Is marketshirt.com Legit?

The shirt was super cute and well made. I would’ve like more communication regarding the order. There was no initial order acknowledgment email and many days went by before the “order shipped” email so I wasn’t even sure the order was valid. But it worked out and is very nice.

Better than expected. Will be a great gift.

Placed the order on 11/27 website stated we’d receive sweater by 12/3. Well it’s 12/3 and order is still processing. Had I known it would take this long I wouldn’t have placed the order. I paid $15+ for shipping.

The cost of shipping was ridiculous, I was charged $12 for an $18 item, you could have used USPS instead of using DHL who ultimately handed it off to USPS to deliver. Why not cut out the extra carrier and go direct to the USPS? It would have arrived in a few days instead of a week.

Product was in my hands within a week upon purchase. Quality tees, excellent message. Only complaint was that words were difficult to read on orange background. May I suggest changing colors of words so they are legible and visible? Otherwise, great!

I am Ecstatic that I was able to find these "couple shirts". They're a surprise gift for my boyfriend's birthday, he said he wanted us to have them a while back, so I made it my mission to track them down. Beautiful quality, 5 Stars, Except the blue background color is off, so while they resemble couple shirts, they don't look like they match each other really. Great work though.

Love my new Arlo Guthrie shirt. It replaced one that I wore to death and couldn't wear it out of the house. So happy to be able to replace it. Arrived promptly right before Thanksgiving, which meant it was ready to wear for The Alice's Restaurant holiday.

Love the shirt, but it’s got a minor registration issue; the black cloth requires a white undercoat, which shows through on dome edges.

WOULD have been 5 Stars...The product was exactly as pictured, good quality, and with a good delivery time. If it were that alone, I'd order from this website again.BUT, to have a $36 charge for standard shipping on $45 order, which popped up after finalizing, the order is ridiculous.

Nachtrag 22.04.2022:Nachdem das Missverständnis um die fehlgeleiteten Portokosten erklärt wurde und ich die zu groß ausfallenden Shirts in kleinerer Größe nachbestellen wollte, kam mir Marketshirt entgegen und bot eine Zusendung der Shirts ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand oder Kosten an. That is great - I was wondering how that possibly worked when I had to pay 33$ for shipping (the business being in the US, I had to swallow that hard pill). Usually you'll wait for at least three weeks to receive a package. Now when the shirts arrived yesterday, just a week after I ordered them, I saw that the companies' address is a German one. I felt fooled instantly. I asked to send back the shirts to switch them each to a smaller size as they are ridiculously big compared to usual fitting. It was declined and I would now have to order again and pay 33$ shipping for what would cost 2,25€ in German shipping. What kind of money making is this? Interesting dealership.

I do not recommend ordering from Market Shirt. There is no return policy. They stop responding to any support emails because they can't back up what they say on their website about returning the product in 6 days. It is not a good vendor and I do not recommend giving them your money. It was not a good experience and I regret ordering from them.

Great.The service is quite good, I had an issue when ordering a shirt, they said the color I ordered was out of stock so they immediately contacted me.

The shirt quality is pretty low, but it works for the costume I am putting together (Denise from the movie "Hot Rod"). Not a shirt I would wear casually though, based on how it turned out, I'll be wearing this strictly for the costume.

I never even received a notification email that my order was placed. That was 10 days ago. I contacted them through their website two days ago and still haven’t heard back from them. I have a PayPal receipt for $47 but have no product or any form of communication to show for it. I hope someone contacts me soon.

Very good customer service. I had an issue where I ordered the wrong hoodie and they got back with me immediately and refunded my money. I had another issue another time where I accidentally double ordered and they caught it before it was processed and refunded my money.

I did not receive a confirmation email nor did I receive my order number. I’m still unaware of when my order will arrive and I already paid full price for my shirt. I’m going to request a refund if I don’t receive my product or any details
