great experience and I will miss living at Nido Bryggen :)

Our daughter made a typing mistake when registering at Nido Living in mid of October. As the website does not offer the possibility to correct this mistake by herself, she sent several mails and tried to phone Nido to register the correct mailaddress- no success within more than 6 weeks. Therefore she did also not receive the information of Nido Living an 21.12.2023, that the planned rental start at 06.01.2024 will be delayed approximately up to 6 months.We already made a payment and tried to contact Nido since then, no chance of an answer.

They organise nice activities such as welcome party, morning breakfast, Nido market,.. In the building are multiple common areas where you can meet new people. For example: common area, common kitchen, ..There is a fitness & yoga room that motivates to work on mental health. Laundry room is also available in the building.On the reception there is 24/7 a person available that we can reach if there would be some problems.

We booked the Nido Netherlands and we're among the students that had their contract cancelled due to some maintenance regulations of the Netherlands (it was a new building) ,they refunded us and all the amount and we were among the first contacted when they were ready 6 month later, yes I know ,but for Netherlands knowing the huge problem with the rent it was ok!! We got the studio finaly and it is perfect!! 😍 Thank you Nido for all your efforts and patience.. Anastasia.

Been withholding money from me for almost 9 months now, don’t reply to emails despite being given an automatic reply saying that the email has been received. Shocking from management especially when dealing with young people just trying to get by. Can’t refund money but can kit the whole place out with brand new vending machines….

I'll update this review after my deposit has been returned. Its taken 10 weeks but yet to receive it.Aside from the deposit experience. It's actually a nice place in a good location across the road from the South campus of the University of Copenhagen. The city centre is a 10 minute bike ride. The furnishings and facilities are good. The all concrete flooring, walls etc... keeps the unit warm through winter without any need for heating. Its clean and welcoming. Not sure if delays in deposit refunds is a Danish custom or just a Nido inefficiency. But it sure is annoying.

It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you.I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.

I love everything about this hostel, their staffs are hospitable and welcoming. They are always available to render assistance when you need them, they have good gym, table tennis court and snooker pool. Very large common room, not to mention their rooms, what more can I ask for. I will defo recommend to friends, best student accommodation I’ve seen so far.

The biggest negative is that people need to buy all KitchenAid individually, there are no items left from previous years because everything is thrown away. At least it would be cool to have common forks, knives, plates... It is a huge waste and a big hustle for the future folks that move in. Like - Clean units, modern, friendly staff, good wifi.Dislike - Small, expensive, lack of facilitiesOne bad experience - had a housemate who kept the common room in a bad state, myself and the other housemates complained to Nido, but no action was taken really, common area still in bad shape.

I’m a tenant living in Nido Vallensbæk strand, Denmark.Unfortunately since Nido has taken over management of this property, there has been many unsolved issues and there is absolutely no way of contacting them.They don’t send an invoice for the rent.They don’t answer their e-mail regarding any ongoing problem in this property.They don’t answer phone.The care takers don’t answer phone.And many tenants have contacted them regarding the warming system that is not working and still NO ANSWER from Nido.So we are wondering now, is Nido actually a company or it’s just an scam website?

One receptionist, Michelle, was very rude, she did not had the kidness to approach with people. She was not patient to treat with foreign people who may not know about the laws in Ireland.Also in the accommodation you work with people from other countries and the laws are very different, so you can tell people about the 28 days notice when you want to move out.

I really enjoyed staying at St James for many reasons. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. The location is amazing! Staying so central means I have everything on my doorstep such as university, shops, bars bus and train stations etc. What sets St James apart is the commitment to building a social calendar for residents, there is plenty opportunity to make friends with other residents.

WIFI was down so much due to “maintenance” or unknown issues.Flat mates were of similar nature to a certain animal most commonly found on farmlands. This is due to both the animals cleanliness, and my flat mates tendencies for leaving waste at their feet. I cannot name the farmyard animal in question because Nido didn’t like my review.Fire alarms went off far too much in the initial monthI even got shafted with my deposit because someone on their end had not handled payments correctly.

Living area is spacious, good for having friends over, en-suite shower is really big, beds are really comfortable and although a lot of people stay at Ashlin house it’s hardly ever too noisy at night to sleep. Staff always friendly and helpful.

This is my first year at Cambridge and Castle Hill. They've got modern rooms and facilities, such as common room, gym, places to store bikes, etc. Staff here is also friendly and helpful. What differs castle hill from my previous accommodations is that castle hill holds various activities across the year, like the breakfast day on first Tuesday of every month, decoration for Christmas and flowers for Valentines day! There is also a GP (the Huntingdon Road Surgery) just opposite the property. Also 5 mins walk to Aldi and Island, 1min to Midan world food shop. I would recommend this property for students who are looking for a safe and comfy place to live.

Nido St James is a friendly place for students. It's safe and convenient. It's right beside Strathclyde University and 10 min walking distance from the city centre.The management team is very cooperative and friendly.One observation for future development is the Laundry. The washing machines aren't that good and costly.

I am living in Nido Broga House in Cork since three months. I genuinely think that it is the best student accommodation in Cork. The big + is the amazing rooftop from where you can enjoy the sunset with your roommates. The people working here are also really nice and they try their best even if there are still some technical issues sometimes.

Have tried to contact them for several days, because i want to know if my termination of my apartment has been received by them - but no answer. Not on email or one the phone numbers. And today when trying calling them, it just said that the number wasn't connected. I live at their apartments in Vallensbæk Strand.
