My customer service representative, Bill, was very helpful in helping me choose a system and billing frequency for my mother who is a fall risk and hard of hearing. Together we selected a wrist band unit. It came with a separate emergency button to install next to the tub which is awesome. Very happy with the service.
I called for information & Donna was very gracious about giving me needed info . I wasn’t ready - told her I could do the order next day - her day off & she said whoever answered could help. Arron explained everything & I’m looking forward to receiving kit.
