Overall amazing experience with Monos. I've used Hays, Beis, and Away and Monos has been my favourite by far. I am thoroughly impressed with Monos Luggage & Customer service. This company is outstanding, the luggage warranty is generous, and the warranty process was simple. Delta Airlines damaged my Monos bag - I filed a claim with them, for THEIR mishandling of my bag, and they directed me back to Monos to lean on their warranty and released themselves from liability. (I want Monos to know it was mishandling of my bag that was my issue, not an issue with their quality and durability during my normal use.)I highly recommend Monos.

Monos Luggage CAN NOT nest into each other: Specifically, an expandible medium can not nest inside an Classic Large. (Yes, Away luggage can nest easily). Customer Care knows about and will try very hard to have you keep the luggage set. The video sent by Monos don't even have the same luggage. My experience feels like a Scam.
I ordered a few carry-on pros a year ago and when I started having problems with a zipper, I reached out because of their amazing warranty program. With a few pictures and small explanation, Monos prepared to send me another suitcase at no cost. That is spectacular costumer service. And from now on, I will only be buying monos. You have found yourself a customer for life... and I will be spreading the word to all my family and friends. And to top it off, their products are great quality and they obviously stand behind them.

Trying to return some items, however 2 items came in one box and their returns portal won’t allow them to be returned this way…..even though that is the original packing that you are told to return in. So far it’s been 10 days of emailing (with now 2 response emails) and I’m still no further forward being able to return. They have offered to wave the return fee (which was not the issue) which is great, but now my order is not recognised by the returns portal. Super frustrated, and still have 2 large boxes in my hallway I can’t return.

They continue to ask for more, turning what should be a simple return process into a painstaking ordeal.For a defective product, it’s unreasonable to make the customer do all the legwork. They should allow the return and inspect the issue on their end instead of placing the burden on the buyer.This experience has left a sour taste for what was previously a brand I loved and recommended. “Nonexistent customer service!”

The only reason I gave Monos a star is because there wasn't an option for no stars. Their customer service is nonexistent! I ordered on November 26 (Order #*******, a Black Friday deal) and my credit card was charged. When I check the order status on the Monos website it still shows as unfulfilled as of December 7. I've emailed "customer service" 3 times and only get a canned response stating that they're really busy and responses are being delayed by 2-4 days. There's no phone number because apparently they can't be bothered by customers. I'm really disappointed and I certainly wouldn't recommend buying from them. “Best customer service and quality”

Love love love this company! I bought monos luggage on sale and after reading reviews. Immediately took it on trips to Ireland and Iceland, loved it! Loved the backpack especially because it is so comfortable and has lots of pockets and looks way better than a typical backpack. The suitcase is beautiful and roomy with lots of pockets and packing options. I was dismayed upon return to the US to see what the airlines had done to it. Looked like they put it through a meat grinder but it never opened to spill anything out. Imagine my surprise when I contacted monos to see about getting the corners repaired and after they looked at my photos - all of this in just a few minutes while we texted back and forth - they said "we are replacing your suitcase and sending you a free suitcase cover too."
