Is luxandclassy.com Legit?

This wouldn't even get a star if I had the option. I am adamant that I was on the Zara website when I purchased a black quilted jacket. It was not until I received the payment receipt that I realised I had bought this product from LuxandClassy.com. When the product arrived three weeks later [I would never knowingly buy from China], the jacket was not a good fit and I asked for a returns label. The customer support tried to offer an exchange for an additional £15, I asked for a full refund. After weeks of negotiation, we settled on 50% refund and I give the jacket to charity. That was in November and I still haven't received the refund. How do these people sleep at night?

My counsel: do not spend your hard-earned time or money with this web retailer.Product: poor quality garment with multiple manufacturing flaws requiring immediate rejection and return.Operations: website states returns possible "no questions asked"....this is simply not the case. No return label provided with the defective garment. Despite numerous requests to the customer support email for a return label, none sent. After ten requests for a return address, the information sent was indecipherable and likely incorrect.Customer service: very poor response times, frustrating offers of partial refunds (sub-1/3 of purchase price), obstruction, and claims that "managers must approve" returns and refunds.

Scamm... Do not buy from them. They have another website Luxefashions. Same co same Scam. Go ahead and buy if you want to lose your money. Reported to Trading Standards

received the item nothing like the pictures arrived with creases as well as very very low quality item for 9.99 I have got robbed by them, I will return have sent a email if they don't respond I will be doing a section 75 chargeback with my bank, please note all pics are fake on their website the coats is probably worth 10 quid at the most

I ordered a coat, but it was not the right fit. I contacted the company to arrange a return. Initially, they responded and suggested an exchange, which I declined, and instead requested a return and refund. However, I have not heard back from them since, and my request has been completely ignored.This level of customer service is unacceptable. As I am well within my 30-day right to return the item and receive a refund, I expect this matter to be resolved promptly. I’m yet to hear back from them and have resorted to reporting them to Uk Trading standards. I urge everyone to not purchase anything from this store if they want to avoid disappointment.

This company is neither lux or classy. Quality of the clothing was terrible, probably made in a sweatshop. Delivery took weeks from china. They had me haggling for a refund even though it says clearly on their site that they offer a 30-day return period. Avoid like the plague.

I went through their process to order a coat. No order number or email confirmation sent and money taken from bank account. After sending them a few emails and snap shot of info i have i can't get any feedback, after few days of trying to try and help track this order. Terrible process and looks like a scam. Not a great experience.

I’ve just bought their orthopaedic shoes. They took 4 weeks to arrive and I’m so disgusted with them. Sold as leather they are made of cheap nasty material that wouldn’t last 5 mins. I thought they were coming from the Netherlands but they came from China. They are too small and reading other reviews I’ve got nil chance of getting a refund. So they will go straight in the bin and I will be reporting the company to trading standards. Do not waste your money on this cheap tat. It’s a total scam

Terrible I ordered a coat for winter and soon summer is arriving so won't need it.this is the longest I've ever waited for a delivery to arrive and it still not here.

Purchased a pair of orthopaedic shoes from them which clearly stated that they were made of leather! Received my order after 3 weeks of waiting and they are made of plastic and nothing like the picture! Have tried to email to return them back but have had no response! Absolute scam! Update! So I have finally had a response back from lux and classy but no final resolution. Emails back and forth and their responses have been every 24 hours in the evening around 6pm. I’m demanding a full refund plus refund for returning items and they are offering some of my money back and replacement shoes! I’ve had about 6 emails now and I’ve gone to my bank and reported them as a scam company so I get my money back. I’m reporting the company to trading standards because this is shocking. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid Lux and Classy at all costs. I ordered two pairs of boots for £119.90, both a size 7. They came as different sizes, however (though both still said 7) and one pair had the left boot an inch higher than the right. On their website, they state that you can return any product within 30 days for a refund, no questions asked. In reality, I have been back and forth with emails with them for 2 weeks now, with them refusing to accept a return for a full refund. They started by asking me to keep the boots and saying they would send me more boots for an extra £15. Next, they said they would cover the postage cost. Then they offered a 15% refund, then 25%, then 35% and finally 40%. They don’t want their rubbish boots back either!

Do not at any cost deal with LUXANDCLASSY they are con merchants, terrible company to deal with, their shoes are absolute rubbish and that's being polite.If you need to return them for a refund, you have more chance winning the lottery because they will not send you a returns label. I gave them a one star rating but really it should be minus 100

In addition to my previous review Luxandclassy now want €14.99 for me to return the terrible rubbish shoes that don’t fit so they can send me a replacement. What a joke! Be warned that there is no returns label in the parcel which says it all. Thanks to PayPal I got a refund anyway.

my friend ordered a jacket ,they sent the wrong colour,he asked for his money back as they sent the wrong colour ,they refuse to send money back after over 40 emails they offered free replacement free shipping and keep the one they sent by mistake but still nothing they are totally ignoring us now

Stay away!! I ordered a coat for £69.95 on their website and took two weeks to arrive from China, even though the website is registered in The Netherlands??It arrived in the wrong colour and could see from the quality that it was nowhere near the item they were advertising. Requested a refund and they kept it drawing out for days by only responding every 24 hours. Their website states:"You can return a product for any reason within 30-days guaranteed. No questions asked"Which is utter lies as there was multiple questions asked and not as straightforward as they've advised. They eventually said I can return it for an exchange in the correct colour, which is not what I requested, and then sent it to me anyways!!I've taken this further to trading standards, as these people are conartist!

Don't send the same items as in the picture. When asking to return they delay this email after email saying to return for exchange. This will cost £14.99 The item isn't the same item as in the photo I'm entitled to return it. They won't let me return it for full refund. They will only exchange. ABSOLUTE SCAM
