I am attaching a photo, where multiple FAKE transactions were made to ZOMATO which i have no knowledge of from MobiKwik wallet. And also their customer care service will give you another headache.

If you use their pay later service, they will debit it from your pay later credit, transaction would remain pending and they will ask to pay for that with processing charge, if you don't pay they will add penalty to your total bill. I had a conversation with a girl regarding my payment. You am using the app from 7-8 months and have always made payments on time. This time I forgot to pay and they charged huge amount of late fine. So I was actually waiting for a call from the service so that I can talk about a waiver. When u got the call I could not pick up. The lady name: Natasha Sharma talked without manners and was shouting at me… she made attacks on my personal financial status. She used derogatory language which is not acceptable. Overall not very reliable app in just one month you charge so much late fine n when asked for waiver the customers are treated with disrespect. Very bad and saddening experience.

“Mobikwik is fraud company beware such type of company”
Beware of such type of fraud company. I used Mobikwik to pay flight ticket to get discount. Due to covid my flight was got cancel and vendor returned my money to mobikwik but Mobikwik is not returning to my Credit card or wallet. I registered my complaint in mobikwik portal and called customer care many times. And every time I got reply "It will take 7-10 working days". Now it is already passed 1 month so finally I decided to inform everybody about my experience with Mobikwik.
