Is mdsave.com Legit?

The process of creating an account was easy. The number of locations that partner with MDsave and would offer the scan I needed was surprising. It was nice to be able to have choices and be able to select the location based upon proximity and price. Once I selected the location, it was an easy matter of placing my order and paying. Working with the provider was seamless as well. It was as if the entire transaction was being handled by one entity.

Thanku for handling the situation i had promptly & efficiently. I did not have a voucher for the first appt for an eval. You guys let me use a treatment voucher & also covered the rest of the balance that the voucher did not. I greatly appreciate it! Thanku! & happy holidays!

The team is professional, responsive and friendly. They provide imaging/surgery location information, a booking report for the procedure and a payment voucher. Once you make the appointment, everything else is taken care of.

I had no idea my insurance did not cover the test I needed done. I was told I had a MDsavw voucher. I only paid 194 dollars compared to the likely 1000 plus that it would have cost. I am glad you offer this program especially for those who need a hand up.

The process was easy. It saved me a considerable amount of money. Since I do not have health insurance, typical cash pay for an MRI is about $1000 for each body part. And I needed two MRIs. These MDSave MRIs cost me $430 each. I would definitely use them again for future diagnostics. My only constructive Comments would be to give a little more information on the process, and who to contact for your results, that hospitals often times have a portal to sign up for where you can get your own results; And what the fee includes (ie The actual diagnostic and the written professional results).

Having that coupon for my CAT scan really saved my life because I needed that for my surgery and my CAT scan was denied. The only problem I had was afterwards because for some reason the facility charged me and they shouldn't have and it took a few months to get that rectified because this company was not providing the correct reference number for that amount I paid

Besides the reduced cost which was necessary for me between jobs, knowing exactly what the cost would be ahead of time allowing to budget accordingly and reduced a lot of stress during a very stressful time.

Was able to afford and MRI and to figure out what's going on with my back and still have money in my bank to afford christmas

Very easy to apply for, pay and printout the voucher for my MRI. I am so very thankful this much needed Xray did not cost me thousands of dollars as I was originally quoted.

Rude people, treat us very bad , waiting 3 hours to do the test, they’re don’t care about sick people stay too long to do the test , I am not go there anymore, it’s not worth even one star .

I was able to go online and select my procedures and pay for the without any confusion. After purchasing several tests, I discovered I did not need to have one done. I called MDSave and spoke with a representative who was able to issue a credit to my credit card within a few minutes. No hassles at all. Very courteous people to talk to

Ease of mind getting my test without worrying about bills coming in the mail one after another. It is easy and simple to purchase for a procedure. And saving some money is great! Great deal over all! It will definitely be my first stop now if ever another medical procedure arises in the future (hopefully we will not need it).

I purchased a couple CT Scans through MDsave after my Dr requested I have those done. Without any insurance I was worried about how much that would end up costing me. With CHI's help they setup my cart with those scans and all I had to do was purchase them and bring in the vouchers. When it came time for the appointment, all I had to do was provide the vouchers and sign a few things for the hospital.
