Is naturalretreats.com Legit?

This company has no idea how to manage properties. We rented a house in Sun Valley, ID only to have maintenance and landscape trucks show up two days in a row (out of 5) and start spraying pesticides and doing landscaping while we were trying to enjoy the property. I called the manager and they said they had no idea anyone was scheduled to come. This is a HUGE security concern for renters. Unknown people can just show up pretending to be staff and this is how robberies happen. Not to mention we did not appreciate having to curtail our breakfast because pesticide was being sprayed all over the patio. The house had scalding hot water that we had to figure out how to turn down to prevent injuries. Flickering lights. Rock hard old mattresses with old pillows and a broken clothes dryer. For $2500/night I expected a very different experience for my 40th birthday. I have rented many homes throughout the years and I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience and would NEVER book any property under this company again.

We had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment on St. Helena Island. This home was perfect for my family with young kiddos (2 and 4). I was very grateful for all of the added safety measures around the pool. Beyond safety, the home was so comfortable and had beautiful finishes. We also enjoyed the community pool, local restaurants, and the short drive to attractions in Beaufort, SC and Savannah, GA.

Unlike any other VRBO experience - Natural Retreats is like having your own concierge. The house was nice on the outside and beautiful on the inside. Master Bedroom and Bathroom are massive. Hot Tub was great. Attached 2 car garage so nice to have in MT. Prefect for a large family or 3 couples.

Well appointed unit and great location. Really convenient to the Village gondola which was what we were looking for. There were only 2 of us (Me and my son) so plenty of room. Arrival information provided was strait forward and easy. Exactly as advertised and would definitely repeat.

The check in process was very easy, you receive a text message from the team and email with check in instructions. I called directly and talked to Michael to inform we would be having a late check in. They accomodated the request with no issues and right when we arrived at 530pm there was another gentleman named Mike there waiting to check us in. He went through the property showed us how to use the hot tub remote and where all the amenities were. The place was clean, great art work and felt like home. The place has everything you need for a nice stress free Golf weekend trip. This is a properly run business, with process and structure making the quality of service high.

Cabin was clean and tidy--View was wonderful. Our time in the cabin was comfortable and pleasant. I appreciated the the texts and emails (and even one call to make sure all our questions were answered) before, during and after our stay making sure all was well. There was only two things that could have been improved--there is no step stool to aid in getting into the hot tub ( I used my husband's tool box) and since we had dogs with us, a fresh mowing in front of the cabin would have helped. Overall, I am very pleased and would stay again.

Recently stayed at Krystal Villa in Ketchum Idaho. Was a lovely 2 bedroom condo, well maintained & stocked. The best part was the location - walking distance to the mountain, for winter skiing or summer hiking and also close enough to the main part of Ketchum

We rented this unit in Mammoth for 5 friends attending the Mammoth Gran Fondo bicycle event. The reservation process was seamless, the unit was very well equipped--full kitchen, jacuzzi, fireplace, lots of room for guests... The unit was clean, spacious, and had great views. The only issues included broken outside window and broken front door.

This is a wonderful accomodation. There was far more room than we expected, with the separate suite being a bonus that we used as a remote working office.The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable (and plentiful).Hot tub (a bit tricky to control) and steam shower are indulgent luxuries after skiing. The location is ideal for Palisades and Alpine Meadows.

The convenience and sheer beauty of the location provides a marvelous first impression, particularly when skiing with two kids under 10! We love the location right off Deer Valley's silver strike lift which seems to be a lovely path less traveled with easy access to less populated parts of the ski resort.The amenities and special touches are also top notch, from Jesse, our ski valet to the hot cocoa, coffee and fresh-baked cookies available on the 2nd floor lounge. Pro tip: The outdoor hot tub cannot be beat!

Natural Retreats was wonderful to work with. They keep you informed every step of the way. They also make you feel special by leaving little treats for you to start your stay. Great job Natural Retreats!!!

We loved our stay at Snowflake Village!! Beautiful interior … roomy but still felt cozy. Had everything we needed! We really enjoyed movie night in the theater room and loved the steam shower … what a treat! Super soft and comfy beds! Natural Retreats provided excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again!

Rental was just as described. While the cleaning fee was more than we’ve paid previously, it also was much less stressful than other rentals we’ve been in for check out so we found it worth the extra cleaning costs. Beds were comfy and there were extra pillows/blankets. The little bags/boxes containing cleaning and personal care supplies was a much appreciated bonus. There were books a plenty, board games, and even a coloring book with colored pencils. Plenty of kitchen cookware, utensils, dishes. Decorations were nice even though I did have to move some trinkets out of reach of our toddler (nothing I wouldn’t have expected to need to childproof). If you do have little ones and you’re concerned of steps, you could easily bring 2 baby gates to keep little ones away. (A total of 4 baby gates could work). We loved the screened in porches on the main level. I would stay again without hesitation.

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed, and great for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and were delighted with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen (blender, coffee grinder, gas stove, convection oven, microwave, stove top espresso maker, as well as a nice coffee machine). Was a big plus to have a washer/dryer in unit, as well as the dishwasher. Looking forward to staying again!

Top Notch! Excellent service and communication! Loved the home! We've used Natural Retreats for the past 10 years! The home was spotless! We are already planning our next vacation. The Natural Retreats team feels like family. Best Company out there!

We recently rented a lovely home on St. Helena Island, SC. through Natural Retreats. This is our third time renting through this organization. The home was fabulous, very well-appointed, and comfortable. During our week-long stay, we also had to deal with Hurricane Idalia. The communication with Natural Retreats on what to do and how this would affect our stay was spot on. Based on this communication we knew exactly what would happen and what to do. We will use Natural Retreats in the future to book our vacation homes above all other platforms available.

The cabin was so homey and inviting. We was so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend everyone to check out this beautiful cabin. We will most definitely be back next year. Thank you Natural Retreats for your wonderful service and thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Words can't explain the level customer service Lauren Sprague provided. We had a group of 20 traveling for a bachelor party and after a series of cancellations within 24 hours leaving us all without a place to stay, Lauren was able to work her magic and miraculously pull something together for us! The house, location, amenities, ability for same day check in, etc. all exceeded our expectations all while VRBO could care less. I'll be working directly with Lauren and her team going forward on any vacation rentals!

Natural Retreats was exceptional to work with for our vacation to Taos NM. The advertisement for the studio was exactly what we saw in the pictures when we arrived. They sent a welcome email the week of vacation in addition to a representative contacting me 2 days before arrival to make sure we had any questions.The studio was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee maker ( even a package of ground coffee that lasted several days). Games and books. Double stacked washer/dryer and laundry soap.plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/Kleenex boxes throughout the studio.Comfortable bed and pillows..oh did I mentioned the stunning view from the windows when you wake up or go to sleep!Outside was a little stone path to a seating area with a propane fire pit.

Our stay at Little Tybee was excellent. Everything went smoothly, booking, checking in and checking out. The house was immaculate. The location was perfect for parking the car and leaving it there for the rest of your stay. The kitchen was well supplied with all your cooking needs. We loved sitting on the upper and lower porch and admiring the palm trees and listening to the music coming from Tybrisa Street. Hope to go back someday.
