microworkers.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives microworkers.com a lower trust score on the platform: 42.8. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. Risky. Red Flags.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 42.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to microworkers.com's industry. The algorithm detected potential high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. Risky. Red Flags. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning microworkers.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between microworkers.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of microworkers.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of microworkers.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. microworkers.com is a questionable website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether microworkers.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether microworkers.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, microworkers.com.

Online Reviews of microworkers.com

  • Sitejabber
  • Score: 2.3 stars

“Good website to make extra income”

I do not understand why there are some many people with negative review. I got my KYC approved in 6 days and got my first payout yesterday. All the website works not the best, but it is still good extra income. A lot of negative reviews from people who basically cannot figure out how the website works so they submit poor documents or cannot verify phone number.

“Unfair to the workers”

They already blocked me for the second time with an explanation "auto refresh". Horror. They have a lot of bad, inactive tasks and when you click on another one, according to some of their stupid rules, you are immediately guilty of "auto refresh" reason. I have been working on that platform for many years and I have never experienced this before. They don't accept your complaint, you don't have any rights there as a worker. Service Value Shipping

“Microworker is good”

Microworkers is the best when it comes to fees charged for completing various tasks. This means as a worker you earn more. You can work at any time of the day as long as it suits you. It offers various withdrawal methods of earnings made twice a week. The downside is that in general, it has few microtasks (jobs) to be completed at any given time compared to other similar sites

“A waste of time”

Microworkers is not very truthful, most of the jobs posted have a broken link. They ask you to verify your ID during withdrawal by asking you to upload sensitive information only to reject well readable images hence no withdrawal.

“Good site for dating an amazing time and I will send you a little more than a week ago I had a great”

Great job man is not a problem good sites for free or if you have any questions or comments on this site has been very helpful for you and your life in my mind was just wondering if you could have a great day for you guys have a great day for a few days and days to be able to come to the point where we can do this for you

“Not Opening”

I tried to open this website but it is not openingtried to open this website but it is not opening and telling me that you are not eligible to use it it is so annoying for no reason please solve this problem

“Too Many Scammers”

So may employers in Mircroworkers scamming workers by faulting the right submitted jobs. The rate per task for non-English countries are strictly unacceptable. They think that $0.05 is good rate for a job for non-English countries with a lot of tasks to do per job. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Its a total scam they are scammers”

They told you to verify your number by sending Sms to given number you again and again send Activate message but still they don't verify your number until your all balance goes to zero they are $#*!in scammers and iwanna report them

“Microworkers is a scam”

Total scam, the day I withdraw money for the first time, was only 20$, they terminated my account. Total bull$#*! website, do not fall in this scam, you loose life hours and get nothing Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Fake and paid likes and reviews”

A website based on fraud and forgery makes me very afraid that everything on the Internet is fake. Fake and paid likes and reviews. Lots of people are able to sell their conscience for cents and call this micro-works! Service Value Quality

“Scam alert”

Only some old members who are paid... My withdrawal pending for + 1 year... I tried bank transfer to waive pin but NOTHING... Support team don't reply to my ticket. So warning... Do NOT waste your time here...

“Bad staff, not taken seriously on spammer.”

As an employer, you are constantly challenged by spammer who submit fake answers to pass thru the system which, screened by the staffs. Some of my campaign were forced to be taken down, create a support ticket. And was forced to change user's rating in order to continue, so I need to pay them!

“Worst Online working site-Microworkers”

I worked for this company till my account had $11 then trying to withdraw, It's heading to 2 months now and it still my withdrawal request reads pending. Tried to reach out to them but they never responded... I never wanted to waste much of my time working for it. BE WARNED!

“Welp... They Have Shown Their Shady Side”

I am editing my review of this site. In my other review, I have stated that I was surprised by the bad reviews and that I had a decent experience with the site. I have also stated that I am not happy with how they were doing others that sign up for the site (Not getting PIN, etc). Well, they have scammed me in a way that is worse than scams typically are. Just recently, I have done a task which was supposed to be $12 where I play this "game" where I evaluate potential workers. The task said that I was supposed to get a Vcode at the end. The task takes at least 20 minutes. Well, I made it to the end and...no Vcode, instead it just redirects straight to some other site "Pro...something". I report the task to support and what do they do?, They actually take money out of my account, putting it into the negative. So let me get this straight, I do a job and I not only don't get paid, but get money taken from me? So Long, Thieves.

“Don't work this website”

In my experience the person behind Microworkers is an opportunist making money off the back of others and not always honouring payments to members. I shall never work for Microworkers again irrespective of whether or not they ever actually pay me what they owe me...

“They are scammers”

They will wait until you are almost getting to the withdrawal threshold and then terminate your account on claims of not following instructions. They are just a bunch of mother $#*!ers! Service Value Shipping Returns

“Microworkers is a scam”

They make you work for minimum amounts of money and when you send a withdrawal request they do not give you your money. This is the biggest scammer on the internet, the wolf in sheep's clothing kind. Do not fall for their tricks. I would have given them a negative rating if l could cause this site is pure nonsense Tip for consumers:Do not use this site Service Value Returns Quality

“Legit Site”

Honestly, You guys don't know the way to receive the payments from them. I totally can get the payments and here is the proof of their payment today. Hope that you guys stop listening stupid review below!

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet.
