Is neonbeach.com Legit?

Ordered a sign from Neon Beach during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the order took a lot longer than expected but all in all, I am quite satisfied with the quality I received. Years later, it still looks great on my wall.

Cm1014 number, Ordered December 4 weeks later this piece of cheap crap in a led strip bit of plastic passed as neon, left a review on here , got a phone call off guy to drop review and the would make the sign and send on.Now 5 months later numerous whats apps messages from Anna telling you full lies , glass benders isolating , machine broke down , what alot of faeces they talkTrading standards should be shutting this abomination of a company down And there passing themselves off as a new company 15th march absolutely 💯 bull, all the same peopleDISGUSTING

They lied about the time it would take to get my product. They like to advertise and shipping worldwide and the page calculated how many working days to arrive to final destination. We haven’t even been able to retrieve the package from FedEx as paperwork was not handled property.

Bought 3 signs and waited 8 months to receive them.. contacted the company, they ignored me often but when they did reply they refused to refund snd asked me to contact my bank. My bank can refund me within 90 days only, so it took me another 3-8 months to actually get the money back under fraudulent case.I understand the management “changed” but my last contact with the company was after march 15. So did it change, I wonder!

Really poor customer service. And although the company has apparently changed management, I had all the same issues previously. Just avoid them. There are far better products out there, not sourced from China, with people who actually want to provide a good service

This company is fraudulent and I’m disappointed to see they’re still operating. I was refunded the money for a sign by my credit card company. This is the only way to get money back.Don’t order anything it really is a scam. The story about them being taken over by a new company is a standard line they’ve been using and if you look into the details nothing ties up.Pure scam, make sure you report them because they shouldn’t still be operating.

This has to be up there with the worst customer experience of any kind that we have ever experienced! This company must be borderline a scam organisation!? I would recommend to STAY AWAY from using! Purchased a sign back in November, got loads of excuses then still no sign to this day. We have asked for money back etc and then we just get the silent treatment on all platforms. It is literally daylight robbery and a disgrace that honest hard working people have been stollen from by this lot!

I lost my lead whilst renovating my kitchen . I contacted Neon beach about buying a replacement. I received my new one very soon after placing an order . My Let’s Stay home is still looking fantastic 3 three years later no problems with it and it’s still very bright yellow . Would highly recommend. Thank you .

Placed my order in September 2020 - was promised for months and months that the sign would arrive.The company went into administration and I was told to contact my bank.My bank said because it had passed the 120 day visa refund limit there was nothing they could do. Informed Neon Beach who said they would fulfil the order or refund. Chose a refund and was waiting to hear from them. This was September 2021 - a year after placing my order.No response for 4 months - absolutely shocking.

After 9 months of waiting, I actually never got my neon sign. At first, I would get lousy excuses about production problems. However, after many months of mailing back and forth I was able to get clarification on why I wasn't getting my sign...It seems they've now changed their management, and the change in the quality of communication clearly showed that. While I gave up on ever getting the neon sign (it would have taken almost a month to arrive on top of what I had already waited), I did get a full refund and thankfully Neon Beach was very accommodating in this process.

My order never arrived, so after 8 months and several emails I was happy to hear that the company is under new management.I still didn’t get the product because quite honestly, I don’t want to look at it every day and be reminded of the frustration. The old company isn’t even worth 1 star, but the new management was open, honest and fast in processing the refund. The full amount has been transferred back to my bank account. So at least we can leave it on a positive note.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. We purchased 2 signs. They arrived after about 8 weeks but neither of them were working. They had clearly been sent from China, had no proper instructions other than a tiny note that you could barley read and a very low quality remote. It took us 6 whole months of back and forth emails of them making it as hard as possible (probably hoping we would give up) until we finally had to get our bank involved and they finally sent us a replacement adaptor and sign that actually worked. I will never purchase from this gross company again and anyone that asks where I got the signs from I make sure to tell them how terrible Neon Beach is as well, I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to buy from here.

Do not order from this company if want to receive anything. I placed my order last November and despite numerous emails back and forth including hollow apologies, I have not received either my order or a refund. They simply should not be allowed to trade.

5* Obsessed with my new LED Neon Sign, it is truly the statement piece in my home and has received so many compliments already. I love how I can choose between 3 different light settings and was pleasantly surprised at how bright the light can get, completely illuminating the room. Exceeded expectations in every manner.

I've had no problems at all with Neon Beach and would absolutely recommend them. The item arrived on time, there was nothing wrong with it other than it just wasn't what was expected brightness wise. RJ responded to emails all through Christmas and New Year, offering alternatives and support but finally we decided on a refund. It was dealt with promptly and without any hassle. Thanks for always being responsive and co-operative, Customer Service like this goes a long way!

After months of emailing back and forth... the new team at Neon Beach have been extremely helpful. We were offered a refund or continue to process order and they promised delivery within three weeks. Sign came as promised, much better quality than expected, very bright and bigger than we thought. We love it! We might even order another for our kitchen. Please don’t let the bad reviews put you off. For months we thought we wouldn’t get a resolution but when we did our expectations were exceeded.

Absolutely disgrace of a business. I have reported them to both the ombudsman and the police as I suspect they are trading fraudulently. I made my order in mid February, chased up on it at the beginning of May to be told manufacturing had not yet started. I was told the original company had gone into administration and there was a new management team in place. I demanded a refund and have been repeatedly told to ‘bear with them’ whilst they process it. That was 15 days ago. This is not difficult. They clearly don’t have the money. It is also suspicious that you cannot contact anyone by phone. It is all by email. I cannot urge you strongly enough to avoid this company.

Easy ordering with accurate rendering of what I was ordering. Parcel arrived well packed with fitting instructions and was easy to install. Unfortunately the sign developed a fault after a few weeks use. I always judge a company on what happens if something goes wrong. I can't praise customer services enouph for their help in resolving the problem. They were understanding and asked for photos/video of the fault and it was quickly replaced.Would reccomend this company. Well done andmgood luck

The product arrived much quicker then expected and is absolutely perfect. I especially liked the update emails which told me how the signs are made. I bought the sign for my wedding but will re-use it as house decoration after. This sign can be dimmed and turned off and on with a remote which is such a handy feature! I would definitely recommend this company and it’s high quality products.

I ordered 4 months ago and still haven't gotten an update. While covid may have impacted their shipping time (of which, I am fully respectful), 4 months is an excessive amount of time to wait especially for the price I paid.
