mujjo.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives mujjo.com a pretty low trust score on the platform: 33.3. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Medium Risk. Standard. Warning.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 33.3 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to mujjo.com's industry. The algorithm detected fairly high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Medium Risk. Standard. Warning. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning mujjo.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between mujjo.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of mujjo.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of mujjo.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. mujjo.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether mujjo.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether mujjo.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, mujjo.com.

Very satisfied with my new Mujjo case. Specifically, I got a Shieldcase for iPhone 15 Pro Max. The feel is excellent, perfect finishes and the mobile feels very well protected. Undoubtedly the best case I have had to date. I recommend it 100%.
Express shipping a joke.. Website states it will be delivered within 4 business days.Ordered and paid 4 business days ago with **Express Shipping**, received an e-mail said will be in touch when item is shipped. However nothing changed since then. Very very poor Customer Service.
The cases are pretty good. The customer service is horrible...I purchased two cases with Mujjo as I had heard they did amazing leather. They worked for a while but one developed an issue so I claimed under warranty. I received a confirmation that they would ship one out very quickly. That was over 6 months ago. I followed up a few weeks after but radio silence. Obviously I gave up pretty quickly after that and replaced it with another brand. I paid a premium price for the case that effective had to be binned, shame. It wasn't until I replaced the phone that I remembered recently about this debacle.Shame on Mujjo. Don't lie to customers!
It's ok. But not the quality that you would expect for $60. Leather quality is more or less fine, but definitely not premium, not even close. It feels below average and smells like paint, not like leather. Magnets are not that weak, but should've been stronger. Buttons are very stiff and really hard to press. Extremely annoying and poor quality. The only reason I bought Mujjo - is Apple stopped producing their own leather cases. Unfortunately (taking equal price) Mujjo's quality is not even close...Shipment to EU is quite expensive (around $15) and takes more than a week. Not great at all. Also they don't post bad review on their web site. So, don't look at all the 5 star review there.
Excellent and elegant. I can always trust their products.
I've been using Mujjo accessories for years. I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max cover, a MagSafe wallet and AirPods Pro case. While the two cases worked great, the wallet was definitely unusable as is magnet wasn't nearly strong enough to securely attach to the case.I went back to the Apple wallet matched with the Mujjo case and that works just fine.A bit disappointed they made me pay to return the faulty wallet.
I recently purchased a cover for my Envoy 14"Laptop Sleeve. As usual, absolute first class quality. This is my all time favourite purchase. Love the quality and finish along with the beautiful design details. I have purchased multiple items from Mujjo over the past few years and they have been perfect every time. My favourite online shop.
Stated on website that will ship in ~ 2 business days.Ordered and paid on last Friday 12:41 AM with **Express Shipping**, received an e-mail said will be in touch when item is shipped. Wait till finished Monday still received nothing. Sent them an e-mail yesterday, up till now still no response.Very very poor Customer Service & No effort of fulfilling the selling promise.
Top notch product ( 13-inch Macbook Black Sleeve). Excellent support and delivery options. Positively impressed by the fast email response for a minor issue in receiving order confirmation. Order took two days to be delivered via FedEx in .EU One of the best laptop sleeve I’ve owned (until now).
Wrong item despatched, asked for replacement with correct item. Correct item not available, asked for refund. Refund portal not working as no order no. issued. Wrong order no. issued so portal would not work. Over a month later and no replacement and no refund despite incorrect item being returned to Mujjo.Quote from Mujjo - "Looking through our records, we attempted multiple call backs with no luck, but our team did follow up by email. I'm sorry we were not able to connect by phone." This is a lie, there were no attempted call backs. - AVOID THIS COMPANY
I accidentally ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max cover. I emailed the company and they said I could return. I followed the instructions and placed the return label from the parcel in the original packaging and sent back. That was over two weeks ago and still no refund? They have told me that they are unwilling to accept responsibility due to no tracking number provided?? I have returned the item and expect a full refund. Very poor customer service
I've tried many different magsafe wallets and this is by far the best I've found. The magnet holds well, the non-slip on the back keeps the wallet from rotating unnecessarily like other wallets on the market. The quality of the material is really nice and wallet holds decent amount of cards. Customer service was also fantastic when I reached out to them. Highly recommend!
Finally purchased a Mujjo leather case/wallet for my iPhone X after much deliberation as so much choice out there together with the fact that I haven't ever purchased a cover before for any phone I've ever owned. Really good product and perfect to keep my driving license and a credit card in place. Although a little more than I wished to have paid (£45.00 through Amazon) it is of an excellent quality and I can highly recommend it.
I bought a full black leather case for iPhone 12 mini. The case has a perfect fit nice materials and seems premium. The support team (Gabrielle) was also very quick and accurate to reply my questions and resolve immediately a minor issue with the shipment even though it was an issue from my side. Thank you again
Mujjo's Leather Cases are the best. I’ve been using them for years. They’re stylish, practical, eco-friendly and durable. They have a normal leather and a wallet pocket style that stores up to three cards, and the case is made from vegetable-tanned, eco-friendly leather. Each super-slim case is lined with Japanese microfiber for security and insulation and has a rich color and durable finish that will develop a gorgeous patina, becoming more beautiful with age. A 1mm raised leather bezel and raised camera bump protect your screen and camera from scratches, while redesigned side buttons in tonal metal are pleasingly clicky and responsive. This case also includes MagSafe for fast wireless charging. They have a choice of three colors: tan, black, or Monaco Blue.
I now have three Mujjo iPhone cases, two for my mini and one for my wife’s regular size iPhone. The fit is outstanding, and they add minimal bulk to the phone, My phone leads a pretty rough life, but the case is still in perfect condition after a year plus. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
Trustpilot reviews are supposed to be about the customer service, rather than the actual products. I think some people reviewing Mujjo don’t realise that. That’s probably why the average score doesn’t look so bad. However, their customer service is absolutely shameful. They lie through their teeth about delivery problems, their website is never showing real time availability, so you don’t know where you are. I have ordered iPhone cases three times from them in the last three weeks. Each time they have failed to deliver, each time giving some ridiculous excuse, such as “a severe outage in the warehouse” or “the shipment containing the Steel Blue cases were unexpectedly delayed”, even though the website was stating clearly that the item was in stock. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly they are a complete shambles, either dishonest, incompetent, or both. Don’t believe a word of whatever excuse they give you. There are lots of leather iPhone cases around of equal or better quality (I’ve tried many of them).I advise you strongly not to go near Mujjo.
I purchased a pair of the Mujjo leather touchscreen gloves and was overall impressed by the comfort and fit. The quality of the leather was also good.I unfortunately ended up with a defective pair regarding the touch screen support, however Gabrielle from Mujjo customer support was extremely helpful and organised a new pair to be sent out to me at no extra costWould have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for the defective pair!I do miss the previous design however with the wrist flap and magnet.
The Mujjo mobile phone wallet is simple the best one that I have ever purchased. Not only does it look good and feel good it provides the protection I need for my I phone and allows me to use the phone without restriction . It’s so good , so durable , that I have just bought one for my wife as a replacement for the case that she’s been struggling to cope with.I particularly like the slim profile which means my phone slips into any pocket . The styling and fit ensures that all the buttons are fully accessible and responsive. The level of protection is excellent ; the neat raised bezel protects the screen from harsh surfaces whilst the build quality and design provides robust protection even if , as I did , the phone is dropped onto the floor.Knowing too the strong eco credentials this brand has is something I value.
Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time ordering from this poor excuse for a company. Ordered a product and immediately cancelled the order via email. As their, ahem, 'customer service' centre is clearly outsourced to a generic one in a different time zone I didn't even get a reply until after the order was dispatched. Now they want to charge me £5.95 for a return? When they do bother to reply to my emails they don't even answer my questions and just copy/paste from a list of replies they've been told to write. Quite pathetic, which is also what I think of the actual product. Useless. Please avoid.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
