Is mydedor.com Legit?

Should have read the reviews, DON'T BUY!!!This company is a scam and has very low quality work. They will not refund at all and pretends to respond but never resolve any issues!!!

Me again still no answer I've lost my money and item is damage/broken if I can give no stars I would and doesn't even look like him I was contacted 3 times I gave up said yes after sent more than 5 pictures

Paid for VIP fast turn around and they were over a week late. Now I'm requesting a refund they are ignoring me. Do not recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged my account twice, then said had no record of it. Then I received an email stating I am making modifications to my original order so i will incur additional charges. When i emailed them back, i receive no response or a product. Stay away!!!!

I paid a lot of money for this bobblehead, wanting a fun gift for a friend's birthday. The artist kept emailing me, asking if it looked like the picture of the person I wanted to be made into a bobblehead, I kept saying "no" and repeatedly sent more pictures without seeing any changes made. They still couldn't get it right, I settled because I was running out of time and said "Not great, but send it as is". Then they dared to ask for more money to ship it to me faster to get it to me on time after I repeatedly emailed them saying I needed it for a certain date, but they never responded. Unbelievable. Do not recommend.

Absolutely trash service. They sent me the proof and it looked nothing like the person. I actually sent another photo and, they acknowledged getting it but never made the changes requested. I had hoped to get it before Christmas, but that clearly didnt happen. These email exchanges have been going on for weeks and they just said they were sending it as is. Horrible, horrible service. They should be ashamed, and I hope the business fails.

Why I didn't read this before! 🤦🏼‍♀️. Paid extra to get the item ontime for Christmas, they still sending emails with what, somehow, looks like the picture I sent but not really. They want to charge extra to make a new item and see if that resembles the picture sent, this has been going on for 2 weeks. I also paid a rush fee and extra to be shipped on time for the holidays. I am not sure what and when I will get the item but for now it's a pretty bad experience.

and to add to a prior review, if you have an issue with your purchase, this company will delete all of your account info as if it doesnt exist. do not be fooled by the ficticious website. its bogus. there are no warranties or services in existence with this scam company.!!! dont get duped like i did. buy from a domestic country with verifiable contacts. rudy z

The bubblehead did not resemble at all the 2 pictures I shared with them, I explained that I was struggling to guide them to modify it as I am not an artist and I asked if they could get some other "expert" involved. I received no answer, and the product was sent anyway without my final approval. I have just contacted them to ask for a refund (I have little hopes,,,)

The item arrived without the custom text I paid extra for. The company does not wish to send a replacement, even they are the ones that messed up. Terrible customer service.Buyer Beware: You may or may not get the item you purchased!Update:They told me they would send a replacement if I returned the original item to China which will cost me another $50 USD.When I told them there is no way I'm spending another $50 to get a replacement, they then tell me, and I quote,"You can absolutely write on the base with a pen." Are you for real?

I received my bobblehead in the two weeks it was announced. The item arrived in perfect shape and well rapped. I was a bit afraid that I would meet some problems when I saw the reviews afterwards. I am very satisfied with the product. All the description matched very closely the photo I sent mydedor. The shipping company was kind of confused with the dates since they wrote I would receive it in... 2022! Anyway, this will make my son very proud when he unwraps his Christmas gift!

I paid for the option to get a proof before receiving the items, and I never got one. These do not look very much like the people in the photos. Also, the man golf bobblehead should have on a hat. He is missing the hat. Either returning for refund, or they're remaking them. And if they don't cooperate, I'll be reporting fraud on my card.

I wish I saw these when I ordered one. They sent a photo of an unpainted version but before I responded, they had already sent it over. Upon arrival, I received the ponytail broken off of the bobble head. I tried to get a refund or replacement, but they stopped responding. I went to PayPal and they didn’t do anything. I went to my bank to reverse the payment. It has been almost 4 months and nothing has come out of it. I’m still waiting for their response.

Very disappointed with the service I received from them. I never received my order. They did not helo me track it with the shipper they used. Yet at this address I receive an order every other day.

Wish I could give zero stars. Total scam. Looks nothing like pictures. Said they would of course include a “man bun” on the male’s head…. Lied… the male had very generic hair. The woman’s hair was broken off when it arrived and only one piece of broken off hair was in the box, so they must have packaged it after it was already broken. communication to them was responded with a “canned” or defensive answer. And then they just ghosted me. They really will take your money and run, and they don’t care.

I placed an order for a father’s day bobble head for my husband. I sent a side profile picture so they can see his hairstyle (he always wears hats) and immediately contacted them asking can I send a frontal for them to use. They replied right away and said to send the picture. The artist used the side profile picture and said if I wanted to use the frontal it will cost extra and that they will just do a little editing to it. With no other choice since I wasn’t paying more I agreed. I paid $9.99 for a gift box that was completely taped up and ruined upon removing the tape. I paid $4.99 for custom text that was written in sloppy sharpie hand writing that doesn’t fit properly on the front. The color of the outfit didn’t match the advertisement or the body. I contacted them with picture proofs and they replied the first time then completely ignored me after. Would never recommend them! Don’t order from this site! You will not be happy with your custom bobblehead!

Terrible service. Didn't respond to communication during revision, nor any reply on Facebook except the automatic message. Very dissatisfied with the final product which looked nothing like my request. Overpriced and going directly to the trash can.

THE WORST! RUN don't walk AWAY from this company. You will not get what you want. Our bobble heads look nothing like us and they ghosted us when we asked for our money back. Go to a company that guarantees you'll be happy. This one could give two craps about your happiness.
