megamarkets.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives megamarkets.com a medium trust score on the platform: 58.60. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Active. Medium-Risk..

We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 58.60 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to megamarkets.com's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Active. Medium-Risk. tags above.

Long story short, we still see some red flags with this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning megamarkets.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between megamarkets.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of megamarkets.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of megamarkets.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below.

A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns.

megamarkets.com is a problematic website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether megamarkets.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether megamarkets.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, megamarkets.com.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies this service works and is trustworthy. It costs only $6.49/month but is worth the cost. U.S., UK, EU, Swiss, and Canadian residents only. Click below.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

Are You the Owner of megamarkets.com?

If you own megamarkets.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence.

When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things:
* Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.).
* Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook.
* If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.).

We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.

4 thoughts on “megamarkets.com Safety Review: Scam Risk or Legit Site?”

  1. Never put your money in this platform!! They are a total scam!! I was scammed of a huge sum of money. At first i thought it was a genuine platform where I could make more money then I deposited my money, not until it was time to withdraw and they would not let me do so. My money got stucked!! It was when I reached out to an asset recovery company on whatsapp +15028029490 recommended by a friend. It was their involvement that got me nearly all of my funds that was stucked in their platform.

  2. Beware of this scam site. Once you have deposited the minimum US$250.00 you will be hounded to increase your investment into this scam organisation. You will not be able to withdraw your money at all.
I deposited the initial amount in November 2022. When I declined the requests to deposit many more thousands of dollars and asked to close my account, the manager said he would refer the matter to the Finance department. The requested withdrawal was said to have been returned to my account (in February 2023 ) from which I made the original transfer of funds. This money has never been returned to me. All requests for more details of this transfer have been the same – “the funds were transferred to the account from which you made the original deposit.”
BEWARE THIS IS A HUGE SCAM
Five different managers have been appointed to manage my investments. All tried to get me to deposit $5000 to $10,000 more. One manager also made a number of trades on my account to show me a profit of over $300 in a matter of days. These are just falsified figures designed to get me to invest more money. My second request to withdraw the fictitious balance in February 2023 has not yet been approved. As the first refund has never been received by me I do not expect to hear from these scam managers again.

  3. They never let us withdraw, and they will never reply to there email or calls, I have no choice but to involve an expert recovery company spacetelc apital c0mand in no time they got my funds back for me and i could get all my funds that was scammed, You can google them to check them out.

  4. yep be glad to give my opinion megamarkets.com scammed me to invest a few hundred dollars saying i will double my money with them investing it for me well the site looks legit but when i put my money into it they asked for more and i mean like 10k and they kept asking and asking would not let up so i tried to take my money out and well it is 6 months down the track and still not refunded back totally got scammed of a few hundred not a few thousand luckily i had the knowledge to not give them any more money as they made it sound so promising and called me all the time just to try and get more cash out of me, so whatever you do do not invest with this mob no matter what they offer you as it is all bullshit total scammers
