microsoft.de Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives microsoft.de a pretty low trust score on the platform: 14.9. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 14.9 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to microsoft.de's industry. The algorithm flagged its seemingly suspicious success, even with a newly registered domain. It also detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning microsoft.de, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between microsoft.de and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of microsoft.de. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of microsoft.de, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. microsoft.de is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether microsoft.de has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether microsoft.de boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, microsoft.de.

I sent them an elite series 2 controller back for repairs, and the person over the phone was great, and I got the controller back today and it feels better than ever, I'm fairly certain they sent me a brand new contoller. I want to say thank you, but I'm unsure how to. Truly an awesome customer experience
Zero stars is the number I’d give, but can’t!Microsoft’s 360 office suite has jumped (again) in price by 50% in one year! Did away with being able to buy it so it’s all subscription based to RAKE the money in year after year…. Coupled with terrible customer service and BOT blocking “live” chats! I’m trying to search the internet to do away with Microsoft altogether as I’m sick of the updates that stuff things, shut down or slow my computer down. They thought up the “cloud” as a way of charging to store your information….. I never asked for that so, yeah it’s disabled but it keeps trying to force you to use it! Then there’s the ads …. So many god damn ads that you can’t read the screen…. But you can pay to REMOVE them right!Oh and the “Ad Preferences” or “Ad Customisation” just tailored for OUR convenience …. Where is the switch to turn them OFF!!! Oh that’s right, you wouldn’t get any money from the other companies you force to advertise with you or you block their ads from appearing when doing a search!Microsoft the Money Bags!
Genuinely don't even deserve 1 star. The WORST customer service possible. Literally horrendous experience and STILL being charged 9 months later with no way to cancel!
Absolutely shocking couldn’t care less about their customers! No help at all I provided all information they asked for and it ‘wasn’t enough’ to confirm it was actually me trying to get my old account back which I had lost.
Horrendous customer service. Purchased a console as a gift and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When ai was purchasing the shipping dates were clear. However now it shows status pending and is supposedly shipping in a month. Deception and lies. Customer service does not help, they do not connect you to anyone, keep you on hold, take you off hold, have you listening to their side conversations and offer no help. This is unnacceptable treatment of customers and the deception regarding advertised shipping dates….. lawsuit waiting to happen. Very dissapointed.
Another negative review, you guys forced people to move to windows 11... Well, i would not complain IF I WASNT GETTING BLUE SCREEN LIKE NEVER BEFORE. More than 10 bluescreen so far and its not even a year since the upgrade, i had 0 on windows 10, you guys are completely out of your minds to force people into an unstable OS wich bring nothing usefull to the table. Hope your company just goes bankrupt and we move to linux.
I have been using Microsoft products for 30+ years and my experience with each upgrade of the operating system and new office products, the programs get exponentially worse with each generation. These products used to be easy and intuitive to use. Now they are an unmitigated mess of unnecessary options that confuse the user and destroy the integrity of documents without clear instructions of how to restore original formats. This is a business opportunity for someone that is clever with software. Make "word" as easy as it was to use 20 years ago and the public will beat a path to your door. Shame on Microsoft for creating such useless s*** in their software.
I had a horrible problem with my Windows 10 and I tried to reach out to Microsoft through their website, but to no avail. Their customer support was ‘not available’. Thanks!
Microsoft customer service is totally useless you can’t speak to a human and as for the robot rubbish there in cuckoo land, gates must be at one of those parties with prince Andrew. 🤡
To Microsoft. I'm on Windows 10 with a 6 year old laptop. I don't want any updates. My laptop has never had a virus and I have security which is paid for. I don't want to update. You may have attempted to restart my laptop but I pressed down the standby button to force shut down my update. My laptop is running as great as ever. Stop forcing updates down the throats of your customers! If we want them, we accept them, if not do one. I will shut down every update until my laptop gives up the ghost.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Passed onto 4 different customer services over a period of 2 hours and then to be told my warranty was not intact despite not having had the product for more than a year. Appalling.
Windows 11 is annoying and not efficient. It certainly is not an improvement. Extra clicks for everything. because everything is behind an 'extra options' instead of just being in the list.
I need to speak to someone for help. Unable too. I am so tired of seeking help from companies who are not people freely
Refund which was supposed to issued at the start of this year is still not refunded. - regarding Office PlanOtherwise in general for Windows OS, through Feedback Hub, no one responds to your bug reports / complaints.
This company deserves absolutely zero stars ! Been *hacked* and blocked on 2 of my accounts ! After countless hours and failing to get customer support I still couldn’t recover ! Their recovery form is a joke ! Answered all questions correctly till they ask u to type down recently sent email addresses plus subject lines ( who in gods name remembers that ) still no luck ! This support system is a joke ! Please don’t use Microsoft !!!
Wish I could put zero stars.Never use a hotmail.com email address mine got hacked into so easily and I tried getting assistance and cleary there must a language barrier with there tech support team because he could not help me in the chat an there is no other way to contact them. Now I stressing about my personal information and getting nowhere with Microsoft.
Windows 11 is a piece of garbage its always updating even after I just updated and downloading more garbage onto my laptop. The stuff its downloading is also just useless never coming with the basic features we should have got at launch. The fact that the sort feature in file explorer and cant be completely disabled is bogus. No matter how many times I tell it not to back up my files to the cloud whether it be in turning on setting or in current settings it just wont listen. It also seems to run much slower when one update behind as if there trying to force you to update. If possible install another operating system.
I've been locked out of my account because someone hacked in, tried to purchase something from skype. Now I've been blocked. My xbox account is linked to that account and I can no longer play. That is 17 years of purchases and no one is helping me.it's a constant circle of filling in forms and then being told my account is locked because of the violation on skype. I DONT NEED THE ACCOUNT JUST TRANSFER MY XBOX TO ANOTHER EMAILSort it out, so many people have the same issue. Awful experience, awful service
Where have you hidden my address book ?Why have you removed my call blocking link ?Why are you blocking some of my incoming calls ?Where do I find my second account which YOU have moved ?You have done this WITHOUT consulting me.WHY ? ? ? ? ? ? ?Why do you confirm having repaired a problem, when you have NOT done it ? ? ? ? ? ? Four months waitingfor this repair.I am moving to a competent, eficient, knowledgeable server as soon as I have decided which one
OneDrive is simply a scam. Putting your files on a microsoft operating system is a time bomb, bound to blast ending with microsoft holding your files hostage for your money. OneDrive will automatically try and upload your entire desktop to the cloud, instantly overloading the 5GB free size allowed. When you try and stop the sync, it says, "please allow sync to finish first", and when you try to sink, it says BUY MICROSOFT 360 FOR MORE STORAGE. It's an endless deadlock that ends with your files unusable, and microsoft with your money. :(

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
