Is londonstore.it Legit?

Very much pleased by receiving my order in less than three days from Italy to Greece and from the item's quality also.

Ordered pair of Steve Madden shoes - advertised on website at UK5. When they have arrived they are actually a UK 4.5. Contacted customer service who confirmed they were a 4.5 but would not send out a pair in the correct size. I was advised to send back the incorrect pair and reorder the correct pair (and pay a further £8 delivery fee). Be wary of this site as the sizes advertised are not the sizes you receive. UPDATE - since posting this original review. Company have sent out the correct sized pair of shoes and they have covered coat of shopping (expedited) which I do appreciate. Company did initially request I remove the review before they sent me the shoes - I refused to do this - they did send them anyway. I agreed to amend the review to reflect actions taken.

Found Steve Madden Trainers that hd sold out on the Steve Madden site. With the new customer discount code I saved money buying on this site and delivery was free. The item was posted from Italy and although took a couple more days than predicted arrival it was in perfect condition and exactly what I had presented. Very happy with service and item.

Ordering process was easy and quick. They took a while to arrive but within plenty of time for Xmas. Unfortunately they weren’t to my daughter’s taste so I emailed regarding return process. Prompt reply from Nicola and I printed off the forms, posted on 29th at 4pm and Royal Mail had delivered them by 9.30am. Nicola emailed to say they’d arrived and refund was on its way. Only criticism there were no UPO drop offs anywhere close to me do I had to pay for Special Delivery postage.

First of all, great customer service. Initially I had a problem with not working tracking and two days before expected delivery day I contacted them. They replied quickly, fixed the tracking and even though they said there might be delay, the package arrived as planned. The goods I received are fine and the prices are cheaper than on other sites. One of items didn't fit quite well, so I returned it. Returns are free and return process is quite easy. After a couple of days I received a refund. I highly recommend them.

Avoid!I bought 3 pairs of shoes. Although I’m happy with the quality, I mistakenly ordered 1 pair the wrong size.I messaged to ask for returns details and was told that because the shoes were discounted it was not within the company’s returns policy and would not issue me with any returns information.Uk sale of goods act states that there is 14 returns on all products bought online, irrespective of the reason and overruling any company policy.If an overseas company sell into the UK they must abide by UK online selling laws.

Nicola was extremely helpful with me getting three of my orders refunded and was really fast with responding - I had sent 2 jackets back I wasn't too keen on and it was the easiest process ever.I had a separate order of some t-shirts I was looking forward to, but unfortunately the courier got them lost...London Store were really speedy with getting this refunded for me :)Thanks again, would shop here again.

extremely surprised with the quality, delivery and packaging considering retail price is £150 and i got them for £98. arrived in just over two weeks in pristine quality with pristine packaging including tracking info. really happy that they give you original packaging and labels etc as shows it’s authentic. was very sceptical at first as ordering from abroad is never usually guaranteed to make it to your house let alone quickly and in good condition but i was pleasantly surprised. would definitely buy from here again. cant get over how great the quality of the shoes are i’m delighted. i bought black buffalos.

I haven't used this site before but I found a couple of items I needed that were cheaper than I could find in the UK, so I took a punt. Happy to report that after a week or so the items were delivered. London store offer free delivery over £80 so would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Just seen a negative review as I'm about to post mine, I can confirm mine is a genuine review. Granted I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Italy but I really wanted some DM boots that now appear to have been discontinued in the UK. When I found London Store advertising them I checked them out on Trustpilot, took a chance and placed my order 18th Nov 2022. I have been kept well informed of the status of my item through emails and the tracking number. I am happy to recommend London Store and would use them again myself. My boots were delivered yesterday, 5th Dec 2022, slight delay due to Royal Mail strikes, and I'm delighted with them. So all in all a brilliant service London Store, I wish you well

A little bit sceptical however I was after a pair of Buffalo trainers and this was the only place I could find them in my size. Ordered and the first delivery went missing so initial thoughts were this wasn’t a genuine site however excellent service from the customer services and a replacement pair arrived in the UK in a week. Would recommend!
