Is movavi.com Legit?

I submitted a message requesting help to insert video into my movie. The video format I was trying to insert was not compatible with Movavi program. I received a quick response that provided a number of options to solve the problem. The problem was solved and I was very happy with their response.

I couldn't do without the screen recorder feature to show others problems or ask questions.However it is very irritating in use. You get pop-ups all the time suggesting an upgrade and if you click 'yes' get an email saying 'no free upgrades available' This will happen about 3 times every session as you make the recording, edit it and save as a video file.-UPDATEThe tip of turning off automatic checks is very useful. Even better would be to check if free updates are actually available before showing the popup.

I was at wits end and was losing my patience. I'm not master computer savvy but not computer illiterate either. The support team had amazing patience with me and were always polite and professional in our communications despite me not always being so from my frustration trying to get my subscription activated. It took a lot of tries and tricks, but it got done!

When I first started making videos, they had no edit to them because I didn’t have one, so I realized that there was something missing to them. I asked my mom if I could get a editor and she said sure, but it had to be free. We looked and we found this app to edit videos and pictures and it was free so I got it. At first it was a bit tricky to edit because I’ve never edited before, but after a while I got the hang of it. And here we are now me being a pro editor adding music, editing pictures and videos, and adding some adjustments and such. If your looking for a editor to edit your videos or pictures with, use Movavi Clips! I give this a 5 star rating!

Best software for screen recording with most important function of PAUSE Button, so that we can stop video recording for some time then again start in same video. Also after sales support is the BEST in Movavi as they do not leave our issue without solving.

I definitely do not recommend it, the program does not play videos from new phones, GoPros or other new devices that have the h.265 codec, while other even free programs can handle it. In response, I received information that I can download a program that converts movies... where a 2-minute movie takes about 10 minutes, so thank you for this option. I spent money which, of course, was not returned to me.

After Movavi reached out via a review, I was finally able to have my issue resolved through very simple instructions. Well let me first start off by saying ive used alot of editing softwares in the past and considering they are all really expensive but i needed them for my work i was pleased to find this application and tried it out to see if it could hold its own alongside the best. I am so shocked that Movavi doesn't honor a refund for a download program I purchased recently and discovered didn't work out for my project (in less that two days). To not have a return policy for customers within a reasonable short amount of time is absurd. To not offer a short term 'if you're not satisfied" customer return policy is just not the way to do business. I'm a new NGO company and don't have $39.95 to throw away. “Movavi Slideshow did everything I needed to produce an amazing slideshow in a hurry”

I downloaded the program one afternoon and had a professional looking 15 minute slideshow ready by 8 o'clock the next morning. I chose to build it myself rather than the easy route of letting Movavi do it all. My son coaches a girls golf team and needed it within four days.
