I appreciated the call when they didn't have the exact length of broom handle that I ordered to see if I wanted the next length they had in stock. I didn't realize it then but they actually did me a favor because the size they had was, in reality, the exact size I needed! Delivery was on time and they followed my instructions. What else could I ask for?

We have ordered items from Mutual Screw & Supply previously. We knew exactly what we were ordering and the item was easy to find. The purchasing process was easy enough and we received without waiting too long.

I had ordered some #000 eye screws on amazon and they were out of spec (eye diameter too small) and thus did not work for my application. The eye screws I received from Mutual Screw were exact to spec and worked perfectly for me.

Contractor changed at the request of the customer to tile the ceiling in the shower. When I returned to install the recess lights, no hole saw I owned would cut through that tile. I came across a 4 1/4" hole saw on this site, and watched the video. I must say, it worked exactly as shown, < 10 min. per hole, perfectly cut with no chipping. Very happy with this product, and should the need arrive in the future for a different size, I know right where to go.

Customer service is excellent but did find out price of items are marked up double vs ordering from manufactures website. A bit price of gouging I feel like

I received a e-mail invoice on the day I received my order. However, the invoice only showed 3 (three) items shipped and none backordered. I ordered 4 (four) drill bits. No explanation concerning the 1 (one) item listed on the invoice which was not shipped. I contacted Mr. Palese, my order contact person by e-mail the same day I received my partial order about 4 PM and the invoice explaining the issue. I got a reply back the very same day explaining that he would follow up on this when they open tomorrow. the very next day I received the drill bit in question in the mail. I immediately sent him a e-mail that I had received the remainder of my order. The remainder of my order was shipped from the Fulfillment Center on the same date as the original order. Just a small glitch that was taken care of immediately to fulfill my order. "That is Customer Service" !

Ordering was easy. Communication with company was great. Order arrived on time and was packaged nicely and since it was a liquid they even wrapped the lids in plastic wrap to help avoid leaking.

Ordering process had some glitches - took a couple tries to get multiple items on one order. Items arrived a little later than expected (ordered on a Friday night, second day air, didn't arrive until the following Wednesday morning). Equipment matched order and did the job, although one of the pilot bits broke and had to be replaced.

Easy transaction. Received in good condition. Will buy from again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in forty years of dealing with vendors. Poor order tracking(none),poor customer service (two e-mails and a phone call needed to verify order received),poor logistic service( had item drop shipped to wrong address). poor follow through(promised next day shipping to make up for lost time,but shipped ground) (promised discount and added product never given. I don't think this is really a brick and mortar company . It cant be. Two weeks and still nothing

I may have jumped the gun. I did receive my parts a day after inquiring.Thank You. My concern was that I didn't receive anything by mail regarding my order. But I'm happy it's here.

Fast service. Wasn't sure exactly what all the numbers meant when ordering but talked to customer service and they really helped out.

“Picture of t20 Self Tapping Screws are Misleading”

Product Title and Description are different from picture - I specifically needed t20 Self Tapping Screws without the security post in the middle, however they arrived with the post. Within the product picture, the post was not present.The title does describe them as having posts. I shouldve asked if they came with posts or not.

We've been doing business with Mutual Screw for several years. The turn around time is always within reason and the product quality is always good. But when we get charged for a 10# order that actually weighs 1,5 lbs. the scales are not tippped in the customer's favor. A $28.51 shipping charge for a 1.5# package, is not within reason.

So glad you ship to Canada too and thanks for great pricing. However, might I suggest that you make your spacers and stand-offs available in much smaller quantity lots? 1000 is a lot unless you're a manufacturer or something. Cheers.

Received order missing one piece. Requested replacement and prompt response. Suspect missing quantity is due to packaging. Suggest for future to seal container with packaging tape and internally wrap contents with bubble wrap. When I received the order the box was crushed and the end flaps appear to have become broken. Think one of my pieces became separated. Let me know if you want a picture of the box. I kept it just in case.

I ordered 4 diamond grit hole saws of various sizes. When package came only one was in order. No mention on web site or invoice that any were backordered. I have contacted Mutual screw via email. Being on west coast they (of course) are closed. If they haven't shipped yet I'll cancel and get the others from Home Depot as the remaining sizes are common sizes. Also, the invoice came via email under one of the employee's name not the name of the company. In this day and age of hackers etc. I seldom look at emails that I don't recognize. It was just luck that I spotted it and opened it

Mutual Screw was very good at keeping me up on the delivery. Unfortunately I didn't pay enough attention that the tape I ordered was a closeout. It arrived misshapen and old, as if it had been too hot. Since I only bought one roll and paid almost as much to get it as the tape cost, I'm eating it.
