These folks are great. Literally took less than 30 sec. to get measured. Took a couple weeks to make the pants and another 5 days to get to me, so just under 3 wks. to get to me. I live on the west coast and I think they are in NY. Comes by USPS (turtle express). For me, that's ok. Worth the wait. Lily was great. Answered my questions promptly. I purchased by husband a pair of olive green chinos and they are huge on him. I thought that since he is a slim guy this company would be perfect for him. Boy was I mistaken. After receiving them, We got back on the phone took other pictures as requested per their company. We then received another request for additional photos. This is absolutely ridiculous. How many photos must we take for them to address this mishap. We are more than happy to return these pants and get our money back. MTailor makes really good custom-made jeans that will fit you really well. I love mine. One thing to watch out for however, is shrinkage. My recommendation is to wash them and dry them once with cold water and a traditional dryer and then after that cold wash and let drip dry naturally to avoid shrinkage.

I bought a polo that didnt fit as expected. It was fine, I just didnt pay attention to the description. I gave that feedback to MTailor and they insisted on remaking it at no charge, even though I told them it was my fault. The new one fits exactly as I hoped.

I have been buying from MTailor for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Out of possibly 25 purchases I’ve had one re-do which once again worked out perfect. I generally order button down, long tail, monogrammed pocket, two breast pockets, standard cuff and a few spread collars too. I am now retired but if still working would have preferred the French cuffs. Ordered a pair of jeans which worked out great too. I’ve frequently taken advantage of their sale prices and all have come out great. Over the previous 30 years I always had custom shirts as suits were the order of the day. Purchasing 5 or more of that brand got me a discount of $115/shirt. I wished MTailor was available way back when!!

My order of a suit and dress shirt was received earlier than estimated, about 4 weeks. I had the opportunity to try them both on and I was absolutely floored with the fit. It’s spot on from the jacket sleeve length, the taper of the jacket, and all the same holds true for the shirt. I’ll be honest, I was apprehensive about how well the fit could be given the MTailor measurement process. But wow, you all nailed it. MTailor was committed to getting my custom measurements correct. I always have difficulty with pants due to wide hips and backside, but narrow waist. We needed to make a second pair of pants when the waist was too big and length after washing slightly short. Now MTailor has my custom measurements for future needs and perfect fit.

Taking measurements was easy using their app. Once the pants were delivered I received a personal email from them to check on my satisfaction with the pants. I replied that the pants seemed too long but otherwise fit perfectly. They replied that before considering changes to the pants I should wash them in cold water and dry on medium heat and then try them on again. I followed their directions and the pants including length were perfect. I am very impressed with the pants and their customer service.

Hey, they tried: I ordered 3 different pants (dress, jeans, chinos) and none of the 3 fit any better, and arguably fit worse (just bad fits in different ways) than off the rack. No harm, no foul. Website says free remake or return for full refund. Pants are enough off I don't think a remake is going to satisfy me, though I am happy for those for whom that worked. Sadly, attempts to obtain refund/return label from the company site do not work. Whatever, web links break, so I have emailed a request for return labels. Mtailor promptly provided a return label so I amticipate my return/refund to be processed and no hard feelings. Bottom line I am glad I tried them and encourage others to.

Customer service is great. My suit was never quite right. They remade the suit coat twice (for a total if three.). I kept the third one. I didn't have any expectation that a fourth time would be the "perfect fit" that they promise. It's ok. I didn't return it and get a refund as it is much better than "off the shelf". For some reason the measuring app doesn't work for me to produce the suit they promise. I am barrel chested which often makes suit buying and alterations a challenge. My "Date of Experience" is a guesstimate.

I saw a tv advertisement and decided to try jeans from MTailor. I followed the instructions to twirl in front of my smartphone and made no changes. The jeans arrived about two weeks later shipped from overseas with a slight mothball smell. The fit was good but I picked the wrong color and I am not crazy about the fabric. It seemed more like chino fabric than denim but it does have stretch. All in all the experience was good but next time I’ll be more careful about my color and fabric choice.

Very simple to use the app to get your measurements. Order process was painless and follow up was great. The measurements had to be done a second time because I wasn't in full view (feet in video) but they communicated well and it only took five minutes to redo. I'm 5'10" so finding pants that fit really well is a struggle. I've bought the same style of Levi's for 8+ years, but haven't liked the fit of a lot of other jeans by leading brands (e.g., Abercrombie, Banana Republic, Madewell). I've now ordered two pairs of jeans from MTailor and am SO happy with them. MTailor made the effort to set up an appointment to get the fit through the hips and calves just right, including re-making the jeans for free as promised. I'd love to see MTailor offer more colors of jeans and other styles of pants, as I'd definitely purchase more!
