Is luminox.com Legit?

Clasp broken after 5-6 times use, they advised me to buy a complete strap from them for £128. I paid £450 already for the watch. Customer service is awful and takes them 2-3 days to get back to me after each email.A lot of excuses and they finish with thanks for your understanding, the problem is I don’t understand them. How can they expect me to pay an extra £128 after a month I purchased the watch. Don’t be fooled by they advertising and all the “Swiss made” stuff, poor quality watch and even poorer customer service.

Brand new watch ( quartz divers ) lost time from day one.Absolutely NO response from Luminox AU.Clearly don't give a damn. Purchased when they had black Friday sale so no returns for refund in the " fine print ".Decided to take to local jeweller, not a battery problem, so they going to replace the cheap $36 Ronda quartz movement.Great marketing offering everything butvery bad service from Australia. Lesson learned.

Customer Service = minus5Product Quality = 0-1This company replies in such a slow speed it demonstrates a disregard and contempt for its customer base. Products feel plasticky, flimsy & cheap.

Ordered a £200 watch on sale and didn't receive anything after 17 days. Emailed and no response until I got PayPal involved. Only then did they reply with an ironic 'how do you rate the service' email. They sent an email stating that they didn't have the supplies to get me one. Differently, casio sent me my g-shock within 2 days. Luminox are total $hite and would never deal with them again. The ultimate in crap company management.

Bought a quality watch. Have been really happy with it. Had to replace the leather wristband after some years, but that was expected. However recently, the logo fell of inside the watch. This is an expensive watch, crystal glass, hardened steel case. Expecting that the manufacturer would own up to this obvious error on their part. Only to be rejected by de jura and business fluff.Unfortunately I cannot recommend any of their products based on their reaction.Buy Victorianox instead, they at least own their mistakes, and understand customer service.

Received the watch within a couple of days of order. But when viewed in the dark the illumination is very poor can hardly see the dial. Website says to register online (which I did) to return and they will contact you with return details within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago and have received nothing. Contacted customer services by there online contact sheet (the only way to contact them) to receive a standard email saying that they are busy at present and with contact me as soon as they can. They say you have to return it to them in 14 days. How when they will not let you know how to return it!!! While presently I have a watch I'm unable to use and they have my money.Totally poor customer aftersales.

Radio silence on an issue of my watch being fogged up for over 3 days now. I received a very poor response initially and now 3 days later no response. Hugely disappointing service and very let down by a watch costing nearly €500.

Terrible customer service, in fact non existent. I order a watch, they delivered the wrong one. I messaged them asking them to confirm that if I sent the watch back they will send me the correct one plus the cost of postage. I got what appeared to be an automated response with a link to their returns page. No communication since and I’ve now sent 3 emails. I wouldn’t use them again and frankly the watch that was incorrect looked pretty shabby for the price (which was £100 less than the one I ordered)

Purchased luminox Pacific diver superb watch very well made.only gripe is wished they'd put some Lume paint on inner hourly markers.having said that top watch and recommend to anyone.

After having a Luminox Bear Grylls Rule of 3 watch stop 4 times in 8 months, Luminox have agreed to exchange the watch for my new choice, a Pacific Diver 3120 series. So far this is an excellent looking watch and keeps perfect time. Lets hope it continues

Thought I’d give Luminox another try, I had seen the navy seal 3601 and loved it. Let me start by telling you this I bought a Luminox in 2007 when I was holiday in New York, it was the worst watch I ever had every time you would slightly jerk your wrist it would jump off time and I said never again, jump forward to 2020 and I had seen the new navy seal 3601 and read good reviews and discovers that Luminox was highly counterfeited so was thinking I had bought one when in New York.cut a long story short I bought this one from a dealer and it is toattaly different from the last one, feels good quality keeps good time👍🏼

I have received a pazific diver as a birthday gift. I fell in love with the design, however needed assistance as I wanted another strap to switch it up a bit. Customer Care assisted and the cariety on straps was amazing. Fast delivery. Thank you

Don´t by these watches.I got a Luminox 8802 Black Opsas a gift from my wife and already within the two years warranty the clockwork had to be changed. Also within the first two years the rubber strap was broken and not covered by warranty. The replacement strap the repair center offered for a very expensive price wasn't even the exact same as the original.After 3,5 years the crown and movement had to be replaced after an impact on the crown.I only use the watch in my daily life in an office, so if this watch is really used by special forces, I would really expect it to be more durable.Besides that, customer service from Luminox Europe is none existing. I filled out two contact forms and wrote one e-mail, and no answers after 2 weeks. I guess they don't answer any contacts that questions the durability of the product.

Sold me a broken watch completely useless customer service wish I read these reviews before purchase waste of money.

I contacted the company (using their online portal) on Tuesday & have heard nothing 3 days later. It was a simple enquiry regarding battery replacement costs. It is only a courtesy to answer, especially considering customers have spent hundreds of pounds.

Bought a Pacific Diver watch with diving bezel and it works perfectly. I am very happy with the design of the watch and with how luminous it is. Very good purchase and great customer service!
