Is mobilehelp.com Legit?

Returned equipment 11/4, it was received at MobileHelp 11/7 per FedEx tracking but still charged my 89 year old mother’s credit card on 11/16/24. I called the said equipment was not checked in yet, refused to credit. They take advantage of the elderly.

My customer service representative, Bill, was very helpful in helping me choose a system and billing frequency for my mother who is a fall risk and hard of hearing. Together we selected a wrist band unit. It came with a separate emergency button to install next to the tub which is awesome. Very happy with the service.

I called for information & Donna was very gracious about giving me needed info . I wasn’t ready - told her I could do the order next day - her day off & she said whoever answered could help. Arron explained everything & I’m looking forward to receiving kit.

Caden was a no pressure, friendly and professional salesperson. We felt comfortable making our decision literally right after our first contact. Your company is fortunate to have him!!! Side note, we had to call back and got a different salesman that encouraged Caden to benefit from the final sale. Now that is unheard of these days, so kudos to him also!! i HAD NO IDEA HOW ANY OF THIS WORKED i GOOGLED A FEW COMPANIES THAT OFFERED THIS SERVICE . ALL I CAN SAY IS I'M SO GRATEFUL THAT SAMANTHA ANSWERED THE PHONE AND CONVINCED ME THAT THIS IS ACTUALLY WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY FAMILY MEMBER. SHE IS COMPASSIONATE , FRIENDLY , AND KNOWLEDGEABLE . I'M CONFIDENT THAT THIS WILL GIVE ME THE PIECE OF MIND I DESPERATELY NEED.

I called the top three companies and mobile help in the only one that immediately called. The friendly rep took time to explain everything and patiently waited as I explained it to my mother. So far, the process has started off smooth. Hopefully this helps both myself and my mother rest easier.

Kevin, the representative was very professional and patient. He explained everything thing in detail. We some how got disconnected and he called back promptly. I thought that I would have to start all over. Prices are affordable and reasonable. Thank you Kevin.

Rick explained program and costs in a very professional manner. He answered all of my questions. All of this convinced me to trust the program. Especially liked that a lock box is made available for emergency personnel to access my home.

Stewart was personable and very good at communicating the information about your product. It was also nice that he has personal experience with elderly parents and was able to relate that to what the best safety package would be. My parent's health and environment were taken into account as well. I found it very easy to decide on a package and set it up.

Researching and purchasing the proper equipment and monthly subscription services at a reasonable price was a seemingly daunting task for me, as I had not one single idea on how or where to start my search. I feared it would be an anxiety ridden nightmare, but by the end, it was the perfect fit for my needs. Now I’m not one to answer calls that aren’t already in my contacts, but the minute an unknown number called while I was wetting my beak, something immediately felt right, so I answered. The representative who helped me, and I must admit that for the life of me and to my shame, I cannot remember his name. He never forgot mine, which went a long way with me in terms of respect and ultimately sealed the deal for me. Whomever he was, he deserves a stupidly fat raise, and I imagine if he could be cloned, you as a company would almost never lose a sale.
