nerdwallet, what's the problem? I'm drowning in all your irritating adverts on my e-mail, keep unsubscribing and force yourselves on me SINCE OCTOBER 2024. DO YOU PEOPLE KNOW THE MEANING OF UNSUBSCRIBE? IT MEANS "I'M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCTS"So, please stop harassing me

The reviews they write for brokerages are completely false. it looks like some copy paste with some of the brokerages adds and sale pitches. it makes no sense as terrible brokerages will get positive ratings, such as stable app, no latency when the brokerage app crashes constantly and the latency is 2 seconds which is massive lag for trading tenths of thousands of dollars in stock, easily costing several hundreds a trade. yet they claim the specific brokerage has low latency. these article writers are clearly clueless and just get paid to write bogus false information without ever testing the products they give reviews for, as the issues are clear and apparent .Any organization becomes completely untrustworthy as a whole due to this behavior and the horror stories i heard of associates shows that it reflects within their whole company

Terrible, does do what it says and just steals your information and sells it to a bunch of other junk companies.

Nerdwallet is pretty good. I use it a lot for tracking my budget and spending and everything. It's a little disorganized but fine. Unfortunately recently they removed the edit button from transactions on the browser version though which means I have to go through all of my transactions on my phone which takes way more time. Was at about a 4 star but removing that dropped them to 2 and I'm starting to look elsewhere in case they don't fix this unnecessary issue.

Used NerdWallet for about 8 months, time to move on...I used NerdWallet for shared personal finances with my girlfriend. For work, I tend to travel a lot and get reimbursed for expenses from my personal accounts. This makes categorization tricky sometimes, but NerdWallet HAD the option to manually categorize transactions across all platforms. Although they didnt give me the ability to make custom categories, the "other" option worked fine for this purpose. I used NerdWallet successfully for about 8 months before they decided to make changes nobody asked for.Fast forward to the end of December, 2024, I login to NerdWallets web app, as I do at the end of every month, so I can verify transactions categories and make changes if needed. At this point I can no longer find the edit option on transactions categories. Which seemed strange to me because the edit option still appeared in the IOS version. However, the IOS version doesnt have the "Other" category in the drop down of options. Meaning all of my work expenses can no longer be properly categorized, and my finances from pervious months wouldnt align with future months via NerdWallet. Im surly not going to go back through 8 months of transactions to re-categorize these either. So I reached out to support asking if they had removed this feature from the web app, or simply changed the UI location. They confirmed the feature has permanently been removed from the web app, but will remain on mobile. They suggested I use a mobile emulator on my desktop as a work around...What a joke! Why remove a feature from one version of your platform, but leave it on another. There is absolutely ZERO consistency in that. I refuse to use a platform ran by incompetent developers. To sum it up, dont bother using NerdWallet. Theyll screw you by removing features, and youll have to waste more time finding a replacement!

Fanncially charged my card for a dollar for no reason they said it was ti verify my identity. They did not say they were going to charge anything.U need to see to this cause they can't b contacted it takes u in a circle . Very dissapointed u ressent these people. Unhappy Customer

Tried getting a personal loan, but was unsuccessful in getting the amount requested. Was given several options, but none were able to fund my loan.

Actually it would be a lot better if when it says I'm 95 % likely to get a loan, and NOT A SINGLE CONOANY WILL LOAN ME ZERO DOLLARS
