Is maids.cc Legit?

Pathetic experience. I got my maid visa from miad.cc , she ran away, we informed them that she has stolen jewellery and ran away, I was asked to file a police complaint, and maid.cc didn't even bother to cancel her visa, she is still working in UAE. It's very dangerous as they don't take any responsibility, neither they cancel visas of maids who run away, they support thiefs and absconder, please get Ur maid visa from Tadbeer, in any legal issues, U will be supported at least not like them

Hiring a maid from maids.cc was the WORST decision I’ve ever made! That maid PHYSICALLY HURT my son, leaving him both physically injured and mentally scarred. This company is beyond disgusting—they don’t care about their customers, only about taking your money. My family is the one suffering, and they’ve done NOTHING to make it right.Their so-called “customer service” is a complete scam. When I tried to report what happened, they promised to handle it but just LIED to my face. One day, someone called, claiming to be from management, but when I asked to speak to them again, some guy named Mike had the audacity to say, “There’s no one here by that name.” Seriously? They treat you like garbage once they’ve got your money.To make matters worse, the maid who hurt my child is now working somewhere else, and this company couldn’t care less! I should’ve called the police that day, and trust me, it’s not too late. I have PHOTOS and VIDEOS of what happened, and I will NOT stay silent.If you value your money, your time, and—most importantly—your family’s safety, STAY AWAY from this company. They are a complete disgrace, and dealing with them is a nightmare. Hiring from maids.cc will only bring you pain, frustration, and regret. They are nothing but liars and thieves who don’t care about your happiness or safety.

Absolute Shambles!!!To say their customer service and organization is "poor", would be a massive understatement.. They are one of the most expensive service providers and for that you would expect to get a decent service but alas...To try to communicate with them is an absolute nightmare and you would grow old waiting for answers on their chat service. After they have hooked you and received your payment the service goes from bad to worse!! Our maid was supposed to start today morning at 10 am and it is now 4 pm and no sign of her. Worse still, when you inquire, they well tell you that all is good and her taxi was booked at 10 am but there was a system issue so the taxi did not pick her up (is this a believable story?). You message and you call 10 times or more and nothing changes and you never, ever get a call back with an update. I am full of regret for having tied myself with them and will obviously look to change to a better company when I get the chance. Please read the reviews carefully before you go ahead as there are a lot of reviews with similar negative experiences that we only read after starting the service with them. What a shame it is that such companies are allowed to get away with it in Dubai..

Awful overall experience. Awful customer service. The maids are poorly qualified—tried several once from the agency—each one had tons of issues and agendas. Definitely didn’t end up feeling okay about letting them take care of my kid. There is tons of hidden fees and the app is glitchy. Never again.

Dishonest company. They do not provide any accurate information. Maids are not provided annual leave every year per local UAE Labor Law. Fees are excessive for a very poor quality service. Agents call you through VPN as they are based in other countries and clueless on any of the actual laws of the UAE and procedures.

Very bad experience with maid ccThe application is good but the nannies proposed are non competent and not qualified. I had to change nanny 3 times. The fees are high compares to other agencies.

Not clear communication at all. To attract the customer they give an amount for the cost then suddenly the amount will jump when it’s payment time because they hide so many things, they said we will notify you before any deductions but they don’t they just take the money. I didn’t know that nannies under their visa they need to pay ILOE they just sent the message AFTER deductions. Their what’s app service was supper to convince me to start but after that they had stander answers for any questions. First when we started the process they took time but after that things moved smoothly and fast.

I've tried a few agencies and all gave me a difficult process from documents, to maid selection and even replacement. Thankfully I hired Jenalyn from Maids.cc and the process was so seamless I had to double check I even hired at first. Maids are trained, had to accustom to my home requirements but is a perfect fit now. Thank you maids.cc team!

I have a unique case that require different treatment than their regular submission. However, their customer center is just replying standard without seeing case by case, i need to explain everytime i start chat with their customer care and end up with wait for 48 hrs without their giving satisfied action. once i request a callback and the customer care just reply standard template and refuse me to connect, until i asked them hardly. I dont see any solid plan from them rather than just regular customer care people replying to me. And this is not the first time we failed with them. We chase by time because now is the amnesty time, but they are not ready with the situation and not update with government. I dont know how to connect with them taking serious action on this case. which i never get a callback from them until i chat them first.

Terrible experience. I am paying 3500dh and they are giving to nanny 1000dh while taking some additional money from salary for visa cost. They are sending nannies without any preparation and not ready to work. Very often maids are doing prostitution when they have day off.

no real technical support, only a press release of 24/7 technical support. but in reality - no response! fully paid yet maidscc app is reflecting an overdue payment. wondering where did my payment for my nanny’s 2year visa go? after a week of visa issuance, nanny is asked to sign for cancellation of visa. after several complaints and after 10 days of visa issuance, nanny is asked for a repeat biometrics for emirates id!! now, no one is responding using technical support. please, no false advertisement. do as you say and do as you promise.
