The glasses are too tight on the sides of the head. And slipping down front middle position on the nose. I would say the comfort need to be enhanced.Client service exceptiona ! I had no difficulties to return the product and got the return directly.

I have used a sunbox for years (we have a good story abt a professor seeing me lug one around campus I am a serious connoisseur) and it doesn’t compare to the glasses which are so much better.

Great, far better than a lamp, comfortable and easy to integrate into daily life.

I am very pleased with the glasses. I had no problem with payment og shipping. The glasses have relieved my seasonal depression and I feel more energetic after putting them on. I can still do tasks in the morning while wearing them but the only down side is they are charged via a USB micro not USB c. But overall I am very happy with them.

I’ve been using the glasses for four days, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep. I now fall asleep around 10:00-11:00 PM and sleep soundly through the night. The Luminette visor came right on time, as projected. The packaging is sturdy but also attractive. I have previously purchased Luminette in 2018 & 2021, always 14 months past warranty. Changes I have observed include more compact storage case size, new color options (while blue is my favorite color in general it is fun to have the mint green this time) and improved comfort in the nosepiece for those of us wearing glasses. I feel that Luminette is communicating with the consumer better each time I purchase a visor.

The Luminette is exactly what I hoped for. Very comfortable, easy to use and totally effective against my rather severe SAD (seasonal affective disorder, or winter blues). It's liberating that I don't have to sit in front of a light, and can brush my teeth, feed the dogs, make my coffee, mop the floor... The best purchase I've made in a long time.

These glasses have had a big impact on my sleep. I ordered them In December when it was grey skies for weeks on end. I noticed my sleeping patterns had become irregular and I wasn't feeling rested. I decided to give them a ry as I know how important early morning light exposure is. I was back to a regular sleep schedule within 2 days. Highly recommend.

Luminette is wonderful. This is my 2nd device; the 1st device did stop working but it lasted 5-7 years. Feels comfortable and unobtrusive. I wear it while watching the morning news before getting ready for work. Much more convenient than the full spectrum lights I used to use. As a mental health care professional I recommend it to patients with seasonal affective disorder or sleep phase delay.

This set is a replacement for my Luminette 2 glasses purchased 7 years ago. The rechargeable battery in the new model is replaceable, so I hope my new glasses will last me even longer. Certainly worth the investment. I use them every day, including in the summer. Very comfortable. Even if you run out of charge they are quick to recharge again. Nothing to deter you from establishing daily use. Highly recommended.

It was easy and I appreciated that I easily found answers to my pre/purchase questions. Promised delivery was faster than I expected, but then a day or two later I received an email saying you have an issue and warehouse and delivery will be delayed a couple of days. that was fine with me and I really appreciated that you let me know and then it was easy to track it to arrival so that I could manage that.My days are much better since I started using my Luminette instead of my old SAD light. The Luminette is the best device I have used to date for bright light therapy. I am a doctor, and I have recommended it to many patients and many colleagues. However, I have one complaint about the Luminette. The nose piece holder is breaks easily and the nose piece itself is easy to lose. The cost of a replacement nose piece is outrageous - more than $10 for a small piece of plastic that costs a few cents to manufacture. Luminette should provide buyers at the outset with a few dozen nose pieces of varying sizes and shapes and should sell replacement pieces for a nominal charge.

The light it gives off is only about 1500 lux. It recommends about 20 minutes of exposure. according to the literature this isn't quite enough lux. the recommended dose is about 10 000 lux over 10 minutes. However, this device is enriched in blue light which the eyes are most sensitive to and pointed towards the most sensitive part of your retina. I use this product together with a 10 000 lux light box and this does seem to work well for setting circadian rhythm.

Living in a country with short daylight hours in winter - it is dark until 8am and then again dark before 5pm it is very hard to manage sleep/wake cycles through the seasons. These glasses have made a huge difference!

My luminette glasses worked maybe 10 times then stopped charging or lost charge immediately and wouldn’t turn on. After sending videos to customer service ( Charlotte) I was told they would replace but then got another email saying they were out of stock at my address and I’d have to wait, no timeline given. I asked for a refund but got no reply. Basically this is an expensive piece of fancy rubbish that isn’t worth the money.

My psychiatrist recommended these to me a year ago and I’ve been putting off purchasing them. I’m regretting that I took so long to buy them because I noticed a difference in my SAD symptoms within the first couple of days. My boyfriend calls them my grow lights and I love them!
