Hi, I had ordered iphone 15 pro max thru ebay. i was surprised when i received picture that myus have received iphone 7 in place of that. i immediately complained ebay and seller asked me to return item immedately for replacement/refund. i quickly placed request for return and upload return label of fedex, paid 8usd fees too on 21st june. now problem start... they lost the shipment and said contact fedex...due to that my refund denied by ebay and seller. they put me in deep trouble. sent mails and chat.. still waiting for my resolution. not happy at all.
Rubbish and dishonest company! They did not check my order correctly and gave it the wrong description. I sent them the merchants invoice and asked them to clarify if they had used the wrong description or if the item that was sent was incorrect.They then shipped the order to me and used their own shipping preference, which was double the price of what I selected.Now, I’ve been charged double the shipping fee for an order that they have not described correctly. I have no idea if it’s the correct item or not.I am now going through my credit card company and filing a dispute to claim my money back.Avoid using this dishonest rip off company.
I had used this company years ago (pre COVID), and still had an account with them, so when I found some items I wanted that were only available in the US, I used them again. Had no issues signing into old account, and without hesitation ordered using the given address. Came on here after and read the reviews and instantly regretted it, worrying I might not get my order, and wished I had looked for another company.To be fair to them, the service was pretty smooth, and I had no trouble getting in contact on a few occasions, either by WhatsApp, or live chat. So feel some of these reviews are a bit harsh. It did end up being quite expensive, but I got what I wanted, and the delivery was quick (about 5 days from them to my door). I actually don't know if the postage price was even overly excessive, because when I put into another price comparison site, the costs were similar, if not more, so I think it might just be their calculator that quotes low, which is why people are getting annoyed! But shipping prices go up rapidly with parcel size and weight, as obviously this will be flown, so worth trying to find this out before placing an order if you can!In my opinion though, if you are that in need of something specifically from the Sates, then you just pay for it. Half the cost was Insurance also, which is your choice to risk or not. You just need to make sure you confirm your choices in your settings before hitting ship. I would definitely use these again if I had to!

These people are just crooks, pure and simple. Avoid at all costs. I cannot log into their site, they don't recognise my suite number or password, and when I try to reset the password, they won't let me. They continue to take money from my account every month - even though I used their service just once and have not been able to log back in to their site again to cancel my details. I would give them no stars if I could! I repeat: AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!
They are little thives do not use! I ordered a 5 doller phone case from amazon and these little F stealers put it as a value of 35 Dollar like what the F? How in the world would a phone case have a 35 dollar vaue? And now I have to pay Vat and etc for the 35 dollar and not for the 5. I dk if customer service will help me but if your beginer I don't recommend using this. I am now using myus for a year now, and I know that as soon as your package gets in your suite it will automaticly ship with the carrier selected in your My Shipping Schedule. My real rating is zero. They are thieves. I tried using them in December 2023 but they didn't offer the service they promised. In February 2024 they changed my account $9.99 and said they upgraded me to premium. I told them that I didn't need their service as it didn't work and I canceled the account back in December. They told me to add a payment method so they can refund me. I did and they changed me additional money. Still no refund!
Made two orders, and at first everything was fine, but upon having problems with the second order I decided not to use this company anymore. If you are fine with being charged for completely different amounts than what the calculator on their website shows, then OK. I would even have been okay with it if everything was not so suspicious…They charged me for taxes along with the shipping cost and when the shipment arrived in my country I was charged again. Tooks a long-ish time for them to actually work on the problem and even then they only refunded about half of the sum I originally paid extra. They can be a little slow in responding to questions but they do get you answers. I find the paid membership uncalled for since they already make money on the shipping. Overall, they are reliable and use good carriers like DHL for international shipments. Their prices are better than most other companies. I cannot recommend the paid membership and using their international shipping assistance service can get expensive. I suggest using MyUS with DHL and allow DHL to handle customs issues.
This is a serious service where you are required to inform yourself and read. Pretty much everything is automated. If you don't, you will end up paying something that you do not need like taxes.Do not let them handle taxes for you, do it yourself. They don't work over weekend so you won't be able to ship on Sunday, other than that everything is OK.MyUS is the best option online, do not trust those people who left 1-3 stars, those are mostly people who misunderstood what they are paying, or have checked few extra options that they do not need.

It has now been nearly FIVE WEEKS since MyUSA.com took our money to forward 3 letters to us overseas. It is still "processing". The customer service has been appalling, when they respond at all. We did get a shoddy response via FB messenger when all other attempts to contact them failed. They claim they are "waiting for IT", that was 3 weeks ago. It's way too expensive of a service (costs more than the item to ship), and near impossible to cancel. I wanted to avoid long distance phone calls, whatsapp calls are unavailable, whatsapp text/chats lead to frustrating interactions with AI ending the chat if you don't respond within 5 mins, I tried to cancel via email, they didn't follow through, and they refuse to refund me for the months I didn't use the service and have been charged due to their inadequacies! If you prepay for a year service and then choose to cancel your membership to ensure you don't get charged again, they will cancel all access to your account effective immediately. So make use of a calendar program to know when you need to cancel. They only ship via DHL so prices are considerably higher than places that would ship via royal mail (UK to us) and they are fairly slow to respond to questions/ problems. However, they largely do what they promised to do so. If you have no friends living in the respective countries, it might be worth using them. What can I say, first shipment and the documentation they provided was refused by DHL and customs. Waited 30 days to be finally told that they cannot amend the documentation once the shipment has been sent, so had to pay 30 days storage fees plus $60 to DHL to amend the documentation and 6 hours out of my day to drive to the airport and try to wrangle it free from customs. Their customer service is non-existant and the total cost of my $200 value first package was $200 for the products, $200 for shipping with MyUS plus several HUNDRED more and countless hours emailing and talking to DHL and MyUS trying to get it solved. They did not care at all that I cancelled my account leaving items unshipped and would write bad reviews like this. They have many bad reviews on many review sites, wish I had seen that first before doing business with a shipping company that doesn't actually know how to handle customs documentation. I cancelled my membership on their website and received confirmation saying "Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed." I am utterly disgusted by the appalling service provided by MyUS shipping forwarder. My shipment, referenced by the tracking number amazon *********************152 and package ID *******, has been held hostage by this fraudulent company, who have shamelessly ignored my urgent requests for assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with them regarding the release of my shipment, MyUS has callously chosen to completely disregard my emails. It is evident that they lack any sense of professionalism or respect for their customers. My frustration has reached its peak as I am informed that the release of my shipment is being delayed due to a nonsensical request for some documents, which has never been required in previous shipments of the same nature. Their incompetence and lack of understanding of basic customer needs are utterly unacceptable. In light of this deplorable situation and after several attempts to release my shipments they left me with no other option but to pursue legal action and report this case with the FTC. They must staff the place with the most useless morons on earth. Firstly due to improper packing on their part a box was damaged by FedEx. With crush injuries to the box. I tried this site because I wanted to save on shipping a large number of parcels from the UK to the US. First of all, the tracking numbers for my packages would show delivered, and it would take a week or two for the package to show up in my suite as they processed it. I didn't pay extra to have them photograph everything as it came in, but maybe I should have because there was no real way to tell which package was which from the vague descriptions they had online. When I finally requested that my items be shipped to be, it took almost 3 weeks for them to send it, and when it arrived, the box had a single piece of tape on the top which had popped open and 3/4 of my packages were not inside. I'm furious.

Over the last five weeks I have been continually lied to by Reem about when my item that they acknowledged as receiving on the 14th October 2023 would appear in 'my suite'. They have continually missed their own self-imposed deadlines for this to occur and a month after receiving my item they sent me a threatening email requesting more information.
