Is moscot.com Legit?

I purchased my MOSCOT frames online. Although satisfied with the frame quality, etc., they're too large. And so, while I would prefer to exchange my MOSCOT frames in person via the MOSCOT retailer near me. The MOSCOT return policy unfortunately forbids such a convenience, instead mandating shipment of the frames to Farmington, NEW YORK.

Customer service never answered!!!!Their chatt is poor about moscot products I send so many mails without any response.request (275317)

My experience with Moscot has been extremely disappointing. My girlfriend bought a pair of glasses from the NYC store as a gift for me, but since I already own a similar pair, I wanted to exchange them. Moscot refused, claiming the glasses had been worn, despite the fact that I hadn’t even taken them out of the case. The glasses were clearly display models, already scratched when sold. To make matters worse, the store manager was rude and kept making false accusations throughout the exchange. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable

As much as I like the brand (have 3 pairs) I have recently noticed the price disparity between locations. At current exchange rates a pair of Cliptosh (with tinted shades) is in the US £135, France (or the EU as a whole) £126 and the United Ripoff Kingdom £180! That cannot be all down to our wonderful govt, they're not cigarettes for chrisake!

I normally don’t write reviews but my experience with MOSCOT has been terrible. They have got my order wrong, I have tried reaching out them and via email but have had no response. Customer service standards are poor. I expected more..

Friday 3rd March 2023 attended the Moscot Event at Wardale Williams Opticians Sudbury Suffolk. Tim from Moscot showed me many pairs of Moscot frames both traditional and new styles. Great advice on styles of frames. Certainly a great way of seeing the full range of Moscot. So many more choices at the event than you normally see on the Opticians shelves. Thoroughly enjoyed the Moscot Event and satisfied with my purchases. Well done Tim Thank you.

Moscot were pretty good through the buying process and provided regular updates and fast shipping to the UK. I haven’t needed to return the frame so from my point of view the customer service has been pretty good so far. I am however disappointed in the overall frame quality. After wear jacques MM for the past year, and the lemtosh frames being close to some of the cheaper JMM frames, I expected similar build. Slightly disappointing overall by the product, more in line with specsavers own brand or similar rather than high end handmade frames. Cool frame and tints though so pleased with the overall look, but doubt it justifies the price point.

I ordered my eyewear on 7th of July and I sent my new prescription on 9th of July. It's been 4weeks since I ordered my eyewear but still i haven't receive yet. I called, texted store and customer center but i haven't get any uploads.I hope i get my eyewear next month.

Nothing bad to say about sunglasses, but the whole experience of returning or exchanging is a nightmare. I regretted so much that I didn’t order from some local shop rather than directly from moscot. Tbh I don’t mind to pay for the return , but the fact that I need to run around to figure out which company to use, write the declaration etc etc etc it is just so much pain. You guys need to come with better return policies because this seems like a nightmare.Wouldn’t order again

I initially return my glasses due to a few minor issues and the team at Moscot were absolutely fantastic.Time off the time Dan, Alessandra and the amazing Krista were there to help me with my questions about the product range. Moscot might make terrific eyewear, but their customer loyalty is much to be desired.Moscot charged a $40 USD/$54 CAD shipping fee to send to Canada a replacement pair of Brandon temples. For that fee I would expect express shipping, 2-days, and it's been over two-weeks and still crickets.

Went to their London shops at Covent Garden and near Carnaby Street, very pleasant experience. Friendly and patient staffs helped me to find the right colour and size, and adjusted the temples to a very good fit. Will definitely visit the shops again!

ordered sunglasses of there website blue tints however when they arrived the lenses were very dark looked purple and the quality is horrible they look cheap they feel cheap ,you can get the same sunglasses from Amazon for 10Dollars ,very overhyped and there ripping people off, i tried writing a review on there website they delete it. Bad reviews,they only allow 5 star reviews so everyone who goes on there website think wow everyone who buys has a five star experience absolute lies

Usually my go-to sunglasses. Unfortunately Moscot sent me a faulty pair. Although they accepted the fault they have since then completely ignored my emails and have offered no acceptable solution. I would advise against ordering online from Moscot, especially from Europe, as they have seemingly no qualms against completely disregarding even their own warranty.

My first experience with this brand in an offline store in London was successful, so I decided to use their online service to order glasses to another city in Europe. This time it was a terrible experience. I ordered glasses and the frames were crooked and were slipping off my nose. I asked the store to fix it, but they refused and asked me to sort it out myself at the nearest optician and they also offered me to order additional nose pads, which would cost another 75 euros + shipping of glasses at my expense. I expected better service when I ordered glasses for 400 euros! Now I have a piece of unnecessary plastic for 400 euros that I cannot wear and that no one can fix. (the nearest optician can't did not help me) Think before you order, then re-read these comments and think again.

Great selection of frames not found anywhere else on the high street. Top in store service at Covent Garden working through all the permutations until we found the best frame to fit. They said a week for collection but ready in 3 days. Some minor adjustments done in store, by the friendly and helpful team.

Avoid big scam.I still haven't received my package it's been weeks. No access to corresponding with them. Their Instagram page seems promising but it's a big lie. Eveytime I commented to seek for help in the comment section I'd come back later to find my comment deleted. Avoid them look elsewhere.@Moscot This is my order number ORDER NO. #45313

Update -- already received my sunglasses after being stuck in customs for over 10 working days. This is my second pair. The first one I bought from a local retail store here in PH. Will never buy again from their online site! Overall coordination between Moscot and DHL is really disappointing.

Amazingly crafted to the degree that fits perfectly. It has the classic touch still existing in our modern world. I highly recommend the Fritz glasses for those who have style. I'm absolutely delighted with that pair. Special thanks to the highly experienced customer service for the prompt delivery & professional service!

This is a company built mainly on the fact Mr Depp wears them. I expect to get a reply from Moscot saying they cannot identify me as a customer which seems the stock response to any complaint with the inference the poor review is a fiction! The bridge on my glasses has broken on two occasions. On the first occasion, my optician managed to repair it. These glasses are not made in the US but in China and the quality is not in any way commensurate with the high price. Why masquerade as a NY artisan maker when your product is mass-produced in some Chinese factory?
