Is namecrane.com Legit?

How they do it for the price they ask and what they deliver I don't understand.The services are stable, fast loading times and spam experts spam filter. In addition, also excellent support.Sometimes difficult for me because there is a 9 hour time difference between my place of residence and their registered office address, but I knew that in advance.So far nothing to complain about and certainly not for that amount!

Been with NameCrane for over a year (from back when it was BuyShared) and the service has always been great.Web hosting is particularly fast and I cant wait to try out the email hosting.When I have reached out to support, they have always been really helpful. Both Mike & Fran were assisting me last night to help with my configuration issue.Could not recommend more :)

Good price/value and support. Sometimes there possibly was a non clean shutdown of the MariaDB since some tables turn crashed state. Had to setup repairing cronjob since it happened regularly. Important for me is a cryptocurrency support. It seems like some issues resolution depends on a single person (F.) and so the replies are delayed (but still received in 24 hours).

NameCrane is a relatively new hosting company. They offer shared and reseller hosting, both on Cpanel and DirectAdmin. They also have 'Crates' where you have dedicated resources available which you can assign to your users.The reseller hosting is excellent, quite good performance for an unbeatable price. Few weeks ago they started using SpamExperts spamfiltering for all users without extra costs. Excellent choice to beat the irritating spam. Outgoing mail is filtered as well and goes through a mail-relay which assures prompt and accurate delivery of your emails.Their support is outstanding, just ask anything you want and within minutes you get a to the point answer and if needed a solution.

NameCrane offers the best hosting plans at the best market price, all with premium features that many other companies charge extra for or only offer in higher-tier plans. One might think that with such prices, the support would be of lower quality, but that's not the case. The support is excellent, even better than many other companies I've tried. An added bonus is that for those with a few clients, the pricing allows reselling the hosting plans while still making a decent profit, something that's very hard to find with other companies. Another important point is the various server locations. In my case, Europe is important, and while my country isn’t an option, the servers are close enough, and I can always use Cloudflare’s free option. In summary, give it a try, and you’ll see that within a year, you’ll be moving all your sites to NameCrane.

I was a customer of frantech / buyshared / namecrane for one year. This is by far the worst webhoster I experienced in the last 8 years.You can count on about 7-10 unexpected downtimes per 3 month for at least one hour each. Bad communication (I got my renewal invoice and three days later it was already suspended --- i was on vacation for one weeked lol)If you look for a hobby project and it MUST be super cheap, this may your hoster. but be aware, its nothing that you should rely on.
