Worst customer service and set up of machines known to mankind. I don't understand why it takes 10 days to set up a device and we are in 2024 if there was another company, I would be so happy to use them.Nayax needs to do better its not 1975 its about to be 2025
In fairness every individual at NAYAX is pretty damn good at their own job and sychronisation between individuals is far from the worst I've ever seen.The company culture of do nothing that can be dumped onto the customer to do themselves is the absolute pits though.Combine that with their default assumption that every customer is as completely au-fait with NAYAX in-house techno-gibberish, jargon-jabber and their '7th level of hell' unintuitive software and processes as they are and it's not an experience that I would wish on Hitler's ghost.
Worst customer service and tech department I have ever experienced. They market to laundry machines yet don’t have any tools necessary to actually get them installed properly on your machines. One excuse after another, no response to emails or calls, tech department have no idea what they’re doing, wasted numerous hours over the phone when I was able to get ahold of them. Terrible company! Spyderwash was seamless and it was so easy to setup, I could install it myself. Was up and running in 2 days instead of weeks and still didn’t get the Nayax card readers to work with the machine. They “pride” themselves on customer service yet don’t answer calls or emails. Apparently they have had success on “numerous” laundry machines but somehow failed to help me on one of the most popular commercial laundry machines out there, Speed Queen. If you’re looking for a distinguished company who knows what they’re doing, I’d recommend Spyderwash, NOT Nayax.

The system is capable of doing more then we need it to. The inventory management on location is so helpful and saves time when you use the MOMA app that accompanies the Nayax system.Only challenge is getting the initial set up time is longer then what I expected.Sometimes, it's hard to get a tech on the phone when you need them.

Been using Nayax for 4 months now for 8 of our vending machines. Everyone from sales to support had been friendly and available. The app and core systems have some small glitches, but nothing that interferes with the use or effectiveness of the devices. We have use 2 other 3rd party systems, so far we love Nayax the best.

Great Customer service in resolving transfer of new device to my existing account. The rep I had stayed on the phone with me until my issue was completely resolved. He also asked me some questions, that I actually had myself but weren't the reason I had called in. He addressed those for me as well by forwarding me material that would help me in the future.
Probably the best product to use for cashless transactions. Has a very good app and website also keeps you organized. I would give a 5 out of 5 but the customer service/technical support takes way too long to get in touch with you. Issues should be addressed within 24 to 48 hours of your submission.
Every time I ring, it does not matter who I get. They always listen to my concerns and fix them before they hang up the phone. If they are unsure they always seem to ask for clarity and ensure I am happy with the solution.This level of service drastically reduces my downtime and is a huge improvement over previous providers.
I will still say the wait time for customer service is absurd but when one employee goes above and beyond and not only helped me once but twice in tough spots and was considerate and spent as much time needed to fix everything she deserves recognition. I am writing to file a complaint against Nayax for their lack of assistance in resolving an issue with my credit card reader. I have been experiencing multiple problems with my credit card reader, which is not functioning properly. Every time I touch the touchpad, it does not work correctly. Similarly, every time I put in my chip, it does not work correctly either. Due to these issues, I have been losing money on a daily basis and my customers are extremely unhappy with the situation. In addition to this, I have reached out to Nayax for help and support in resolving this issue but have not received any response for 2-3 months. As a result, not only have I lost significant amounts of money, but I have also not received any payouts. I urge Nayax to take immediate action and provide me with technical support to rectify this issue. I look forward to hearing from Nayax as soon as possible and resolving this matter at the earliest.
