I recently requested two DDIs for a client, one in the UK and another in Germany, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Special efforts from the VOIP and Data team, pulling in a wide range of staff at M247, but in particular Craig Rathbone, Tim Rathbone, Nick Grayson and Rob Boardman. As a team they really helped in pushing this over the line. I had almost daily contact with Craig and he was calm and methodical and worked with the wider team to resolve our issues. Our porting in wasn't particular complex but there were challenges, however the team kept on top of them and got us over the line. The escalations team did exactly what what it says on the tin and dealt with anything that came there way.

Helena Westall fixed all my problems.She has been essential to me working with M247 over the last couple of months. I've been given incorrect information and even an install was being processed massively incorrectly. Damian & Curtis (engineers) today completed a switch over from our radio line to fibre (including a failover).Brilliant service from both, explained everything and ensured the transition was smooth without any issues.Luc (engineer) has been brilliant throughout the process providing care and assistance along the way.Thanks Guys!

I would like to pass on some positive feedback. I always find Abi O’Neill in your customer service team super helpful and what is a big plus when she says she will call you back or sort a issues this it is always done efficiently and promptly.

The Voice team at M247 have performed exceptionally again. Rob Boardman and Craig Rathbone went above and beyond to retrieve and port in a large range of DDIs needed for a customer ‘lost’ by a previous provider. Saved a lot of trouble!

We needed to create a new VPN connection, and they did this very efficiently. They respond quickly to tickets and scale the tasks if the first response can't find a solution. Very good support.

Ryan and Ash arrived exactly on time and were more than helpful in rectifying an existing problem. They worked quickly and were professional throughout ensuring an after service of testing broadband speeds etc. would recommend.

Seamless transition from Gamma to M247. We weren't happy with our original ISP as we were paying a fortune for a service that went down far too often and the customer service was awful. M247 have been nothing short of brilliant in terms of customer service right from the initial sales call through to deployment of services. We now have a much more robust system in place with adequate failover and access to a team who are efficient, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks

Support Ticket: CS11933577Once again another amazing support ticket closed by M247, today the help and work from Alex Whitney, James Chadwick and Luc Boissier-Wyles was exceptional. We had an issue which was caused by our own fault and i was in need of support and assistance whilst i was on the customer site. The immediate response from James, Alex and Luc was beyond exceptional the team work and effort here to help restore connectivity to our client was just amazing. Everyone helping one another sharing knowledge and being on call with me to assist and diagnose it was a movie moment. I genuinely do feel safe, knowing a ticket is raised with M247 as i know the team will work to the best to get the issue resolved. As i always say the true heroes are all in support. No Communication at tall!!Since 30th September when I logged a call, no-one and I mean no-one has returned a call or even an email!!Just the usual automated response with a case number.I've called 6 times and not one return call.Just want my clients login details, so simple but oh so hard for them to deal with.Definitely not unrivalled customer support, it's no customer support but we'll keep taking your money!!

Support maybe okay if you're in Manchester, poor if you're in Birmingham. We had an outage and an engineer had to drive down from Manchester to replace equipment. Wrong equipment was sent with engineer, had to wait until the next day for another engineer with the correct equipment to arrive later. Fix therefore took longer than the 4 hours on SLA. Recompense is never worth it.

“Nothing but spammers”

I get 20 pieces of spam / unsolicited emails a day from this web hosting site all with different domain names and I report each and everyone to their abuse Department and the next day I get 20 more with new domain names the how does that happen? How could someone keep opening new domain names after having 20 of them closed? Obviously this website support spammers they should be blacklisted Tip for consumers:please don't support any web hosting sites that allows spam to come unchecked this will send a clear message to the owners
